REVIEWS OF Delicate Arch IN Utah

Jon Hayes

Not a challenging hike at all. It was absolutely stunning, but we did have to wait our turn to take pictures under the arch. A bit crowded in mid Sept.

Trevor Pace

It's a pretty remarkable natural occurrence that should be seen at least once in your life if you can. And it's a fun hike!

maceroee

If you don't do any other hikes please do this one. Yes it is not for everyone but if my little kids made it mostly anyone can. We did take alot of breaks but it was well worth it.

T.J. Kieper

A bit of a crowded hike, but well worth the suspenseful view when you get to the end. Leave time to wait in line and get a picture in the arch itself!

Candice Hoy

Definitely worth the hike! Beautiful place!! However, we picked up quite a bit of trash left behind by tourists. Pack it in, pack it out!

Max Leykin

Try to get there before the crowds (9am). Also recommend hiking to the rock formation that’s across the little canyon from the arch.

Matt Suekel

Very neat place, the hike is about 1.5 miles and is relatively easy, but there is a steeper spot where elderly or young people might have a hard time. And also please bring water, it can be very hot. Lots of people, I recommend going in the early morning for the best photos, least amount of people, and cooler temperatures.

SGTpiggie

Pretty difficult uphill hike that is completely worth it, not recommended if you have a fear of heights because the last small portion is against a cliff, but if you can do it, it is totally worth it. 3 miles round trip but the last few steps are the best you turn a corner with a cliff to your back and a beautiful view of the arch with the snowy mountains in the background, best time to come is at sunset!

Nikki Kindinger

Wow! Gorgeous scenery. Decently-marked trail, but man, it is really freaking hot! Bring an umbrella for shade. Go early in the morning or late in the evening. We saw a guy that was blacking out from heat stroke on the trail (he had people helping him). Bring lots of water. The trail to the arch is darn near uphill the whole way. It's not a gentle uphill, either. I should have brought my hiking poles. It's worth it once you get to the top though! No shade, so be prepared!

Jay Fischer

Great hike, about 1.5 miles and 500 vertical feet with a few extra hills along the way.

Theta Rhythm

Majestic..You can either drive to a look out point to see the arch OR hike 1.5 miles to get right up to it. The hike was worth it.

Robert Tew

This is something that you must see with your own eyes to totally appreciate!!!!!!!!

Joshua Brown

Not crazy crowded, parking can be a pain, but a lovely hike hat anyone can do. Spend lovely and everyone was considerate during the hike and at the arch.

Lane T

Iconic and worth the hike. Loved it!

Vladimir Balaz

Some monuments looks better on pictures than in reality. This one is exceptional: the actual Arch is better then that one on the photos. It is not just the Arch, but also the settings which make for the beauty. The Arch stands on flank of a huge rocky theater. It takes about 45 minutes to walk to the Arch from the parking place. The relatively easy walk is very beautiful. The Arch is heavily visited. It is a good idea to come here in low season, on a working day. Afternoon is the best part of the day for the light and photos.

Jia Huang

This is hands down one of my favorite places on earth! Sitting on the sloped cone, looking at the Arch, with the canyons and snow topped mountain in the background gives me a feeling of awesomeness that I just can't explain. This Arch blows away all the other places I've visited (Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, grand canyon... Etc)

Gary Downsborough

The walk up is a challenge but as you approach the Arch area, the final 100m along a shear plane that looks like a formed pathway is scary but safe. When you see the Delicate Arch you have to go around a sloping circular walk which again challenges your senses but is quite safe when you actually do it. To view and experience this Arch is well worth the walk up. Spend time exploring and feeling challenged but stay safe.

kelleigh miller

Beautiful scenery, captivating, but be prepared for a crowd. It's an easy hike from the parking lot and therefore full of people, young and old alike.

Sydni Moyes

We hiked to Delicate Arch at 4 in the morning to see the sunrise. It was beautiful!!! All I have to say is this is not an easy hike. Bring water, go early in the day before it gets too hot and wear good shoes!!! I saw so many people think this was an easy stroll and have to turn back around because they were not prepared.

Joshua Aird

An absolute staple for hooking adventurists here in Utah. The home itself isn't mind-blowing, but it is nice. It's the destination here where you find something truly special.

Benjamin Larson

No matter how many times I've hiked out to it, this arch never loses its "wow" factor.

Dennis Zheng

Visited again in Oct 2019, maybe the 4th time? Very easy to hike up/down no need hiking sticks, just proper shoes and 2 bottles of water and a small snack, if you going during summer time or above 95 F, 3 bottles of water and watch out for the dry heats~ if you want to take a closer picture with Delicate Arch, please wait on line and respect others. Enjoy the beautiful Delicate Arch~ Pack out all trash, please

ryan higley

Go early and it's not that long of a hike but it is a beautiful hike. Always worth the journey and finding a spot not by someone might be hard but if you can enjoy the breeze when you get to the top

Danielle Larson

Absolutely stunning view and a fun hike. We went at sunrise to beat the heat and the crowds. I highly recommend this hike.

Cameron Lindsay

Quite windy, great hike. Worth your time!

Leo Ye

Beautiful place and a must see in this park. Hiking there is very pleasant with moderate difficulty. The best time to do this is probably early morning to avoid the heat.

sam yoon

I wish I can give this 6stars. The hike, while arduous and takes about an hour each way, will result in one of the most valuable experience a person can have. No words can aptly describe the emotion one will feel upon coming face to face with the iconic delicate Arch. I will be looking forward to the day I come back.

nick nikolov

Definitely worth the hike. Seeing it from the lookout does not compare to seeing it up close. The trail is somewhat difficult, but the kids (7 and 8) had no problems with it. Waited for the sun to ease up late afternoon as there is no shade along the way. Bring lots of water!

Craig Miller

Hike 500 feet up and a mile and a half in is not for the faint of heart, but worth the trip. Plan at least an hour, maybe two depending on how much exploring you like to do. Bring enough water if it's hot!

Jason Davis

This was an amazing early morning hike to see the sun rise burst over the horizon and trickle it's way down the rock faces to illuminate the day for the entire valley that is Arches NP. It will be interesting to see how much longer gravity allows this Arch to remain standing!

Melanie Wempe

You have to do this hike up slickrock trails...but that last turn when you get this view is so awesome!

Nicholas Hayes

Loved it. I didn't get to see the double Arch though. Must go back!

Kelli Hamilton

Prepare yourself! This hike is not for the feint of heart, but it is beautiful from the top and well worth the extreme effort to get there. Just make sure you bring a lot of water!

HOLGER PAETAU

Great hike to the arch. Put it on your bucket list.

Amber Urrutia

Beautiful hike! But people for the love of God, dont try to carry your dogs or take your babies in strollers on this hike.

Argin Petrosian

Gorgeous views in all directions and all times of day. Biggest issue is people not getting out of the way of pictures. Highly recommended if your legs can handle a ~1.5 uphill hike.

Paul Ward

A great hike, you can easily get up high above the arch and get a great view of the surrounding areas as well as a birds eye view of the arch.

Amanda Wagner

So amazing & worth the effort getting there! We had an 11 & 13 year old, myself & my husband. I'm not going to sugarcoat it, it is a hard hike up to the arch. Depending on yourself & how often you exercise/ hike it could go either as a …

Baron Alain

Nice but this is the most popular arche so get up early if you want a picture of the arche without five hundred people under...

Arlen Jiacoletti

Another wonderful nation land mark. I loved the hike. Its moderate enough for most people.

keith elliott

Worth the serious climb, not for the fear of heights types

AChilds Haunting

We were in heaven. We took a mini vacation and were in awe over everything. Truly majestic. Get an early start and take your water.

Caden Carter

Great hike, not too strenuous. There is one big incline on sandstone that is the hardest it gets. The end result is worth the time.

Steve Johnson

Definitely worth the hike. Hold onto your hats (it gets very windy) and keep hydrated.

Oliver Henning

The hike itself towards the Arch is - unfortunately - not very impressive (except the last few minutes - you know what I mean when you've done it). And as it's probably the most famous hike in Arches National Park this hike is also very crowded. Do tipp: be an early bird - or come near sunset.

Joel Openshaw

Pretty hot in the summer not much protection from the sun, but a short hike with a great payoff

Christy Allred

A great hike! We have a family ranging in age from 17 down to two. I'm glad we had a pack for the two year old. I will suggest that you do the hike first thing in the morning. It gets hot out there.

Carrie Miller

Well worth the hard work to get there!

RIPAN BHOWMIK

Truly amazing. I have no words to explain speech less.. 3mils round trip .. starts early morning if you can drinks lots of water. No shade whatsoever.. it’s worth the hikes .proper footwear recommend

Ray's Random

It was a long walk up, but it was worth it. Take plenty of water. And take your time, enjoy the walk.

Hilary Neilson

A bit of a schlep but if you take a quick side trail you can see petroglyphs along the way! Tons of people up there for sunset but it was still nice. The arch is much bigger than you might think from pictures.

William Lam

Iconic site at Arches National Park, the hike to it is also very pleasant and scenic.

tlchenvt

The round trip is less than two hours, including a half hour rest at the arch. I thought it would be a three hour trip. Definitely worth time.

Mariana Espiritu

Beautiful landmark, worth the hike! Best part was seeing the ravens flying beneath you because you're so high up, or they're flying at the same level as you.

Jose lopez

Great hiking trails and awesome place to visit .take plenty of water and a water mister if you go in the summer .

Matthew Thielen

Awesome hike but get there early! It gets very crowded

Jed Ambrose

This is a great short hike that winds through canyons, over rock slopes, by a historic cabin, and to the Delicate Arch. It is of moderate difficulty and a little caution is needed passing the cliffs. Absolutely recommend!

Jake

Amazing! A must-see if you're in Moab. The hike was a bit harder than expected, but our 7-year-old was able to do it. Take water! The arch lives up to the hype. It's unreal how it was formed and still stands there.

danny ramos

The hike is rated difficult but I thought it was moderate. I saw families make it to the top seemingly without a problem. Once you reach the end of the hike, you get to see an amazing view of the Arch. There will probably be a line to take a photo with the Arch.

Frosty X

Great place to visit with family while taking pictures of the great view behind the arch.

Dakota Lambert

This is a good hike, and being able to see the iconic arch at the end makes it a special experience.

aaron prather

This was the greatest hike ever, albeit a little scary sometime. Well worth it. Make sure to take plenty of water as it gets pretty warm and arid around there.

Jade Murray

Special moments here. Such a wonderful place, I’m glad I waited til I was older and could appreciate it more than going as a kid.

Tanner Buker

Great place! Just take your time on the hike and bring some water and a snack. At the end of the hike the area opens up to the arch. It's a great place to have a small picnic.

Haylee Rothschild

The hike can be hard for some but the reward at the end is just too good to pass up. Would definitely suggest leaving in the morning to hike, less hot and less people! Plus the lighting is amazing!

Rachel Hammond

Nice hike. Heat and elevation make it a harder hike, but the final view is worth it.

Grace Huang

Boi it's so pretty. 3 mile hike is so worth it. No better views anywhere.

Kyler LaRose

Beautiful! The hike is very easy to do and is fit for all ages. Sometimes because it's popular, it can seem crowded. If you want less crowds, the springtime is a good time to visit. However, there is little shade on the trail so when hiking, bring water and a hat. Definitely worth the views!

Michael Sackett

This is fairly simple hike but I did with my two kids. It is totally worth it and one of the best sites to visit in the West. Going in March was great because they were not a lot of people compared to other times of the year.

Ellen Blalock

Do the longer hike where you can see Delicate Arch up close. It's longer, slightly more difficult, but SO worth it compared to the view you get with the shorter hike.

Matthew Ashby

The most famous natural arch in the world! If you have not been, you must go; it is absolutely fantastic! The first half of the hike is a little strenuous - steep uphill up slickrock, but it is well worth it!

Amazon Prime

It's a very long trail up to the arch but the view is very rewarding! You don't need hiking boots or shoes as long as your shoes are comfortable you can hike the trail. My mom hiked the trail in high heels.

Walter Rothe

Words cannot describe what we experienced during our full moon hike up to the Delicate Arch where we were enjoying a stunning sunrise.

Jason Finley

Nice hike uphill, steep for some, becareful for your knees coming back down. Arrived and left Just before sunset.

Natalia Rasavong

Beautiful hike. The arch was worth the hike. No a hard hike to do with older children. We did it with three children between the ages of 6 and 9. No recommended for toddlers.

Jakob Schwartz

Beautiful landmark. Worth the hike out there, if you can make it. Bring a good amount of water.

Ella Montgomery

It's a great place it's it's really nice to just go see the works of Nature and I loved the hike it wasn't too hard and it wasn't too easy so it's just great

Marcus Forelius

Really cool but be prepared for tons of people. We were there before sunrise and even with a decent hike up a hill to get to the arch there was a crowd. Worth the wait though.

Manuel Ortiz

One of the most popular trails in Arches National Park in Utah is the 1.5 mile trail (one way) that will give you an up-close experience with one of the parks most iconic arches, Delicate Arch. The trail is listed as moderate and, with the exposure to the sun, steep rock faces, and some narrow ledges towards the end, it is definitely not an easy trail. The highlight, of course, is Delicate Arch, which is the arch that is depicted on Utah’s license plate.

Michael Gabbitas

Great hike. Just strenuous and long enough to make it feel like an accomplishment for older children. And the reward for completion is fantastic!

Richard Knight

Hike is strenuous, view is fantastic and well worth the work to get there. Take it slow and you will be rewarded

Dani Hoep

The most impressive Arch. Take a lot of water if you go there in Summer. this is a very hot trail with no place to hide for the sun. This was the 3rd time i hiked this trail. When you go there for sunset you have to share this place with many many others. So i recommend to go there before sunset. We only met a handful of people and had a free view.

John

Delicate arch is really a site to see!! Be prepared it's a long hike in, but we'll worth the work to get there. Bring plenary of water and good grippy shoes. Diverse terrain, but relatively easy walking. Young and old alike were on the trails everyone from kids to elders.

Ana Delgado

Beautiful. Get started before 8am because the parking fills up fast.

Jonathan Egbert

Awesome hike. Some steep ledges at the end so hold your kid’s hand. A must do while you’re in Utah (it’s on the license plate)

Krishnan R.S.

Great hike - tiring but well worth it! Use good shoes - the area near the arch is very sandy and easy to trip/slip and fall.

Rod Dowell

Breathtaking and worth the hike!

Tina Monnett

Great hike! 3 miles round trip...nice weather. Had a great time. Definitely recommend!

Kristy Nuttall

Amazing view of a spectacular arch! Leave early in the morning on the hike if you can so you can beat the heat.

Saurabh Tiwari

Beautiful view of the arch and the park. Plan your visit for sunset and enjoy the mesmerizing view.

Richard Grumm

Great hike. Bring water as it's a good walkout. Petroglyphs too.

Tim Raines

Well worth the hike to see. A must do for Arches National Park.

Eric Garza

Great views. Awesome feature. Hike going up is bit challenging.

Hank Cheng

One of the best nature icon out there. Super crowded place, parking can be hard. I visited early at like 7am on a summer Saturday, and had no problem at all with the crowd. The trail is about 3 miles round trip with steady uphill climb. On a hot day, a water bottle or two would work.

Matt Watier

As crazy as it seems getting here in the dark to see sunrise is a wonderful way to experience this arch. Less people and a magical view.

Yulia Vasilyeva

Must go place. Better visit when it's a little colder outside

Malia Hansen

Kinda difficult hike but so worth it. Summer is kinda hot

Brandon Ross

Incredible sandstone arch. The hike from the parking lot is about 3 miles and there are public restrooms located at the trail head. The hike is relatively easy with the exception of about a half-mile incline that can be very strenuous if you are out of shape or elderly. There was a bit of a line to have your photo taken under the arch but absolutely worth it.

C&M

Majestic. A true Utah treasure. Each time I go here it takes my breath away. (Both the hike and the view)

Catie Trout

Beautiful hike. This hike is semi-difficult. If you take your time and bring lots of water you can make it to the arch. It is an amazing view and spectacular experience.

Naman Pandey

3 mile round trip hike to the Arch. Moderate hike, worth the visit to see this geological wonder

Tatiana Romanova

Man, this was hard to pull off in a 101 degree heat. Breathtaking, one of a kind and beatiful, but do not underestimate this 3 mile hike. Heat and exertion can easily send your heart struggling. Drinking water can help you only this far. I saw an army man clinging to a shady rock trying to catch his breath and settle his heart. I myself was borderline purple when I got to my car - and I am not a novice hiker. It took me well over an hour to recover. There's not much shade, it gets steep in some places. Hold on to your kids when you get close to the arch - there's no surviving that fall. Kids tend to be taken by the ravens and chipmunks that are in abundance at the top - easy to get distracted and step off the ledge. Be safe!

Keith Pulaski

We'll worth the hike. One of my favorite Arches!

Teva Wiese

Gorgeous place to watch the sunrise. Make sure you know the trail before you go up in the dark though, met lots of lost hikers this morning... Bring a sweater and you'll have a great time

Therese Lee

Well thought out. Nature preserved. Successful at helping patrons.

Matthew Nelson

Fun hike with some climbing. Delicate Arch was well worth it. Take some time to look around that area as there are some other cool things to see

Jatin Yadav

The view! True beauty . The hype is real . One of the most serene and beautiful places I visited in recent times . Do visit whenever you're in the area.

Rosalia Garcia

Amazing hike, it is worth the sweat. Do the hike early otherwise it gets too hot. The Delicate Arch is amazing, beautiful views.

jim catalfamo

this is something you don't want to wait on: An arch is a fragile formation, and one that is always going to collapse eventually on a long enough timescale. For instance another of the park's attractions, Wall Arch, collapsed back in 2008. ... That's why back in 1947, park employee Russ Mahan, worried by the conditions of Delicate Arch's leg, raised the alarm

corey lyons

Iconic arch. This is worth the short hike up a hill. This is the arch on all the Utah license plates.

Raymond Flee

A bit of a hike but worth the effort

Callum Dingley

Great view and not a difficult hike at all

Rick Dunbar

Fantastic view of the arch that is on Utah license plates. Although there were lots of people, everone was very courteous and took turns standing under the arch to be photographed. Some waiting in line even volunteered to take others pictures. Strongly urge everyone to go early in the morning because it is very HOT, no shade and uphill climb. Wear good hiking shoes, not sandles or flip flops and take LOTS of water.

Guillaume Duteil

We went at sunset and the show was grandiose. View is impressive and the colors at that time make it even better. The trail to get there is pretty exhausting with very limited shade, but we managed to do with my 8 and 5 years old daughters, and crossed a few other kids on the way. So it's still accessible to most of your take your time Note that it's hard to get pictures without anyone on it at that time of the day, but if you wait long enough, you'll have opportunities

Becca Proper

A short hike, but can be difficult at times. Breath taking views! Amazing!!! A must do. You can see it from a different trailhead if you can’t hike all the way there. If you are able to hike it, you will love it! Bring snacks and sit and enjoy!!

Andrew Sockett

Make sure you. Ring plenty of water and hiking boots, or at least tennis shoes, the hike can be challenging, but definitely worth it. We went on a windy day and felt like we could be blown off but we took our time, went slow and got some amazing photos.

Nikhil Dev

Its a medium length trail to get there, but the view is spectacular. Try to go in the afternoon as sun falls behind the arch and you get better photographs.

Craig Therrian

Just an awesome national park. Should be a must see on anyone's list.

Connor Garside

Beautiful sunset hike. Make sure you hold onto your hats, mine almost blew off and was lost forever.

James Dinwiddie

I would not recommend doing this in a snowstorm. Nowhere to go, nowhere to hide. However, if one accomplishes this journey you may have 45 minutes to yourself in complete silent bliss.

Piotr Wisz

Nice hike with magical finish at Delicate Arch. Take water and good boots for this hike.

Demetrio Quezada

Great little hike. Take water.

Aaron Schimbeck

What a fun place to visit... you walk around that corner and bang there it is... Way worth the 1.5 mile walk uphill.

Asphaze

Long hike up about 600ft in elevation over 1.5 miles. Totally worth the view! Start hiking in the evening about an hour and a half before sunset for the least crowds, and coolest temperatures.

Aaron Landis

Just amazing. Gotta see it to believe it.

Jeff Choe

Hiking was very difficult so make sure to prepare enough water. View at the delicate arch was the best in this park.

Inez Cardoso

Beautiful location, loved everything!

Brandon Feldman

A must see if you're in the Moab, UT area! The drive through Arches National Park is incredible alone, but going to see Delicate Arch was the highlight of the visit. The hike is moderate with the most difficult part being the up hill climb for a few hundred feet. Seeing the sunrise was good but I preferred the sunset hike, the pictures came out great and the trek back was beaufiul with the setting sun on the way back to the car.

Randy Brown

If Utah puts it on their license plate, dont you think it's probably worth seeing? It's awesome and a nice hike in as well.

Marilee Isaacson

This is a must see! The view is spectacular and breath taking!! We took all our kids (10 yrs & younger) on the hike and they did great! It's 3 miles round trip

Joel Cognevich

Great hike! The arch is beautiful, but would be nice to vote without all of the people at it's base.

Chuck Malone

We arrived at the park at about 6 am and the Delicate Arch parking at 6:30. The hike to the arch took about 50 minutes, but the return less than a half hour. The place became busy as we began the return walk at 8 am. The arch is magnificent, more impressive than I expected. Well worth the trip. The hike is fairly steep but not difficult.

Ryan Kirk

Took my kids - 7, 11, 13, who got hot and tired and hungry but had no real difficulty with the trail, even though none of us had hiking boots. Went in the morning when it was still in the 70’s.

David Brumit

Really neat place to see. Views are amazing and the exercise is just what the body needs. Tough climb even though the distance is short so bring water and I probably wouldn't recommend this as a midday hike.

Michael Bullock

Such a beautiful landscape. A must hike in the Moab area. Hike is 1.5 mile to the arch, can be done with small children.

Aj Maxey

Awesome 3 miles hike. It will get your heart pumping. The end result is a beautiful view of this iconic Arch.

Philip Joseph

Enjoyed the hike. Not too difficult. But carry enough water. We went in March so weather was really good.

ineifie saborogha

The hike was worth the view. Did it in the afternoon so the heat and incline did make it quite a bit strenuous but it was worth it. Had to stand in a makeshift line to photograph under the arch itself, there were a lot of people. Tried to wait till sundown to see it under the moonlight but I wasn't patient enough. And it was a full moon. Make sure to stay hydrated, at least 4 biitles of water, very easy to get dehydrated without realizing it until it's too late.

William MacEachern

A must see! The hike to get here is very steep and strenuous so pack lots of water and comfy shows/boots. The top is filled with people so if you want a photo of the arch be prepared to wait.

Roger Browne

Delicate Arch can be viewed from a distance, but the best way to see it is by taking the 40-minute walk which ends with a dramatic ledge-path that leads to the dramatic bowl surrounding the arch. My favourite placed in all of Utah.

Birendra Thapa

This is out of the world landscape carved artistically by nature over a vast stretch in time. We were lucky to be in right time and the right place to witness this nature’s spectacle.

R G

Great hike (uphill the whole way) with a reward at the end. Go early to avoid crowds and heat.

Kenneth Liu

Beautiful area and well worth the hike, which was quite beautiful with grand views itself. Weather was good at dusk and not as hot.

Mike Butler

Lots of sloping rock surfaces near the area around the arch. This could be very dangerous, so be careful, especially in wet or icy conditions. The views are spectacular and worth the hike.

David DiGiovanni

A 40 min hike up hill but well worth the effort. The setting of the arch is impressive. Do it!

Lazer Axelman

Hike should be done early or late - not in the middle of the afternoon. Beautiful. Come early for best lighting.

Misty Cunningham

I walked climbed up to it and took a pic under it amazing

Stephanie Speetzen

A fantastically challenging hike for the average person. Everyone in our group loved it. Once you hit the arch, it's breathtaking. Bring plenty of water if you're going during the warmer months. I also recommend good footwear for steep portions of the hike.

Shellsea Kitt

Bucket list check..hike is easy but up hill the entire way. Amazing

Tem Serrano

Awesome hike, busy on a Saturday like you would expect but it really didn't take too long to get through the line

Cassandra Anderson

Difficult hike with a toddler but so worth it. Prepare if you want to hike here!! Bring extra water, sun glasses, a hat, good hiking shoes, and sun screen. There is little to no shade on this hike and there is a lot of uneven ground and slickrock to traverse.

Andrzej Zabost

Quite demanding trail but everyone should be able to make it (I have seen both children and seniors). Just take a lot of water and use a sunscreen. I forgot to use it on my legs and got sunburns. I'd also recommend taking the appropriate shoes. Be extremely careful if you want to get very close to the arch as you might quiet easily fall down and get injured or even die (I don't know if it happened to anyone but it looks like it's probable).

Kasper Rugård Thomsen

Great hike out there and some great scenery. Nice to see people know how to stand in line waiting to take pictures at the arch. ☺️ There was a really nice buzz out there - people were just sitting around enjoying themselves and relaxing.

Trachemysta

Absolutely gorgeous. The must of Arches Ntl park. The most iconic place in Utah, delicate arch is the rock arch showing in the Utah license plate and it is even better in person. After an easy-moderate hike (1-2 h, depending on the pace) you reach this magical place were this arch can be seen from the distance and you can stand right behind it. It is really worth it. Allow yourself some time once you reach to enjoy the magnificent scenery and take good pics. It strongly recommended going early in the morning for several reasons: to get a parking spot in the lot (it fills up quite quickly!), to avoid the crowds (and get pictures more easily with people around), to have a more pleasant, less packed and not-so-hot hike, and to get a better lighting for pictures.

Christopher Tubbs

A bit of a hike, but well worth it! Next on the bucket list is to watch the sunset at the arch.

Chris B

Moderate hike to get to Delicate Arch but totally worth it! Awesome Arch. I would also recommend going to Corona Arch outside of the park.

James Evans

Challenging hike with the kids but well worth the view at the end!

Tyson Grover

The arch is beautiful. And although the hike is a little steep it is definitely worth all of the work.
