Our experience was fantastic! Check in was easy, our guides were amazing, and the course was spectacular. I brought my GoPro with a chest strap, which wouldn’t work with the harnesses we needed to wear, but I was given a helmet with a GoPro attachment so I could still use it. Great service!

The mountain biking is simply awful. Overgrown barely kept trails. There are tree limbs down all over the trails, there are whole trees down over some of the trails. Almost every trail we rode was all climbing and no fun downhill sections. There is little to no grip on many of the trails. The most difficult red trail is downright dangerous. It's almost all loose gravel, and there are 20 foot drops off the sides of you mess up. Go to silver lake, much better trails, way more features and fun, and free.

I loved my experience at Canopy Tours! This was a surprise for my boyfriend to celebrate our 2 year anniversary. Because we came in March (and scheduled for a rather cold and windy day) we had a private tour! Both Steph and Rick were amazing and made the whole experience so much fun. They took awesome pictures of us and made sure we got the most out of our zip line tour. We will definitely be coming back for the High Ropes Course when the weather warms up a bit more.

Our experience was nothing shy of perfect! From start to finish, it was great. We were greeted happily by a very informative, knowledgeable, gentleman. Then we got the two best tour guides in the place, Spencer and Brianna. So outgoing, and obvious that they enjoy their jobs. We ran into a couple other employees at the very end, and they did not share the same enthusiasm as our guides, but it was a great experience, and I will definitely return. ❤️

Fantastic time. Only suggestion is to buy the water bottle that you can clip to your harness. It's a 2 hour outing and it's well worth the 3 to $5. Guides were fantastic.

My experience was awesome! We had 5 in our group and then they added a group of 4 with us. That just made it more fun! Our guides were Chad and Willy. They were so supportive and funny! I'm deathly afraid of heights, I was so scared! But with the help from Chad and Willy I made it through all 9 zip lines! They were so patient with me. I would say everyone should give this a try! Thank you Chad and Willy for giving us an experience we will never forget!

Super fun way to spend a few hours outside. Guides were fantastic and made the adventure tons of fun. You do a couple of short zips to get the hang of things and then got to do some longer and faster ones so you could turn around and have a little fun. Kyle and Ashley were awesome guides.

Very nice experience (first time on zip lines), the staff were nice and friendly. The tour area is huge and 2 hours will be good to enjoy the zip lines. Watch out for bugs, flies as it a mini jungle (take bug spray to protect), take shoes that is not your favorite as it might be spoiled

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lake Geneva Canopy Tours. I've been on the ziplining trips with them multiple times. This time I brought a friend with special needs and they were amazing at helping us with his crutches and sent us with three awesone guides. Bree, Taylor and Kyle were fantastic!! I plan on going back with a different group of friends soon. Steph is usually my guide and I missed her, but hope to zip with her again in the future!

The guides are always professional (even when you get stuck on the racing line) and they always put safety first. Each time that I have gone zip lining has been in lake Geneva and each time has been very enjoyable. They have fun dedicated staff that will crack jokes throughout the tour no matter how corny or cheesy they are. They will keep you engaged, and looking forward to the tour. From the office staff, to the front desk, to the tour guides, the customer service is great. They definitely go out of their way to make sure you have enjoyed your visit. I have been here a few times now and I will not hesitate to return. I would recommend anyone to try this place out. You won't regret it.

The zip line course is in the trees with great views. The building was very nice with TV's, games, meeting room, snacks and T shirts etc. Shirts were only $15. Out side they had a sitting area with a fire pit. The staff was very friendly. Everyone was very friendly. This was my first time and we loved it.

I organized this for 11 family members attending a reunion in Lake Geneva. Our guides Bri and Taylor were so enthusiastic about ziplining yet they made safety a priority. I decided to use the option of doing the course tandem with a guide so I didn't have to brake myself. This lessened my fear and allowed me to complete the course. Traveling through the canopy and walking across bridges to get to the platform sometimes 75 feet from the ground adds to the adventure. The public areas of the office are very nice. Excellent bathroom facilities and water, and other beverages can be purchased. I highly recommend.

My only experience with Canopy Tours was with hiking. We wanted an outdoor activity while in Lake Geneva during the winter and decided to try hiking. It cost $5 for a day pass, and you can stay as long as you like. We had a great time hiking here. We did the orange trail and really enjoyed it. I would for sure come back and try the ropes courses; they looked fun!!

Had a great time at Canopy. It was a rainy day, so we were a bit concerned headed out, but the rain never bugged us under the leaves. Jesse and Jazzy were our guides, and they were great. The experience was more than just the zipping, with Jesse telling us stories about the woods, trees, carvings, and other fun things, keeping us laughing and smiling. The course was well maintained and Jessie and Jazzy were always spot on keeping us tethered and safe. Great fun!

Wonderful experience! Our guides, Kyle and Hailey, were very knowledgeable and quickly eased any fear/hesitation. My daughter (8yrs old) was probably the most nervous and definitely the youngest in our group. Both guides were great with her. She was able to participate in the full 9 Zipline course and wants to go back already! I do recommend bathing in bug spray before harnessing up.

My husband and I came in July and fell in love with the experience. Our guides were Wally and Haley. We knew we wanted to bring our three children to celebrate their birthdays. We requested Wally for our family trip and thought Haley would be busy at school. The staff remembered us and asked Haley to join Wally as our guides for our family. We were impressed and excited. Our kids had a blast!! They opened up to having a really great experience because Wally and Haley made it fun, easy, and entertaining. We added the high ropes with Wally as the guide as well. The staff is awesome and friendly, they joke around, the building and outside area is clean and peaceful. Everyone is knowledgeable and relaxed. Our family will be making this an annual tradition. My husband and I did the longer course and loved every minute. Our guides Spencer and Elijah were great, knowledgeable and provided a little comic relief along the way. I would highly suggest the longer tour as you get to do so much more and the longest lines are included in that one. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a little adventure!
