Beautiful view with meandering river and cottonwood forest by the river with rocks famous for Badlands.

Excellent overlook area - couldn't quite capture the depth of field with my crummy camera, but rest assured it is stunning. The overlook itself is fairly accessible, although it was covered in snow when I visited. Nearby hiking on Achenbach Trail is also good (definitely not handicapped accessible, though). Highly recommend. If it is cold out, be careful. Remote and challenging trail.

Beautiful culmination to the 14 mile road travelling through Theodore Roosevelt National Park. You can see for miles and look down into what my family calls the baby Grand Canyon. There is access to trails for hiking and enough parking to make it convenient.
