Contacted Elite TransLingo and spoke with Omar on Friday @ 9:47am to see if they can translate my High School Diploma (1 page) from Slovak to English (as I did not see it on the list of offered languages ). I was hoping for the same day or 24-48 hours turnaround service, but really hoped it can be done by the end of the day. Received a very reasonable quote for 24h (Saturday) or Monday am delivery. While this is all happening, I’ve received an e-mail from recruiter that unless I have my certification by noon, my new job start date will need to be postponed by another week. Guess what, an impossible 2 hour deadline / challenge given by recruiter in order to keep my new job start date was met. At 11:38am, correct, not even 2 hours later, my certified translation came thru. Do I need to say anything else ? This is am outstanding 5 star service company with a 5 start type of Employee, Omar, who had gone above and beyond with his service, addressing my urgent enquiry on spot, and he didn’t have to! I was glad to have found Elite TransLingo for my translation needs and will definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Engaged Omar late last evening through Yelp at around 9:30PM and inquired if Elite TransLingo is able to provide a rush certified translation on a 4 page document (contracts, etc.) which was needed to be sent today by 5PM. We had a hard cutoff date on the translation so same day service was required in order for us to ship the translation via overnight shipping. By 7:30AM this morning, Omar was able to confirm that they are able to provide the service. The document was sent to me by 4:00PM and we were able to ship out the document on time. Omar had gone above and beyond with his service, addressing my inquiries late into the evening. I was glad to have found Elite TransLingo for my translation needs and will definitely recommend their services to friends and family.
