Onion soup was luke warm under the cheese. My steak was done to the way I like but not hot. Friends drink was a very small pour of bourbon. When ask was told it what they pour. Service was very good. Not cheap and to me not worth it. Had better meal on a bar stool with locals.

Many unique shops from, Alex & Ani Jewelers to different art stores and restaurants. Diego's is a very good Mexican/American fare place with decent pricing for being right on the waterfront. Cool atmosphere too!!

So many cute shops and places to eat. This is the area to be in when visiting Newport RI. There are not many places for eating or having a drink on the water like the Bowens Wharf area. Also most of the sailing trips board in this area.

We enjoy the Clarke Cooke House for lunch or dinner. There's something for everyone there (both the seafood lovers and vegans in the family). Not a huge vegan choice but enough to get by. Great views of Newport harbor. Some cute shops, as well, including the Newport museums shop.

Great place to spend an afternoon with the family. You can take a boat ride, get on a fishing boat. Live music in the summer time. Good restaurants. We tried the 22 Bowens Grille (see reviews and photos for it) and it was a good food. Parking can be tricky to find, especially during the busy times.

I have been working with Bowen's Wharf and the Bowen's Wharf Marina for the past three years and it has been an incredible experience to say the least. From all of the staff to all of the tenants, everyone is a delight to deal with and it never really feels like "work". If you are looking for a great and authentic Newport experience, then I'd highly suggest taking a stroll through or tying your boat off at the Marina for some fun at Bowen's Wharf.

I love this place. We go there every single time we visit Newport. I used to live there during the summers. It's a great place for cocktails, seeing the marinas, having dinner... or just walking hand in hand with the one you love. It's romantic and it represents the essence of Newport. The Landings restaurant and its associated bar/ restaurant offer some of the freshest seafood around. Bowen's Wharf on Americas Cup Avenue gives you a glass full of Newport flavor all in one place. Go there, enjoy... and also go down the street to Thames street... most restaurants and ice cream shops are there. Go and enjoy. And as always... be nice to each other.

Bowen's Wharf is THE place to go to in Newport to really get the true flavor of this wonderful seaside resort town. There are lot of interesting shops and restaurants on the wharf and everything is easily reached within walking distance. Also within walking distance nextdoor is Bannister Wharf which is another of Newport's exciting wharfs.

It took any hour to get a table of 6... no big deal. But it took another hour to order and i took another 30 minutes to get our food. We ordered an appetizer which never came. So to recap... got there before 1pm... didn't get the food until 3:30pm. The food was so so. Do i recommend? Not so much.

We went to Bowen's Wharf today for the Fall Seafood Festival. A great selection to be had. The place was packed. Best part of the festival was they had multiple live bands playing. Really added to to festive atmosphere. Newport anytime of the year is worth the visit.

Cool, though smaller than the larger adjacent Bannisters wharf. This wharf has less of a pier but houses some restaurants and harbor cruise companies as well. Great place for exploring, eating, and drinking while in Newport.
