REVIEWS OF The Mammoth Site IN South Dakota

Samantha Love

This place is amazing! The staff were super friendly and the tour was amazingly informative! We can't wait to come visit while they have the Jr. activities for the kids.

Janet

We had never heard of this place and decided to stop off and visit it with the kids on our way back to Colorado. I'm so glad we did, its absolutely amazing and very educational.

Karla Paterson

Fascinating site and well worth supporting this dig. My whole family loved this tour.

Thomas Holder

Tour was great and very interesting. Leanne was phenomenal and answered every question with aplomb.

Gayla Sholey

This is an interesting site with paid guided tours. The tours are times and there was not enough time to appreciate cases and artifact displays. The set up with stairs throughout, encircling the site make it next to impossible to circle back or you would run into the next tour. The site is fascinating. There are very nice displays to enjoy at your leisure in rooms at the end of the tour. We paid extra for our daughter to do a Paleontology dig the following day. It was well worth the $10-12!

Andrew Martin

Absolutely worth stopping here. I have driven by for years never taking the time and I should have. It is super interesting. I was amazed at the number of Mammoths in the sink hole and how well preserved they were.

Linda Gonzales

Wonderful experience, gained more knowledge today! Amazing history, I highly recommend

Tracy Lastname

Stumbled on The Mammoth Site over 20 years ago. If I recall correctly, a motel flyer alerted us to it. The site is amazing and I still feel like I was allowed a rare experience! The in situ aspect is the real gem of the experience! I recommend it to anyone who plans to visit it the Mt. Rushmore/Custer area. I think of it with some regularity, even this many years later!!! If I am ever in SD, I will make it back again!

Janel P

Terrific stop on our way through South Dakota. It's an active dig site that contains many mammoth bone remains. We were able to see parts they are working to uncover and tours are available. It's all inside so you get a break from the heat too! They also had a room in the gift shop for toddlers and kids to pretend dig and play (free)as well as a dig workshop kids can sign up to do (not free).

Stewart Heaton

What an incredible discovery. This active dig site exposes so much history and will continue to change with time. I couldn't believe there were so many Mammoths in one place! Equally impressive and important were the bones of a Giant Short-faced bear with a brain near human size and dwarfing the polar bear! WOW!!

Ric Ogle

This was my second time, and it's still amazing. Makes one wonder what else is still undiscovered.

Timothy Ostering

Pretty cool take the tour if you can only $10 a person little ones are free get to see a real life Mammoth dig site

Sylvie Lelievre

It's a one in a life experience! Learn about the pass is amazing and where they are located. Loved it!

Laci Not Help Him

A good place to take your children and educate them on our history.

Norman Gee

Unique experience - visiting the actual site of a prehistoric dig in air conditioned comfort. We had an excellent guide who answered our questions and helped make our visit to the Mammoth Site an unforgettable experience.

Ruth Newell

Incredible! So much to see. So much to absorb. So much knowledge. What a wonderful facility that is about preserving, teaching and being accessible. A lot of great merchandise that is very well priced! I will be back in my lifetime!

Terry Imar

Really neat! And all enclosed. Over 60 Mammoth skeletons found there so far.

Jerrie Wagner

This is worth doing whatever you have to to get there. One of the really awesome experiences of my life.

melissa bowman

Loved the tour and learned a lot. Nice place for whole family and very interesting to learn all about it

Suzanne Duringer

Decided to stay in Hot Springs on our way home from Mount Rushmore. So glad we stopped here! The Mammoth Site is very educational and fun for adults and kids.

Dorothea Casey

Very interesting museum. The amount of bones and the fact that it is a working dig make it very exciting! Facility very clean and well kept.

Mary Blocker

Super place to visit! Easy access. Kid friendly. Educational program.

Anjanette Kalb

The things they are learning about the past and sharing are absolutely amazing.

Dan Binder

Fascinating place! My family enjoyed the site tour and stayed for a closer look.

MRBellio

Amazing and very interesting. Staff was friendly, especially a lady in the lab area (Perky) who spent 30 minutes explaining her job to a 6 year old. I would also like to address if you have any complaints or comments, their PR coordinator is motivated to make your visit special and addresses issues immediately. I was very impressed overall- great job!!!

Cory Hughes

This place is cool! Super educational!

Timothy Roberts

Lots of fun. Very educational. Paleontologist experience lots of fun

Nancy emnett

So interesting & educational. You go right thru the actual dig site.

Randall Woods

Great place to go if you have not seen mammoth bones and tusk's. The mammoth bones are not fossils. They have to preserve them.

Bruce Bailey

Go check this out. Pretty cool

Bob Zoeller

Loved the guided tour, very informative. Self guided part was fun...wish we would've got there sooner to see the team working in the sample room.

Saber Uddin

A really cool place. If you’re into prehistoric things I highly suggest it.

Mykal Barker

The facility was really nice and accommodating! However, our tour guide wasn't explaining as much as some of the other tour guides at the exhibit. He was very shy and quiet.

Chris Prescott

If you are in the area to visit Mt Rushmore this should also be high on your list. It is incredible the natural history that is being unearthed there.

Lonnie Perry

Fantastic place to visit. Everyone enjoyed the exhibits. It was exciting to see so many mammoths in one area. It is an active dig site with many fossils to view. Go any time since everything is indoors. Our visit was several years ago when I did not complete reviews on Google. The dig site may have changed from the pictures.

Hanoch Raviv

A place to stop on the way to Mount Rushmore in hot spring - lots of details to learn about the history of the area

Christie Ogle

Loved this place! Spent a few hours here, took the tour and got to hang out afterwards to take pictures of the dig site and all the bones. Went through the rest of the bldg and learned about the bison. Highly recommend!!

Minerva Calderon

This was the highlight of my South Dakota trip! I learned so much and am so grateful that the general public are allowed to view these amazing mammoth bones up close. The tour was so interesting and the guide, Oliver, was very knowledgeable. If you like science, you'll LOVE this place. If you don't like science, you'll START to like science after going here!

Shannon Mahan

Hands down the best museum in South Dakota, possibly the entire rocky mountain area. Pleistocene sinkholes made interesting and educational. This entire experience is classy, scientific, and worth every detour mile. Do not miss it.

April Humphrey

Great fun and very informative! My 9 year old son had a blast and they do a tour of the facility!

Elizabeth Bennett

Super cool place for the whole family. This is a one of a kind spot, with countless prehistoric bones and a great exhibit explaining some connected knowledge.

Donna Amonett

Nothing like a tour of an actual archeological site, with the fossils in plain sight! It was a great tour.

Drew B Darby

This site is definitely unique and in its own category. The displays in the main hall, and the dig itself, are really very cool. We were underimpressed with the video portion, the breadth of the exhibits, and the unpreparedness of our tour guide. We made the most of a snowy day by coming here, but wouldn’t choose it over experiencing some of the natural wonders if it had been a great weather day.

Ron Withers

Holy cow. This is amazing. It's incredible to think that these enormous creatures used to roam the planet. To look at the complete preserved skeletons is a rare opportunity.

Fran Strauch

It's a working site, so that was very interesting. Be fun to be a part of digging up very old mammoth and other animal bones. And to think they have much land to uncover yet. Awesome.

Chase_Rocks_101

Was really neat seeing all these mammoths. Would recommend visiting here.

Michael Allshouse

There were bones there. It was boney. The place busy and informative.

Rachel Lowe

This museum is not shiny and new. But it's cool and old

Marilyn Wotowiec

Worth the time and travel ot see the remaining s of what existed before is. Us they are only part way down. What wonders might they yet find.

Bob Snyder

This place was sweet. They uncovered so many fossils you gotta check this place out if you ever visit near by

Gary Simmons

Fabulous site. Great tour through the dig site. Recommend for all.

Anne Simmons

A must see, once in a lifetime seeing an active dig site. Amazing fines and what has been discovered so far. Must see. Over time more will be unearthed.

Bonnie Powell

Amazing place. Don't miss slicing for fossils or gems. You always get some!!!

Katie Mitchell

Incredibly knowledgeable tour guides and fascinating subject. This amazing, active dig site is a geological gem. Even more amazing is that it is wheelchair accessible ensuring that everyone can see the excavations. Also, cameras are allowed! Price is moderate but realize what you are helping fund. Adorable gift shop will ensure you'll bring home something special!

Jason Rosha

The dig tour is great for kids! If your kid is into paleontology this tour is a great experience. They learn the basics of methods for digging and get to practice. This all takes place in an enclosed environment so it makes a for a great option for rainy days.

Ron Draur

Great place. The tour is interesting and informative. Our grandchildren enjoyed the site and all of the displays. Well worth the trip.

Elvira Erickson eARTh

Its a very fun and interesting family activity. It's even something you can re-visit later, and be just as fun. Throughout time, discoveries are made and the site grows bigger.

Susan C

So cool to see a real dig and learn about these massive creatures

John Lysaght

This is an active dig where you actually see the bones partially buried. It's all protected inside a building. A good stop on a rainy day.

ruby buske

Great family outing knnour SD trip. Very interesting but not too long for the kids.

Benjamin Whitmore

Fantastic place! Went with our Scout Troop. Did a guided tour with Christian. He was extremely knowledgeable. Then we moved into another area and took the geology merit badge. The instructor was again great.

Annie Hackett

Man oh man. I really loved this place. Only because I like Mammoths. I did not realize there is a bigger Mammoth. The Colombian Mammoth! Magnificent! He is so huge an Asian elephant could walk under his belly if he was alive today! The knowledge that Bailey enlightened us with on her tour during a morning in early June was amazing. Full of informative information and wit. I would highly recommend visiting this establishment as it is family friendly.

L A Heath

Hard to believe that on this site once roamed the animals whose bones are being excavated here. Small group tours with headsets keep the tour intimate and able to hear everything.

Veronica Peters

The tour guide (Alex) did a good job presenting everything. I just didn't find the exhibit that enthralling. Although, it was raining outside so it did provide for something for the kids to experience and not be bored. One out of three kids seemed to enjoy it

michele haines

Can’t say enough about this place! EXTREMELY INTERESTING & EDUCATIONAL! We went 2 hours out of our way to visit. It was worth mile and second out of our way!

Cathy

Very interesting to learn about the concentration of remains in this one active dig site.

DockLight Productions

Loved it. Learned tons. Kept my interest for my entire 2 hour visit. Highly recommend

Lorraine Tonkin

Loved it. Great tour and amazing site.

Emily

Super cute little place, so glad we stopped off.

Erin Lewis

This place will blow your mind. The site keeps the bones where they were found, creating a never before seen asymmetrical display. The tour guild Nina was very knowledgeable about the site. You can do a self guided tour but I recommend the tour guide because there's so much that they know about it that you can't know unless you take the tour. Highly recommended.

Angela Baxter

Great place to visit. My son loved it here. They are very knowledgeable and kind.

Jvepps

Great fun if other parents know how to handle thier children.

Dion Giesbrecht

Fabulous tour. Very informative. Great viewing of the bones and digging site. Worth going to.

Claire Blethrow

It was really fun and interesting to see and learn about the types of Mammoths and the history of finding the bones. The tour guide talked about each of the bones. It was also really easy to move around and see everything.

Betty Craig

Fun place to visit. Very interesting and a nice tour guide who was very welcoming of questions.

Gary Carbone

This is a working dig site with many Wooley Mammoth bones and it is all inside a very nice building. Also a good parking area.

Michael Anderson

This was my first active dig site for ancient bones that I have ever been too. Was amazed and perplexed by what kind of bones were found in this site. I had no idea there were so many different creatures roaming the plains once.

Jason Wales

This location is awesome and should be on everyones Black Hills must see list. Highly recommend.

TheSukitani

We were there a few years ago, much better then it was now. Now we had to go on a guided tour, which was annoying. Some exhibits we were looking forward to see were removed.

Abby Becker

Interesting visit. Loved to learn about the history of the land and the ill-fated mammoths.

Y B

I learned something new. It was a great experience. The children like it very much. We got a lot of fossils and a amber from the sand,It's too happy.

Hank Marks

This is a really awesome place if you are into archeology. If not it’s still cool. The tour guides are great and the site is legit. Pro tip: you don’t need the headphones. You can hear the guide just fine without them.

L E

Interesting but hard to figure out all the bones. Some are obvious. They gave a nice tour. Worth the entrance fee.

D Johnson

This place is cool. Was there years ago and now the tour is better and you can look into the windows of the lab in the basement and watch what they are up to. Awes9me stuff to see. Well worth the drive from Rapid City.

Sara Skees

Fun headset. Spend about an hour or two. Good parking for rvs. Playroom after tour was popular with kids.

Nancy Canterbury

Never thought that i would ever be on an active archeological dig site. Really interesting.

Bruce Baker

A bit pricey but well worth it. Get a guided tour.

Scott Morris

Awesome. Way better than expected. Tour guide was great and tour is a part of the admission fee.

Alex_Rocks_101

Plenty of fossils. Lots of history. Tour guides are very generous. I got on a tour with Tianna. She was very nice, especially on her first week of touring! She also was nice to our dog and made sure we had an enjoyable time. Free WiFi, and access to plenty of bathrooms. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who loves history and learning about it!

Denise Nawaa

Even better than the in-situ site in Waco, TX. What an amazing find, and incredible story of discovery and preservation. Refreshing reminder that we're just a blip on a page of the story of earth.

Maria Medina

Marleigh our guide was very nice and knowledgeable, was amazing site to see, will come back when we can.

Jensen Wright

Really cool place. I learned a lot about ancient mammoths. It was fun to be able to see many of the bones as they were found and to be around an actual prehistoric dig site.

Tricia Jenkins

An amazing place to visit! Great guides and staff. Definitely worth it!

Chad S.

Awesome place, you are right on top of the actual dig sight!

Sue Preston

Fantastic place to take your kids. No where else can you walk through an archeological dig site. Guides are so knowledgeable and helpful. A walk back in time. We found this by accident traveling through Hot Springs and have talked about it for years after.

M. Peterson

So very cool. Wish we had more time to just stay and geek out. Building is built over the dig site. You can actually see the skeletons that are being uncovered! The lab was fun, seeing the processes used on the unearthed items. Will be back when we have a LOT more time to spend here.

Robert York

Nice teaching experience. Guide had a dry but funny sense of humor. I liked it. But was hoping for better dig. Been to several places that do the fixed bones. This is the same. But still got the kids excited with teamwork.

Talli Linnabery

You start the tour by watching a film which was very interesting, even for my 4 and 8 year olds. From there you get stethoscope-like headphones for the walking tour (I was a little grossed out by sharing ear pieces with others, hoping they disinfect). Our tour guide was young and very serious. He was educational, but didn't smile one time. The site itself was great. How neat is it to see a real, working site?! Lots to see. I believe our guide said we could visit the lab downstairs but we didn't have time unfortunately. My one complaint is the bathrooms. They were pretty gross- the floor was randomly wet in the stall, there was some wet on the seat and blood too. Could've used a cleaning. Would go back to see progress made!

Jon Ort

This is an actual operating paleontological dig site featuring bones from around 175 million years ago. A building was constructed over the site so the whole thing is indoors. The bones are not fossilized so the excavation required is somewhat unique. The vast majority of the bones have been left in the dig site and are clearly visible from the observation ramps. Nearly complete skeletons of several mammoths are easily spotted. A preview movie and guided tour give you a great look at how the site operates and how the animals ended up there. Very small children may not be impressed. Anyone who understands the difference between a plaster replica and seeing the real thing will love it.

Victoria S.

This museum was a surprise in that it was much more engaging and varied than you would expect. Interesting scientific assumptions that give plenty of room for thought.

Scott Eisenberg

Awesome experience. Couldn't believe how much they ha e unearthed

Regina Mullins

We had an awesome tour by Christian, our guide! Great educational experience! We came with our children 25 years ago!

Cassius Gates

VERY interesting place. A GREAT tour. VERY informative and knowledgeable guides. The vast number of remains and the variety are well worth seeing.

jaime reipke

This place is so cool! The video explains so much & our guide was great. Recommend to anyone in the area.

holly murtha

As a frustrated archeologists I though this place was amazing! I really felt like I was part of a dig. It’s hard to believe they are all in this place. Cool place. I’ll be going back.

Jennifer Powell

This was a cool site, but I think we expected there to be way more from the way the site advertises. It has a really interesting story and it's cool that it's still an active excavation site. Would have been fun to see the archaeologists at work but I guess we came on the wrong day.

Samantha Maiolo

Well worth it and if you go you should definitely take the tour or wait for one because it costs no more and it's very informative.

Kathy Hahn

This was a wonderful place to visit. Surprisingly it was all inside a building. So if you're out there and it's a rainy day this would be a perfect place. If you love history and you love fossils you will be in heaven.

David Moakes

A guided tour is essential but it makes the site more understandable

Scott Longhurst

Very cool. Definitely worth checking out.

Michelle Unser

Very interesting. Every employee I spoke with was excited about what they were doing and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend a visit.

George Vinyard

Great display and guided tour. Wonderful!

Stacy Mejia

Great educational experience to learn about the history of the animals 140,000 years ago.

Nicole Brousseau

Extremely cool! So neat to see history unfold before your eyes. This is a very unique not to miss active museum.

Patricia Paschick

Very interesting, not like anywhere I've ever been. Enjoyed it

Rick Hollebeke

A must see when in South Dakota. The guide was very knowledgeable and the site was so amazing. From discovery to constant excavation this is well worth the time spent. Fun for all ages

Elizabeth Ohiothoughts

This museum is amazing and the guides are very knowledgeable. A must see

Stephen Anderson

Great place to see a unique snapshot of the past. Fossel Mammoth bones exposed as they were found. Great interpretation as well as a hands on learning, Jr. Paleontologist experience for children.

Kaycie Ortega

I love going here my husband is not from around here so he has never been and I wanted to take him so he could see what it was like and it was a lot of fun!

Jonathon Koele

This was my favorite spot on our 5 day trip to the Black hills. I don't want to spoil anything, but highly recommend being so close to hundreds of thousands of years of history that you can almost touch it.

Mary Ballue

Informative tour, interactive displays and awesome active dig site. A must see if you love paleontology. A real treasure.

Ann

Great place. They need to list the specials/deals. Like for Mother's Day bring 3 cans of food in and get in for free. Locals know about this but we live in NC and had no idea....

Dawn McCray

This is a totally unique attraction. Mammoth remains found in an old sinkhole, in situ, and so many of them! It was extremely interesting, educational and exciting. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Rachel Akin

Absolutely amazing site. Guides give amazing tours with interesting facts! Not everyday you can walk into a real dig site and see how fossils are found and the process of recovering such artifacts.

Cassandra Lawrence

The tour was great and the video interesting. I loved learning more about mammoths.

Stephanie Lutz

One of the only dig sites it north America where there are bones of this magnitude. The tour is extremely detailed and the staff is very knowledgeable. My kids loved it, there are hands on things to touch and see. And a nice gift shop with lots of interesting things from in and around the black hills. They've dug down quite a bit since I was here 10 years ago and it was wonderful to see the progress.

Jeremy Hostetler

Very interesting experience. Would like to go back once the kids cave is remodel and dedicated to Andrea Norton. God bless her family and friends.

Phil Keppler

A great place to visit. Staff friendly and informative. A picture in time.

James Vande Hey

We took the self guided tour around the site, fascinating to see the uncovered fragile fossilized bones of the giant Colombian mammoths. Interesting to learn about how many mammoths are believed to have drowned in the sinkhole. The people at the register and gift shop were very friendly. A worker did approach us part way during our guided tour and ask us to donate to a children's program. Normally i dont appreciate being approached but for the kids it was fine (:

Trinity

The family enjoyed this ongoing excavation. We had an excellent guided tour and had time to explore on our own. We were also able to talk with the people excavating and they were wonderful! (You don't get to do any digging yourself.)

Spearfish,SD Local

Nice place, audio headsets connected to a tour guide. Neat to see the ongoing digs. Educational for kids

Deborah Barron Brown

Maybe 3.5. I do think the find is extraordinary and the story of how all these prehistoric animals came to be found in one place is amazing. The viewing was great but I think better lighting could have been used. You are allowed to take pics. It is a current dig site so it is nice they even have tours. It was not a challenging walk. The tour guy was a young high school senior/college kid and his delivery was amateurish. He was nice and he did engage the younger kids. We came in June and had a 15 minute wait. I guess I wanted a more _?__ experience . I left feeling meh. Something is missing from it.

Frank LaLonde

We stopped there on the whim of our seven year old. He enjoyed it greatly seeing real mammoth bones preserved where the animal died. We went in with a guided tour and enjoyed it. A plus and a minus is we were given headset to wear to hear the guide better. The plus is you really do get to hear the guide no matter were in the line you were. The negatives are they look like stethoscopes and are slightly uncomfortable and it is easy for people to accidentally change radio chanels. The accidental channel change required our wonderful guide to have to stop and retune the headphone. Despite the one negative, it is a worth the stop.

Sabrina B.

Pretty nice and informative exhibition. Absolutely stunning and well explained. Interesting!

Michael Blejski

Beautiful museum and exhibit, I wish I came here when I was younger. Learn about our planets history before man conquered it. This incredibly one of a kind spot will keep your eyes peeled for what's next. Kind and educated tour guides teach people of all ages what it was like over 10,000 years ago when these giant beasts and other creatures roamed, and became entrapped, in the land. A little crowded, but well maintained.

LaShawna Simonsen

Just amazing! It is one of the most fascinating places I have ever been.

doomfullord

Engaging and at a good price. The giftshop is pretty decent with mostly related items. As an active research site it's cool to see that.

Craig Holstedt

Very interesting. A good tour, and you could spend as much time as you needed to really study the dig.

jeffhahn82

Exceeds all expectations. Incredible site. Puts many things in perspective.

Matt Smith

Such a great place to visit! The gift shop is large. The tour starts with a 10-minute movie, which is pretty well done. There place is a lot larger than you think it is. They have a lot of educational process, as well as merit badge programs for the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts. The gal that was our our guide had an "I really don't want to be here" attitude, but I'm not deducting for that. Who knows what the reason. But the BEST thing about the place, is that it's a LOVE dig site. They aren't done uncovering everything, and who knows if they will ever be.

ken smith

Great place with an active dig site... very educational!

Joshua Fletcher

Lots of fun but not so great for pre schoolers and early elementary kids. It all goes a bit over their heads. The fossil dig was the only thing that saved us, but you have to pre register for that and book it ahead of time. Thankfully we did.

Nick Gleeson

Has to be seen, full indoor mammoth excavation site that is still being excavated with amazing exhibits and history museum

Amanda Kabat

Haven’t seen a site like this before. They tourist trap it up a bit but otherwise it is cool to see an active ish dig going on. It’s a short video and tour of the site about $10 adults and $8 kids

JM Rowe

Very interesting to learn and doesn't take too long.

Jennifer Lundberg

Everyone really liked this one. Our busy body 3 didn't appreciate the tour, but still liked looking at everything and playing in the kids play area off the visitor center. It was very informative and interesting stop.

Darlene Murphy

This is a must see if you are in the area. There is some amazing history here. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend seeing the dig. You are inside a building walking around.

Delia Rogers

I didn't get to see all of it, but what I saw was extremely interesting. Well worth your time!

Geoff Ashby

We enjoyed the tour and scientific exploration provided at the Mammoth Site. There are activities for children and adults alike. We enjoyed the fossil mockups and the ability to see the excavation work in progress

Diana Lassley

This active archeological dig is a very well developed facility for tourists who enjoy science. A comfortable building covers the site and allows a relaxed and easy to traverse tour with ADA accommodations. The content is fascinating and it is very exciting to see the mammoth bones sticking out of the rock waiting to be extracted and studied. I learned a lot.

Lisa Rogers

Super informational!! Active dig site. Enjoyed the experience!!

Charlie

A unique place. The entire dig site is inside a building. The guides are very good. A great experience

James McIntire

This place is very educational and insightful. I really enjoyed seeing people work on further excavations. You could easily spend four or more hours here. The kids dig was super fun and educational for the kiddos. Definitely make it a to do if you're in the area.

Ryan Yantis

All kinds of Awesome. A great active archaeological dig with professional exhibits and well trained guides to explain what is going on in the Dig pit. We plan on visiting again and I am looking forward to seeing the progress they make in the meantime.

Ron Jenko

This was neat to see the mammoth bones and get a short history of how they came to be there.

Jim & Micki Dion

This is one of the best places we visited. Very interesting U.S. continental Ice Age history that is brought to life with the comparison exhibits. Because my grandson is so into dinosaurs, I took copies of any flyer or brochure I could find of their summer programs for young people. If he wants to attend one or more of these programs, I'm going to make sure he can. Loved this place and the tour.

Laurie Evenson

Very interesting. Never new there was mamaths in this area. Very nice well displayed place. Good for kids!!

Chuck Barnhart

Very interesting site to visit. Guided tour is part of admission. The dig site is all under roof.
