I've ran the 1/2 marathon a couple of times here. Beautiful sceneries and beautiful trails to walk. Tried the "vita trail" and did some body weight exercises. Highly recommended on your next visit to Door County!
Always a great place to get away and do some running or kayaking plenty area for camping as well and a beach to swim at I come here every years and it's always a blast
Great hike at Nature Center and enjoyed the beach!
The gentelman that gave us our day pass very friendly and helpful.
Beautiful park, great trails for hiking, biking, dog friendly! Nice campsites and miles of nature!
Amazing state park in the Cape Cod of the Midwest. Tons of hiking trails and all well kept too. It is one of the busiest state parks though so you'll run into a fair amount of other folks on the trails.
Lots of shaded hikes, clean and well marked trails. Great view from the bluffs. Perfect for summer hikes.
Love camping here. Water was high this summer made it kind of neat. Our sight even had a slight clearing for a view of the lake and like a private kayak launch
An absolutely beautiful park and the lighthouse is well worth the price of admission.
Very nice bike trails and beach. Nice campground. Lots to do
Excellent biking and hiking trails. Plenty of benches and spots for picnicking. Nice beach. food available for purchase at the beach. Great scenic spots with overlooks. Cross country skiing trails available in the winter
IS A BEAUTIFUL PLACE FOR WALKING AND EXPLORING
Beautiful scenic park filled with lots of good trees and sandstone bluffs. The edge of the park borders lake Michigan and and covered with giant wild Arborvitae trees. The campgrounds were very spacious with good features. I would definitely visit again next time I am in Door County
If you love natural beauty and unspoiled surroundings, this park will become one of your favorites. Camping, hiking and biking are all standards for this gorgeous park.
Endless places to explore... One of the most complete state parks, with lots of trails, camping, Northern Sky Theater, golfing, the lighthouse, and Nicolet Bay Beach. It's fun getting around by foot, car, bike, or Segway. Very accessible park. I especially love all the viewpoints.
Beautiful scenery, great place to visit. Amazing place to take your boat.
Beautiful place! I've been here in the fall and winter and both times it was incredible.
Everyone is so wonderful here! We go camping at least once a year. It can get a bit busy during the summer, but it's understandable based on how awesome the park is. The skyline road is one of my favourite parts. The hiking trails are wonderful and the braches are well kept. I would totally recommend staying here or at least visiting!
The trails we're good to bike in, be careful when your on a bike. There use the same trails for all bike, runners, walking, dog walk many trails are narrow. The traffic from both directions is okay, did not feel like it is real busy. I think the size of park is large rnoug to enjoy the privacy. Be careful when you pass dogs even on a leash. Most dogs get mildly aggressive being that close to them on a bike.
Beautiful vistas. Very helpful and courteous staff (even late at night). Plenty to do, from kayaking and swimming at Nicolet Beach, fishing near Weborg Point, hiking and biking the beautiful scenic trails, or taking in the sunsets at Sven's Bluff. We stayed over several weekdays so not as busy/crowded as (presumably) the weekend would be. Most of the campsites seemed occupied, but it just didn't seem crowded. Like you knew people were there, but you weren't bumping into them on the trails, or waiting in lines for the showers/bathroom. Hard to explain, but in any case, a very pleasurable experience. We stayed at Welker's Point which is one of only two or three areas with no electricity; but we knew that going in and planned accordingly with portable power supplies for mobile devices, etc and of course we still had power from our truck if we needed it.
Way way too busy over summer break much better in the very early spring or fall
The crown jewel of Wisconsin's state parks. First rate facilities and camp sites. There are alot of campsites here along with families so tranquility is hard to find at least during the day. The trails here are numerous and in great shape. I wouldn't call any of them challenging though. There is also plenty of bike trails. There is also a outdoor theater that has regularly scheduled shows. The nearby towns are very picturesque and planned to look that way. They offer great food and drink. Of course there are great beaches in several areas.
The Eagle terrace hike was listed as difficult, but it wasn't as bad as that. Several elderly and young children were on the hike. Most of the hike is on the forest, if you want to see the lake you can do a short home on the eagle terrace side with the overlook and avoid the part through the woods if you like.
Walked through the h2o to the peninsula about 2ft deep to the other side only problem was biting fly's. .
Always enjoy hiking the many trails in the park
So much fun. Rent some bikes for a fantastic day at Peninsula State Park. You won't regret it!
Rent some water transportation and enjoy yourself. Also if you have time rent a bike and do the bike trails.
Eagle trail is absolutely incredible. Full of beautiful spots with median/hard trail parts. 100% recommended
Awesome family camping experience, kids loved the bike trails! Gotta check out the Northern Sky Theater while you are there, as a camper you get discounted tickets.
One of the best campgrounds I've been to. Beaches are nice and are cleaned regularly, campgrounds are sprawling and offer good locations and sights. Many trails, biker and paddler friendly, golf course is small but pretty decent. Great breakfast place right by the entrance to the park to start the day. Spots are very popular so reserving way ahead of time is recommended.
A beautiful park. We rode the Sunset bike trail. It is just the right challenge for my young kids, well maintained and not too crowded. More folks today because of the holiday weekend but still plenty of space on the trail.
Spectacular park. Its not surprising that this is the most popular State Park in Wisconsin. Its also a very large park plan on it taking a few days to explore. The cafe right outside the park has a great breakfast.
Really nice park but the sites are close together and hard to find a flat spot to set up a tent
Enjoyed a few day hikes here. The most challenging part of the eagle trail was not any climb but really having to watch your footing. Fun but slow going.
The sunset bike trail is beautiful. Only 10 miles but a great workout.
This is one of my favorite state parks in the country. One of my favorite experiences is hiking through the woods to the sounds of waves hitting rocks. It’s also both dog and bike friendly.
Good site for the fall colors. Near by places are good too. Our kids liked it too.
The park has beautiful overlooks (over Green Bay) and really nice hiking trails. Enjoy one of Wisconsin's premier parks!!
This is a great campground and park. Wonderful bike trails with lots of good views of the water. Nice beach and concessions. Very strict on dog access to certain areas - e.g. no dogs allowed in the picnic grounds. Good proximity to the prettiest part of Door County.
Gorgeous park! It's large, and needs better signage so that drivers, bikers, and walkers won't get lost. The campground bathrooms and showers are the worst I've ever seen. Filthy and badly bug infested.
Beautiful State Park with great camping facilities. The campground is very well maintained. Drove here from Texas on a recommendation from a friend. We'll be coming back.
Beautiful park. Activities all year round.
One of the best state parks in Wisconsin.
What more could you ask for in a state park? It has it all... except the tower. Nicolet Beach is one of the best beaches in Door County, Norther Sky Theater puts on some amazing plays, you could get lost for weeks on the hiking and biking trails, the sunsets from Sven's Bluff are spectacular, and not to mention there's even a cave and an island you can see by boat (look up Door County Adventure Rafting to get there). There's so much to do, no wonder it's one of the best parks in Wisconsin.
Awesome place this park has a beautiful view and an amazing lighthouse a wonderful place to take the kids. The method of arriving to the peninsula involves riding on a trailer across a short stretch of water which is seasonal. You can also wade across this stretch. Overall a fun time
Not so great in winter but would be a best place to visit in summer
This is my favorite state park in Wisconsin. Beautiful forested land, with hiking trails, a lighthouse, and an amphitheater. The beach is busy but nice, with a small concession store. The campgrounds are above average, with nice big campsites. The bathrooms and showers could use some upgrades, but they are clean. Many things to do in the nearby towns as well.
Took my fiance here for his 30th, we had an amazing time. Dogs we allowed almost everywhere (even with having two pits), beaches were nice, campsites were great, and the trails were a BLAST
Park has great hiking and biking trails, quiet and spacious campsites; the short, par 3, six hole golf course was a fun and unexpected activity for novice and first time "give it a try" golfers.
Beautiful place. Many scenic views of the water. Great place to hike and bike
Nice views and nice for Scenic Drive seems more for biking hiking on trails
Lots of trails for biking and hiking. There are multiple separate camping areas. A light house with tours. There are bike rentals, and great places to eat or get ice cream in the town of Fish Creek just outside the park. The cellular 4g internet is not very good in the center and Northwest side of the park.
Peninsula State Park is mostly dense wooded with lots of pine and burch trees. The showers are warm and clean. Great scenic hiking trails, a nice beach, and very dark skies so you can see the milky way and shooting stars. It's worth staying here instead of the other nearby campgrounds.
Love to drive through out this park, stop and hike. When warmer swim. Awesome place
Great place! There's a warden lady that will get u if your not packed up and out of camp sites at 3. New eagles nest isnt built yet and nature center is closed till next year.
There were some good viewpoints here, but the scenery wasn't the best I experienced in the area. Maybe I was burned out on lake views, though. I get the feeling I would've liked it much better from the water; I think it's prettier from that viewpoint. There were some nice campsites and recreational opportunities there.
Is just beautiful. go to sven point for sunset
Beautiful. Nature! Hiked the easy trails with the Mrs and 1.5 year old. Quite a lovely place. Really enjoyed the sights, the smell and sound of water gently hitting the shores. I only wish we had more time to spend here
What a beautiful jewel in Door County. As this was our first trip there, we found the roads and trails very well marked. I do suggest a visit to the nature center. It was packed with all sorts of tidbits on the park along with an awesome 3d panaramic, interactive model of the park. We were lucky enough to meet Missy, a naturalist at the park who was just bubbling with a wealth of knowledge on the park! It was she that told the story of Smokey Bear and we MET Smokey in the fur!!
You can't go to Door County without at least a drive-thru with quick stops to view the beautiful scenery. We were a bit early to view fall colors, but we loved being there after not being able to visit since 21 years ago.
Twenty years of camping here - never gets old!
Went to the theater in the park. It was a great experience. Wonderful play on leaving Winnecone off the map at 1967
Grew up camping here. Visited on my honeymoon since my wife had never seen it. LOVE this place! As beautiful as ever. I miss walking up Eagle Tower :(
Loved this place. Beautiful scenery. Wonderful biking and walking trails. The campers and staff are so friendly! The camp host Mike and his wife, really look out for the guests. My family and I enjoyed ourselves and will return.
Gorgeous views and stunning landscapes. Really worth your time!
Beautiful park! Huge!! Make sure you have time cause this place is huge!! Very nice walking trails, beach, and swimming area!! Loved it!
Very nice park. Also very busy with lots of bicyclists. Nice trails.
The biking and walking trails we're just beautiful! The light house tour is a must see. Very educational on how they lived. The sunsets were works of art.
Very beautiful in end of Sept. Eagle trail is perfect length for my boyfriend dog and I. Pretty rocky but whatever
Lots to do. Great family beach area. Some of the best campsites!
I've been going to the park for 55yrs. My family feel in love with Blossomberg Cemetery in the 60's. We now have a family plot for 20.
Love it here. The park is clean and you can rent canoes and other water toys. I was even able to take my small dog with me in the canoe. We both had a blast.
Beautiful beach with so many things to do, kayak, hydrobike, paddle, boating, etc. There is a small grocery store and ice cream shop. Very quiet and very relaxing place. Place to Barbecue and picnic tables. Good parkings.
Great park, wonderful trails and facilities. Went in winter and it was still beautiful and lush! I highly recommend staying here.
Missy the naturalist is amazing. Walk backwards for tour, educational and FUNny, incredibly knowledgeable and is able to answer all the questions. Go visit the butterfly garden or the nature loop! She should be stand up! Learned so much and gave my head and abs a work out!
Awesome spot to camp, hike, fish, ride bikes, park an RV, hook up the fifth wheel. Located right in the heart of Fish Creek and easily accessible. Whether you glamp or traditional camp, this is a must visit location!
Amazing views and great bike trails, pack a lunch and bring some water, there is a lot to see and a lot to do.
This is a great place for people of all ages. Something to do for everyone. You can hike, ride bikes, tent and RV camping, fishing, swimming, boating. This place has it all. We took our 17 month old and 2.5 year old here for the day, and they were entertained. There is a park, and swimming beach. The camping is great. If you have an RV the sites are perfect. They even have a gray and black water drain for the camper. There is a general store where you can resupply. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Tons of hiking trails. Located outside of fish Creek there is tons to do within walking distance from the park. A must stop.
I visited this park late spring of this year and was blown away by its beauty! Put down your phone, roll down your windows and rediscover your soul! The views and the sights in this park will change you! Can't wait to go back!
Huge State Park, great for biking, hiking, camping and even golfing. There is a 9.7 mile bike path that is clearly marked and bikes can be rented just outside the park gate. Eagle Bluff Lighthouse is a great place to stop and rest. Bike riding through the park was probably our favorite activity while exploring Door County. Highly recommend!
Hiking, biking, swimming, golf, what else do you want for fun! A beautiful park in DOOR COUNTY, WI . Anytime of the season you will enjoy your time at PENINSULA STATE PARK
Went there in early August and I have to say its one of the most beautiful places one ever been to. The trails are very immersive and the coastline is to die for. Between the clear water and rocky shoreline it's gorgeous to visit.
In my opinion the Best state park in the state for camping. Lots of sites, some with electric. Plenty of choices for sun or shade camping. Great for tents or trailers. Lots of ammenites and things to do. Great place for a cheap outdoor vacation. Very good for kids and pets.
We like this park but it needs better signage. It's so easy to get lost. It's not marked as well as it should be. The park could also use loads of gravel for muddy areas in many campsites.
Great hiking and biking here. My favorite area to hike is eagle trail. Sunset trail is an easy bike trail. We came in September and the campground was not too crowded. A must see park
Water, woods, trails...unique to the Midwest. Will visit again.
Road signs in the park are poor so watch your map carefully. Campsites at the South Nicollet Campground were well kept and the host was very friendly and helpful. Firewood is for sale within the park, but only from 4:00-6:00 so plan ahead. There are several spots to stop and snap pictures along the way.
One of the best state parks in Wisconsin. Peninsula has some great trails and beautiful views of the bay. If you haven't been, I'd highly recommend it.
Beautiful park with incredible views and lots of family activities and places to explore!
Very beautiful park! So many different hiking trails and opportunities to see the water. Could easily spend a week here exploring and learning the grounds. Very family-friendly, and many activities to do with in the park for all ages. We were able to visit the beach, and check out the surrounding area. Would go back again!
I've been coming here with my family since I was a baby. You ain't a real wisconsinite unless you've been here at least 5 times.
I’ve been here a few times now twice on my bike and now driving through with my family. The roads are great for biking on and there are a lot of vantage points in which to see the awesome views of Lake Michigan. I would like to camp here one day for sure! One note: beware or bad cyclist! Everyone has a right to the road but make sure if you are driving that you are extra careful of the weekend warrior out for a ride. I saw too many zig zagging and not following the proper safety procedures while on the narrow roads. Make sure everyone is safe!
Love this state park! Great place to drive through and home on. Love the cemetery and the lighthouse.
The place is amazing. Great for families, it gets crowded around July but otherwise it is a massive and amazing place to go with families or friends. Many different things to do and see, and it is just beautiful out there. I love this park and the bay. Great place to go.
Price is high for not having water on sites. Not all the sites have electricity. Hate the website that you have to make reservations on. If you want electricity better make early reservations. Beautiful park
The lake views are nice but the park is lacking. Too commercial and lacking in maintenance.
There is so much to do in this park that I wished I lived close to it. While visiting Door County from Florida, we returned here 3 times to do different things. We visited the overlooks and toured the lighthouse. Then we came to the overlook and hiked down to the lower level, and drove around the gold area and interior. Then we returned to attend the outdoor theater. Each trip was worth the time and drive. We wished we had time to bike but it wasn't a good time of year. Summer has the mosquitoes really bad. So, no matter what, spray up before you go. It's also cool that the nearby towns have ice cream shops and great places to eat.
Amazing park with stunning views, especially in fall.
Can not wait to go back. The biking is excellent. The beach was beautiful. The lookouts and views are breathtaking. We love to camp but didn’t have enough time to stay so we’ll definitely be returning in the future for that.
We decided to drive down to catch some fall leaves. Boy did peninsula state park deliver! That amazing sunset was the icing on the cake. I love door county ❤
Beautiful area. The Northern Sky Theater is an awesome venue.
This is a great place to stay, with great views and central location!
Favorite state park, a few shops, lighthouse, amazing biking trails, wonderful campsites! A MUST SEE!
Our objective when going to this park was to hike and visit the nature center. We went nature center first. They have happy and informative staff that guided us to the best trails. Two of the ladies educated us on monarch butterflies. My daughter, wife, and I got to see butterflies hatch which was a first for us all! Great times, great people, and great trails.
Excellent place to golf. Beautiful course and great views.
Really cool roads with great spots to stop and take pictures!
Clean campground and facilities. Loved the weekend spent in Wisconsin's wine county!
This well-maintained state park is a must see in Door County. They offer a few campgrounds, a swimming beach, bikes (both mountain bikes and pretty high quality hybrid disc bikes) available for rent, smooth bike trails, rugged mountain biking trails, hiking trails, a nature center, and a small store/cafe. We camped at site 626 in the North Nicolet Bay campground and had a nice lake view. Their website is really informative and well-designed it’s easy to reserve a site online.
lots to explore. lots of trails of all types but sadly it was raining and we couldnt get out of the car. still beautiful though
We love coming here to hike or bike or just look at the beautiful views.
Great trails for hiking, and varied difficult. It's close to the shoreline, so great views!
I actually love this place. I have been camping here for 45 years. But the state has not maintained it, yet they have continually raised prices. Now that it needs serious repairs, the Walker administration has made this self sustaining. Electricity for one night is there times the cost of any other states charge. I have pictures of things needing fixing over the past three years. But we have three generations that come together every year. Let's make it beautiful again!
Great state park. Densely wooded. Camping (tent & rv) available. Hiking trails. Scenic drives.
Not so existing thus fall.. Wisconsin fall report turned out to be a lie.. no color at all in reality where as fall report was showing 100%. Found out Schaumburg has more to offer than Wisconsin.
One of my favorite Wisconsin State Parks!! Beautiful in every way. Quiet, nice trails. Worth seeing
Beautiful views with plenty of benches, picnic tables and grills. Trails are awesome
We visited in May before peak season so establishments in Fish Creek seemed to be just starting (no fish boils) up while many facilities in he park were closed or empty. As a result, Eagle Trail, which I read could get crowded, was close to …
What a beautiful WI State Park! We loved our time here. We looked at the lighthouse and rented a two person kayak for 2 hours. They have a lot of rentals available including bikes, canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, and pedal boats. They have a lovely Beach area as well. (Nicholet beach) we rented our kayak and paddled out to an island directly across from the beach. We hiked around there and explored for a whole, took a swim, and then came back.
Beautiful park, arrived just before sundown for stunning views!
We always have to at least drive-thru the park every year when we visit. Just gorgeous park!
Gorgeous park. Very large! Plenty to do. $13 for a day parking pass. We took the Eagle trail and it was beautiful but very Rocky. Not for small children. Nicolet beach was beautiful and a good size. The employees in the beach store were very nice. Would love to explore more on our next trip.
Gorgeous! Biked the Sunset Trail and hiked Eagle Trail on two separate nights just before sunset (around 6, 6:30 PM), very gorgeous. Would recommend watching the sunset at Welcker's Point or Eagle Panorama–we did both on two different nights!
Classic state park with plenty to see and do. Eagle's Tower is down right now, but there are still plenty of places that offer scenic overlooks of land and water. Plus the lighthouse is always a great place to visit.
Beautiful motorcycle ride. Takes about an hour if you stop frequently. 2 if you really chill a while in spots.
One of my favorite places in Wisconsin. Beautiful views. Great hiking and biking trails. Nice size wooded campsites. Golf course. Lighthouse.
The park itself is beautiful with lots of trails, a great beach, beautiful sunset viewing spots, a dock available, lots of nature and a variety of trails. However the camping experience was not as nice. I mean the bathroom facilities left a lot to wish for. We stayed at the Welker's Point Campground. The toilets and the showers kept of getting clogged, the handles looked disgusting. The men's bathroom at some point was almost entirely out of order. It made me wonder if these conditions were even safe for people to be in especially considering the smell. You can tell by a few sighs that the clogging problem seems to be a pretty common issue there, and that these bathroom facilities are in desperate need of a teardown and a rebuild. The beach bathroom facilities looked pretty nice though. I wish I knew that from the get go. I would have driven there to take the shower instead. Overall, I liked the park itself and how close it is to these cute towns around, but only if you don't mind a little ruggedness.
Whether your camping here for a week, or just visiting the park and Door County for a day, Peninsula State Park is a gorgeous and must visit State Park. Bring your walking shoes! There are trails every for the amateur hiker, to experienced hiker.⛺️
Peninsula State park is so pretty! I would definitely recommend going here every year like I do! So many pretty sights and many trail to go on. In the Peninsula State Park I recommend going to the beach that is where I got a lot of my pictures. It is so pretty.
One of the most beautiful parks I have ever seen. The views are breathtaking. Lots of things to do. Biking and hiking trails and camping.
One of the best state parks I've been in a while. Make sure you get a map at the entrance near the office. The water is crystal clear. Water temperature is usually in the 60's. Many activities available from hiking, biking, camping , fishing, swimming, boating, and just chilling at the beach. I will return here next year
Nice light house and park like setting. We arrived at 5:08pm light house closed at 5, so from the outside all was nice and well worth the trip. Flies were biting but hey the view was fantastic.
A scenic park. Great hikes. Helpful amenities like showers and concessions at the beach.
I think this state park is overrated. There are plenty of other state parks that's just as good within a hour instead I drove 4 hours for a all hyped up park in door county.
The park is beautiful and the Eagle Loop is a great hike. The camping, however, leaves something to be desired. Raccoons went through our campsite and warmed themselves at our fire then sniffed all around looking for food. Luckily, we didnt have any out. Then they terrorized us the rest of the evening intermitently. One even scratched at our tent.
Wonderful! Wisconsin has plenty of state parks but Peninsula is the crown jewel. Beaches, camping, hiking, golfing, and beautiful views make this park the perfect location for your Door County vacation
Great State Park drove through last night then rented bicycles today and did a quick bike ride place of camping in this park appears to be over 900 campsites. I made a list today so when I come back I know which sites are my preferred ones to camp at.
This magical place. surrounded by lots of nature and the lovely view of one of the great lakes.
Rented 2 mopeds for 2 hours at Edge of the Park. Great way to see Peninsula State Park. Easy stopping for views. Much easier than bicycling up some of those hills!
Absolutely beautiful! Love driving up here to take picnics during the summer time. There are campsites within the park. Can take boat tours to see stunning shore line.
Trails are well maintained, great variety of terrain for the all around hiker regardless of experience. Great views. LOVE everytime
Wonderful for biking, hiking and sightseeing. They even have a golf course in the park (whhaattttt). Recommend the Eagle trail, but be prepared for a small stretch which will be difficult for dogs, kids and the elderly. Serene, wonderful. Ahhh ai can breathe.
Amazing park, w something for pretty much everybody. Hiked Eagle Trail and Skyline Trail w my dog; trails were well-marked, navigable, and appropriately rated. Had a great time, wish I was staying closer or we’d go back again ASAP.
One of the top state parks of Wisconsin! Our go-to camping spots. Has a very good beach, cafe and mini grocery as well. Lots of good hiking and biking trails and a nice little town for shopping and dining. I recommend everyone to check this place out!
The best state park in Wisconsin. I grew up in Door County, so I am partial to the area, but we make a trip back here every year. Excellent camping areas to choose from, spectacular sunsets and sunrises, beach, biking, hiking. Oh and an outdoor theater for evening entertainment. What more could you ask for?
Went to play golf. Nice tract but the greens were in poor shape. Way overpriced for the condition. Not going back.
Love Peninsula State Park! Lots of biking and hiking trails. Beautiful campgrounds. Enjoy walking the shoreline or enjoying the view at the beach.
Great mix of interior and shoreline hiking and biking.
Great park for camping, cycling and kayaking. Also, the park has a very nice beach on Lake Michigan. Make reservations early as this park fills up quickly on summer weekends.
Great place. BRING BUG SPRAY!!! nightcrawlers, a #2 gold hook and a 1/4 ounce split shot attached to your line is all you need to catch bass off the fishing pier.. Fun!!
Very well kept and clean. It's truly a beautiful area. Good waste management and bathrooms in easy to get to places. Big campsites with flat ground.
This Park is a Must Visit if you go to Door County !!!!
This places is especially great because of the beach in my opinion, i gurantee you will enjoy it.
If you love biking, hiking, or lighthouses you should definitely check this area out. There are some great bike trails with some light hills and fun turns, but nothing to crazy. If your looking for a thrill ride, this isn't exactly the place, but if your riding with the family or as a couple, it is definitely a beautiful ride. There are dedicated hiking trails here as well which do not allow bikes so you don't have to worry about a biker constantly zipping by your yelling "on your left." If you visit, you will also find quite a few lookout points onto the lake that are right off the trails that would be great for taking pictures. There is also a lighthouse that I would recommend checking out .
A lovely park, with lots of little vistas and beautiful drives. We went this time for a show at the amphitheater--a lovely setting in the woods, and a quality production by Northern Sky!
♡ this place. Great for whatever mood your in, trails for biking or hiking. Parking areas with awesome views, and just a beautiful scenery to drive thru.
There is a working lighthouse that you can tour and a great place to camp
This is one of the gems of both Door County and the Wisconsin State Park system. Great network of trails for all seasons and all modes. Spacious camping areas, great vistas, boat launch included in pass, and loads of nature are all parts of this amazing park.
Beautiful park! Very clean and well managed.
