Great facility... But GoogleMaps fails yet again! Took me half an hour to find the actual facility! The actual place is located on pilgrim rd. Just east of HWY 45. Google needs to update their locations and navigational apps/ equipment...

One of the worst receiving departments, I just dread going there. The guy refused to sign my paperwork because he was on break. So I had to wait 45 min for a signature. He didn't even get off the forklift. If I had the choice I wouldn't ship here or pick up. It's not just once, it's every time it's a bad experience.

One of the best plant tours I've ever been on. I've been to the plants in York PA. and Tomahawk WI. but this was by far the best. Our guide (Peanut) was very knowledgeable about the different parts and why they were designed a certain way. She also was able to explain the terminology to someone who has a very basic knowledge of bikes. The tour took us around the plant and showed most steps of the assembly process. The tour is a must if you're in the area!

Tight docks are inside the building. Go thru the roll door , there gonna be a regular docks . Tight enough for 53’ trailer and long wheelsbase , if trucks were park on a both sides.

I just came to make motorcycles now I am physically sick from all the stress. 53 miles I drive to work daily, 53 more to go home! Has to be a "Better Way!"
