Beautiful! The beach is easily accessible, well kept walking trails.Reminds me of the ocean! Nice places for camping and a concessions hut near the beach. Extremely relaxing and fairly private.

We came to check out this light house. Really cool to see. Can’t go on the property but can get pretty close to take pictures of it. Have to pay to get into the park.

Dianne Keller

The sand beach was beautiful and kayaking on lake Michigan was great

It is gorgeous. The location, the view and there is a selfie station to make nice pics, which is fun. To access the lighthouse you have to pay the fee for the State Park. For Lighthouse Passport owners: you can't visit the lighthouse or climb the tower. The stamp is in the visitor center.

Trent Nutter

Very beautiful structure. It is privately owned so no access just viewing from a distance.

Kathy Young

Gerald Higdon

Great simple accommodations on the shore. God bless our troops

Cameron Adams

The dunes were just awesome! That beach definatly has the best sands Wisconsin has to offer. It reminded me of the white sandy beaches in Panama City Florida except instead of palm trees ...they were pine trees! Cant wait to go back during warmer weather!

Love staying here as a retired USCG Officer. I get my ocean fix when I am back in the Midwest as longing for the Pacific ocean. Only hassle is having to drive down to USCG station Sheboygan to get the keys to to quarters and then returning them. It was much easier when the USCG station in Two Rivers WI had the keys, but all in all, a great place to decompress and just relax. Semper Paratus.

Great beach area. We biked from picnic park in two rivers. Nice bike trails. One area somewhat narrow for 2 bikes but still a nice ride.

Nicole Peelman

The most amazing retreat! We are retired military and stayed with other military families that were so welcoming. The Lighthouse has everything you need down to coffee filters lol there arent many places that make me sad to pack up, bit this was one of them!

Debbie Weichman

Beautiful place and nature preserve.

Luna Campbell

Nothing like what's you see on trip advisor or internet, can't actually go and touch the light house, so it's not worth it.

Brian Bieschke

I didn't get to explore much. I will return one day with more time, bit from what I saw it was great.

Good views

Kevin VanHorne

Nice views and special selfie stand to take pictures of the lighthouse. Since it is an active coast guard station, you cannot get close and some of the better views of the tower were obstructed by no trespassing signs.

Scenic spots.

Beautiful setting at point beach State Forest. There's a3 apartment keepers house that housed a keeper and 2 assistants. Newly renovated and beautiful view of the lake. The lighthouse is the tallest of Lake Michigan.

Jason Schroeder

Located on private property, but can be viewed from trails in the state park

Taylor Gawrych

Cody Jensen

The walking trails and views are incredibly beautiful and breath taking.

Most relaxing place around, so quiet and the beach is so clean

Its a really pretty light house and building but the house is privately owned so you can't get real close to it

Tamsey Kimbrell

It was beautiful, I just didn't have enough time

kim wrangell

Nice beach area. Has been quiet each time I've been there. Cant get too close to the lighthouse but still have good views of it from the dunes.

This was a fun stop.

The beach is.... Okay. Yoy cant get very close to the light house. Whole area is blocked off with trespassing signs. So if you are going for the light house. You cant only be 30 feet away. And if yoy are going fornthe beach, go somewhere elsen cause you also need to pay the state park entrance fee to enter. That fee was the ONLY reason we even stayed for more than an hour. Id give it a real hard PASS!

Matthew Kleckner

Nice Historic Lighthouse! Should be open for the public to see. .

Had a great opportunity to tour the Keepers House. Interesting setup. It was a self guided tour, so did not learn much history besides being able to view a few WWII photos donated.

A good scenic stop to visit when you have thirty minutes to spend.

Very neat sight, wish we could have toured it, but it is privately owned.

Located in a state park (so there is a small fee $5 for one hour or $8 for the day). The lighthouse is closed to the public because it's owned by the US coast guard and the property is off limits, but there is a path you can go down with benches to view the lighthouse. The path leads to a beach down on lake Michigan. The views of the lighthouse and of lake Michigan are breathtaking.

Everything was great. Including the weather

Pretty beach

Very disappointed that the property was closed off completely to visitors. The closest you could get to the lighthouse is almost a hundred yards away.

Ruth Longsine

Very quiet and relaxing. Lighthouse is beautiful but can only be viewed from a distance because it's closed to the public. Very interesting history.
