REVIEWS OF Mount Washington Cog Railway IN New Hampshire

Dan Volpe

Great experience! Super friendly staff. The rides up and back had incredible views, and the staff spoke and pointed out landmarks and mountains. The summit was great and we visited the mini cafe there to pick up lunch, which was definitely tasty. Highly recommend.

James Filby

What a unique attraction. I didn't get to ride the train, but the visitors centre with it's museum, gift shop and cafe are worth a visit. The steam train looks and sounds amazing as it huffs its way up the mountainside, particularly in the spectacle of a Vermont fall. Worth a visit if you're passing.

Brett Owen

The scenes were beautiful. We rode up and down on the left side. Well worth the money to not have to worry about the auto trail. We had the most amazing weather. 100 mile visibility and 50 degrees. It's kinda unheard of for the middle of September. Go to the summit sign immediately or you will be waiting to get your picture taken.

Charlotte Adams

The scenery is beautiful. We were extremely fortunate to visit on a clear sunny day. The ride up in the steam powered train was great. Our conductor was a hoot on the way up the mountain. But oh so serious on the way back as he had to man the brakes! Cold and windy at the top ...best be wearing warm clothes!

Brother Lamb

Book ahead online and pick the front left seats. Trust me on this. Also get the steam engine, cause it's a steam engine. He, I say he, shovels 1000# of coal in and stop halfway for more water. Awesome way to see the top and views up Mt Washington and the Presidential range.

Stephen Quigley

Great ride to the top. Spectacular views from the top of Mount Washington on this clear day! The railway is an incredible engineering feat!

Mike Jones

This was the second time I rode the Cog Railway to the Summit of Mount Washington, but this time I had my wife, 13 year old son and 13 year old niece joining me. We had a great time using the railway. The kids were very entertained on the way up by the train's staff. We learned a lot about the history of Mount Washington and got to relax and take in all the beautiful scenery. Once we arrived at the top it was fun exploring it with my family. This mode of transport to the top is expensive, but it is well worth the cost of the ticket. Its one of those once in a lifetime adventures that you have to share with your kids.

Diane Kaatz

Wow. Great history on cog rail system and fabulous views on top. So glad we made it part of our new England trip.

Elizabeth Jones

This is a great way to get to the top of the mountain. Fabulous views without the fright of driving it. I'm biased because I am afraid of heights. Either way, you won't be disappointed. If you are afraid of heights, this is a good way to test your self to get use to it. I've been to the top of Mt Washington, but this is the 1st time I actually looked over the observation. It was awesome. I will do it again. As always, memorabilia is pricey, but then being afraid of heights, you can get bragging rights that you did it. Take pictures best proof. Enjoy!

Joan Satterfield

Made a trip up to buy tickets for next days trip. Spend most of our day on the way up for the trip and waiting, only to find that the tickets had mistakenly been dated wrong. No trip, no apology. Can't fix stupid!

Heng Tee

Took the coal train all the way up. An entirely new experience to see how the train works, including the changing of lanes and using of brakes. It’ll be very chilly up the mountains, and will occasionally be very cloudy or misty -> low visibility. It’ll cost $80 for a return trip but the experience is definitely worth it, unless you prefer a 4-5 hrs hike up the mountains with low visibility instead.

Veerendra Kumaran Krishnan

1) Take winter clothing. Top of the summit is very cold even during peak summers 2) Plan the trip on a clear day - the day we went, visibility was ZERO and can't even see the person standing next to us. After reaching the summit we had snacks and took the return train :( 3) Conductor 'Kelly' was very knowledgeable and shared lot of info 4) No need to carry snacks. The cafeteria at the summit had good food at reasonable prices. We loved the Veg Chili & Hot Chocolate...

Laura Valentine

We went because husband is a rail fan, and it's the 150 anniversary of the cog railway. Even though the weather wasn't the best, and it kept getting worse as we went up Mt. Washington, we had a good time. Guides are very knowledgeable, and they have a nice gift shop as well.

Roxana Pelin

Absoutely gorgeous!! From train (if you do the steam), to the views, the guide and the ride itself! Part of the magic of riding a steam train is that if windows are open (highly likely in summer time), all the coal dust flies right in and I gotta tell you, those seats are pretty small, making passengers get very close. The guide was wonderful, he loves cog trains and is passionate about everything about it. The views are spectacular and while going up, you are allowed to get out of your seat and look around.

Julia Bruton

Nice history and natural beauty very well maintained and presented. The museum has a lot to show but it is easy to absorb with clearly explained details.

Hartley Smith

This is once in a life time adventure.3 hours by cog drive engine to over 6000ft its 1hr up and 1 hr top and 1 hr going down, if you are lucky with no mist or cloud youll have memories by the bucket.Just do it as it will be another place of your bucket list. SHMO

Linda Trouville

People were gracious. Tour guide was good with information. Train ride was safe and scenery was beautiful!!

Aki Riaz

Awesome. Diesel or steam. We did steam. Very steep. Got to the summit. Visitor center at the top shop museum historical buildings. Very cool. Couple of breaks in clouds showing wicked views

Lou Rizzo

Fun trip up Mount Washington. Why drive when you can take a 150 year old cog train? It takes about 45 min one way and you stop right at the visitor center. Well organized and friendly staff. The station has snack food and a large gift shop. Lots of parking.

Homer Collins

Loved it. The brakemen who give informational talks both on the way up the mountain and again on the way back down are excellent. Bring warm clothes and coats. Wear sturdy shoes. The young girls wearing shorts, tank tops and flip-flops wish they had.

Kenneth Ray

A one-of-a-kind way to get up Mount Washington. The views along the way are amazing and the brakemen in the passenger cabin tell some great stories. The only drawback would be that you have only about an hour at the top (where there is plenty to see, whether it's scenery, the history, the scientific stations, or even people watching!) unless you want to risk losing your seat down.... Very happy we made this a part of our vacation.

Connie Montague

This was an awesome trip up to the top of Mt. Washington. It was very cold and windy at the top. Beautiful!

Chris Palmer

Such a cool experience, I highly recommend the steam engine, pack something warm to fight the wind at the top, it gets very cold up there.

Tracy Boucher

The Cog Railway was great! The tour guides were engaging and very informative. However, the "restaurant" was a poor excuse of a snack bar. Very few selections and many options were sold out.

ANTHONY CARRIER

Started at the foot of the mountain riding the cog railroard up the tracks to the top in cool blustery wind and fog at the top. So cool! The fog cleared away minutes later revealing a spectacular view off the mountain top

Joseph Roberts

My first time here, I really enjoyed it. We were on the locomotive that uses biofuel. The train right up was very interesting. Up at the top it's about 20 degrees cooler than down at the bottom, at least on the day we were there. This is definitely a cool thing to do and I'm glad I did it.

Robert Hendryx

Beautiful fun visit! The staff is extremely helpful! Great day!

John Hornfeldt

The best way to see Mount Washington. Sit back and let the conductor tell you stories about the mountain and the area. Worth the trip

Courtney F

We bought tickets in July. We live 2 hours away and left an hour early thinking that should be plenty of time if there's construction or accidents. Halfway through the drive, I was looking over their website under the FAQ and noticed at the very bottom that it says you need to arrive 45 minutes early to pick up tickets and that they can't be printed or presented on a phone. We were set to arrive 15 minutes early. I didn't remember seeing anything about the 45 minute policy during checkout so I went through the ticket checkout on my phone again and sure enough, NOTHING about having to arrive 45 minutes early just to pick up the ticket. So I called ahead and explained our situation and how we'd be there 15 minutes before the train departed. A nice employee gave me the number to ticketing to see if they'd be able to put us on a later train because we would surely miss our reserved one as ticketing was closing in 5 minutes (40 minutes before the train was set to depart). However there was no next train as we reserved the last one for the day. I was confused, but called anyway. Ticketing didn't answer either of my 2 calls and we lost service in the mountains, so we gave up and turned around. Tried calling again later that day, no answer. No answer the next day. No answer a few days after that. Finally got a hold of them today and was told there's nothing they can do. What a waste of $150. If you're going to have a ridiculous time policy like that, it needs to be highlighted in a visible area during checkout and not hidden as an afterthought at the bottom of the FAQ.

Ramona Medeiros

The Cog Railway is always a fun experience. This trip I took a friend on n the Cog who had never been on it before and she loved the ride. As Mt. Washington weather is not very predictable we prepped ourselves for blizzard like conditions in the middle of May. We had a blast.

Tamara LLangstroth

Loved the Experience of a Historic Steam Engine combined with a Mount Washington excursion. Truly one of a kind experience.

Pasquale Ciaramella

Amazing, a must do. The people who work the rail cars are great! Great wat to get to the summit and see the sights on the way up

Todd Lynch

Great experience though the train was late, we made the best if it. Luckily we had perfect weather

Amanda Daniella Garcia

Father randomly cane across a video about the cog train, and we took a family trip out there. The train itself is very nice and the conductors give a lot of history surrounding its construction, and the storiea of those who dared to hike up the mountain. We lucked out the day we went because once we passed Jacob's ladder, the visibility was extremely low, winds were intense, and there was a whole bunch of mist. It definitely gave us a taste as to why it is called the mountain with the most extreme weather, at least on East Coast. Def suggest to plan when you go if you don't want that experience and would rather have clear skies and see all the beautiful views from that high point!

Chris Jordan

Everyone should do the COG once in their life. It's an impressive feat in engineering even after a hundred and fifty years. We learned a lot and had a great family experience.

Sam Banks

The steam engine is defintley an amazing experience and can be enjoyed by anyone. I was personally impressed with the engineering acomplished such a long time ago.

Kristen Szymanski

$72/person is a bit expensive but the views and train are really great. We even got a great clear and sunny day! We couldn't hear our guide speaking because a bunch of children were running up and down the aisle, screaming. It was a shame there wasn't a beer at the top because we definitely needed one once we got there.

Chris Roybal

Friendly service and very informative staff who make the journey up to the top worthwhile. Watch the times that the train leaves and plan accordingly, we missed buying tickets to the train so we had to wait an hour for the next one. For 4th of July weekend it was pretty packed but they seemed to be managing pretty well. The summit was also jam packed with hikers, vehicles tourists, and cog tourists. It was worth the experience, but probably wouldn't do it again.

Sheetal Nikam

A very unique experience! It is definitely a major Bucket list location. The view from the top is just perfect. The staff is warm, well-trained, fabulous and fun!! The steam engines, especially are unique. Highly focused on safety. A must go while you're in New Hampshire!

Kai Thach

Fun experience. Pretty comfortable ride up and down the mountain. Went on a clear and sunny day. Beautiful time to go.

Kristin Donovan

Went with my family including 2 kids. Beautiful views and a friendly conductor. Hard to hear commentary while in the train, but overall a great day. Quite expensive, even with senior and AAA discounts, so be prepared for the cost. Recommended to book ahead for summer peak.

jvmusic 107

Classic New England attraction. Love taking the train up the mountain, lots of beautiful sights to see along the ride.

Tracy Wilkinson

Currently on the steam train. Seat A. It would have been nice to know before choosing and purchasing tickets that seats A&B have virtually no scenic view going up or down while seats C-E have expansive views. For future visitors riding the steam engine, don't sit in any seat from row 8 back; coal dust blows in the windows and covers you, including getting in your eyes. Weather too cloudy to see anything at the peak, but that's nature and out of control.

Nick Rossignol

Great adventure up. Steam train was authentic experience, even got some coal dust on us!! Eli was our guide/brakeman and every one was great. Bring cash and give them a great tip!!

Sue DesMarais

Having lived in New England all it loves, we've been to the top of Mount Washington a number of times but this was our first time taking the cog railway. It was a unique experience to ride a train as it climbs inclines between 25°- 37°! For fun, try standing up during the ride. For even more fun, walk up and down the aisle a bit. You won't believe how steep it is! The day we went the weather was pretty cloudy so they're weren't much for views to be seen but on a clear day the views are spectacular. Be warned: the top of Mount Washington is cold and very windy. Bring warm clothing. Even if the weather is hot at the base, it'll be cold on the summit. But even if you forget, they've got you covered; there's a gift shop at both the base and summit that sells sweatshirts and other warm clothing.

P Ferwerda

We were able to park in they upper lot which was nice. You can drop folks off above if needed and then park in one of the lower lots. We bought our tickets online the night before and were assigned specific seats. We enjoyed the museum and the shop. There are bathrooms on both the upper and lower levels. You line up 15 minutes before your train according to your assigned train which in our case was train "A". Your tickets are scanned before boarding. Boarding was easy. We enjoyed the narration by the brakeman/brakewoman on the rest way up and down. Once at the top we had a little over an hour before it was time to board the train to heayr down. We were on one of the biodiesels both ways. The ride was a lot smoother than it used to be as they have improved the safety ratcheting system so it doesn't jerk the entire carriage like it used to. Beautiful views on the way up and down.

Pallabi Nandi

What a beautiful experience! Great view and got to know a lot about the cog railway and Mt Washington. A must ride and the view from the top of the mountain is just heavenly! Staffs are friendly and courteous. Take a light jacket because it’s windy up there.

Paula Downes

I thought this was a bit expensive when I first saw the price but it's actually good value for money. The cog railway is a great experience, we took the biodiesel option but if you go at the right time of day you go up and down behind the steam engine. Wonderful views from both sides of the carriage. It can be very cold at the top even in summer so bring a jacket!

Dman's farm

Love the ride up so cool and i have been going on the ride once or twice a year every year for 5 years on clear days grate view on top (if I could i would go every day)

Patrick

It was fun. Good to check it off the box so to speak. In my opinion, the views are better if you sit on the left hand side. There was enough time at the top, but not so much to the point where I didn't feel semi- rushed to make sure I didn't miss the train heading down. The cog is like a one time thing and then you've done it. There were screaming babies on the train. Why anyone would bring a toddler on that to me doesn't make sense. It was nice to listen to the history of the cog on the way up.

Sondra Harrison

Wow for sure the best hike yet. Lucked out with few clouds am then nothing but clear skies and lasting memories. A great thing to do with dad!! Thanks for such a neat place to visit.

Thomas Kerr

Sold put without notice during a very busy sesson Was not worth the 4 hour drive for no tickets. The tour buses took all the seats all day...shame on matketing

Jeremy Todd

So much fun. The train itself was exciting, and the historical commentary from the conductor really adds to the experience. Fun for all ages

Nina Rashvand

It will be a great experience if the conductors will let you enjoy the scenery for 5 minutes. Our conductor was talking in a very loud noise for the entire trip up and didn’t allow us to enjoy the scenery at all and instead left us with a headache. We don’t need all the repeated information.

Khan Sahab

Its good for one time fun , but you will get bored because its run too slow land the ticket price is so high.

ryan burns

It is very beautiful. Everyone is extremely friendly. And the 3 lady's that were working in the gift shop are amazing

Snehal J.

First of all I want to share the GPS address that worked for us: 3168 Base Station, Twin Mountain, NH 03595. Now about the train itself. We were completely thrilled with the train ride. It was a experience of a lifetime. A must do activity! They even allow you to come in front of the train and take pictures. We had first seat and that was plus for photography.

Milan Babu

Loved the beautiful journey on the ‘Cog’ up the highest peak in the North East on the world’s oldest mountain railroad system. Located in New Hampshire , the ride up takes you through the clouds. The rides cost 40-70 dollars depends on the age. We could say it was over priced but considering it’s an experience and that they would need public support to sustain the system I will give into it . The cafe at the top has soups, pizza, hot dog from 3 to 6 dollars which wasn’t expensive for a place of this sort. The view one gets us subject to the weather . We had gusty 74 mph winds and it was cold and foggy . It is best to check the weather ahead of time as it is quite unpredictable. We met hikers who took 4 hours to reach to the 6250 ft summit . Highly recommend cold weather clothing if one is not accustomed to it. A winter cap could could be a life saver !

Mridula ............

This experience is truly awesome. Since there was heavy snow, we were unable to get to the peak. However they made sure they take us to as high as possible and moved our appointment accordingly. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Jessica Dyer

Such fun! Every seat provided views and we loved the experience and the guide's information!

Diane Peeso

The steam engine ride was fantastic. The view was stunning. The break man Eli was awesome, give him a raise! The ticket counter staff were very accommodating, Hannah was very helpful.

Kat Johnson

One of the coolest experiences I've ever had on a mountain. Absolutely stunning views, rich history, amazing drivers and an experience from "old times" of travel. Can't wait to go again. I love to hear that whistle! ❤❤❤

kunal zope

Great guide with awesome sense of humor made the super slow hike of train entertaining. We made it to summit on best day of the season as told to us by our guide. Steam engine feels more rustic n cooler as you avoid diesel smoke. Would recommend steam engine ride.

Millard Fillmore

The ride up was very scenic and there was much to see. As we approached the summit the temperature dropped considerably and blankets of fog passed over the top. The wind was extreme at the top as well, over 50 MPH, which was no fault of the Cog, but made it hard to get decent photographs. I enjoyed the descent down, it seemed much quicker than the ascent up the mountain. I would reccomend the Cog, just make sure you monitor the weather on the day you are planning to go on so that there are no surprises.

Betty Piazza

Couldn't see much going up (and we were the 5th row back). Everyone was invited forward to take pictures, cutting off the views. Going down we saw more out the sides, but also had the engine in front of us. The actual top of My Washington was very windy, as expected, but when the clouds broke, the views were incredible!

fiveangel78

Loved the 2 weathers at the same day. Fall down the mountain yet snow storm up on the summit. Was a great experience.

Terri West

Nice ride / nice views Conductor could have speaking a little louder hard to hear/ understand what he was saying Wish once we reached top of mountain we could have stayed a little longer other wise was very pleasant

Mason Lugo

So the Cog railway was awesome itself! 5 out of 5. So for the reason it got 4, and maybe a 3 if I graded lower.. but the reason it did not get 5 is due to the fact how unprepared it seemed for the rails freezing. We got stuck going up the cog going up about 10 yards before the end. Waited for 30mins. Then on our way down same thing happened. One of the cogs got its brakes frozen. So again we waited and it just seemed like it was the first time it has ever happened and it wasn’t that cold.

Cassandra o'troy

Very interesting and informative trip. Spectacular views. Prices are very high.

Matthew Brumfield

Well worth a trip to experience this. One of the best events to see and ride. We took the steam engine and it was amazing!

Jim Russell

Interesting place. Nice ride to the top but our brand new engine stopped a couple of times foe minor repairs. The seats however are very hard and have less legroom than a school bus so very cramped space.

crosspej .

Beautiful day, enjoyable trip. Wish we were allowed more than 1hr at the summit. Minor amusing point: we like to collect coffee mugs. The gift shop has many different coffee mugs but amazingly not one with the train on it. ?? How is that even possible? : ) : )

Matt Sanford

I’ve never been inclined to write a review for anything ever in my life until today. The cog provides a fun and unique experience up and down the mountain. However I have to say the most disappointing part of the experience was the conductors. They just won’t shut up and let you enjoy the scenery! While the history of the railroad is fun to hear about, a few moments of silence on this beautiful ride would have been more than appreciated. It seemed both of the conductors up and down enjoy the sound of their own voice more than anything else. After an extremely annoying ride up hearing the same information repeated over and over again. I had hoped we would have a peaceful ride back down the mountain. Nope. Gary needed to tell us all the same information we heard on the way up, again on the way back down, and he just wouldn’t stop talking. Even after several obvious social cues from multiple customers on the train to please stop talking. The conduct of the conductors honestly ruined the experience for me. I’m a huge train lover and am grateful that the cog lives on. But if you’re looking for a peaceful afternoon out on the mountain you’re better off hiking/driving or bringing earplugs and the thickest headphones possible.

Patti Shaw

DO THIS! it is an incredible experience. I rode the Biodiesel up... the best seats are the seats at the front on the left. Second best is a window seat on the left.... best views are on the left side. You get an hour at the Summit.... I wish I had longer. The views were amazing... 121 mile visibility. This is rare... I picked the perfect day to go up. There is a Post office at the Summit you can mail a postcard from!!

Diana Bailey-Kent

There is nothing like feeling on top of the world! The three hour outing was worth every penny. Caution ... dress appropriately! The temperature at the top of the mountain is considerably colder than at the base. Seriously ...

Karunya Rao

Once in a lifetime experience. We were extremely lucky to have the "best weather" our guide had ever seen, but in any case I think this rail ride and the views on the top is worth every penny. We get 1hour on the top, which has a museum, gift shop, cafeteria and observation deck and it's the ideal amount time needed up there. At one point, the rail goes at 37 degrees and u can feel it if u stand up as the guide instructs. Amazing history behind the mounts and rail too. Advisable to go with your warmest layers because this is known for it's windiest weathers. Travel light up the train so you can enjoy the view hands free.

Ray Aitkins

Most beautiful tourist attractions we've been to. Train ride up the mountain so pretty...viewing the mountains from the train was incomparable. Mountain top history was educational and historical!

Roberta Mason

It was a lot of fun. The break men were fun. The weather wasn't to bad just windy. Perfect day in all.

Mitchell Stein

Very fun and historic way to get to the top of Mount Washington. When reserving seats the front row on the left is prime but none are bad (on the trip up you can move around the car).

Lawrence Garman

No fault of the owners; we've been here twice, but the covered all viewing at the top. A very crowded place. Otherwise it would be a beautiful place to visit in the fall.

Gregory Rosic

This really actually is New Hampshire's main attraction! I had hiked Mt. Washington several times before actually doing this, but the mountain is too hard for my parents/little ones, so we took the Cog up. Views pretty much along the whole way up, the best are on the left going up and right going down. Instructors were fun, got to spend an hour up there, and then come back down. It is quite pricey, and very unpredictable what the views will be ahead of time.

Adriana Del Castillo

The view is spectacular, fresh air and wonderful landscapes... the train ride is not that fun and also uncomfortable but at least is a short trip to the top. Be early or you could wait hours for a spot.

Cynthia P

My husband, the civil engineer, never passes up a chance to see a railroad, bridge or damn. Today was the first mountain climbing cog railway going up Mt Washington, NH. Mt Washington is also noted as the place with the worst weather in the world. The ride is about 1 hour up, 1 hour on the mountain and 1 hour down. The conductors did a great job on commentary. The day we went the weather was great and we could see VT, NH, Maine and more. Dress in layers-you can loose 20 degrees going up easily and the wind can be strong.

Jessica T

Great experience and way to visit Mount Washington. Pro tip- book the CDE seats to see more going up and down. You are able to stand and move going up if you want but are not permitted to do so on the way back. Guides were great and kept us informed and entertained. An hour at the top is plenty of time, especially if you don't get one of the 60 days of the year with sunshine and less wind. 20° colder at the top so dress accordingly for the worst weather in the world!

Stephen Place

This was Truly awesome. Hearing about Mt Washington all of my life, I finally got there on the COG railway. This 150 year old train was a marvel in its own day and is still amazing. This way to the top of the mountain is expensive but worth it. I loved it, but my wife hid her face and squeezed my arm up and back down.

Daris Boggs

Check the weather before booking. It's also quite pricey. Two tickets in October will run $167 USD. It's a nice trip, despite the yappy guides.

c ward

It was a cool adventure. A hikers paradise if you want to hike it. While the ticket price was a bit steep, the trains appear to be well maintained and in good working order. The views at the top are absolutely worth it. The surrounding areas are great for camping.

Kristeen Smith

Worth the drive. Our conductor had lots of great facts and presented them in a funny but interesting way.

Kate McNamee

This was on my list of things to do forever! It did not disappoint. Yes, the tickets are expensive but worth every penny! The train is just so cool, great picture opportunities and the staff were all wonderful and accommodating.

Paul Cooper

Unfortunately it was windy and misty so didn't get to the top but a great experience.

Pat Wade

Fun ride up Mt Washington on a historic rail car. 1 hour stop at the summit was sufficient time to explore

Keith Duncan

Great ride up the mountain. The weather can change very quickly so be prepared for just about anything.

Catherine Caney

This is something everyone should do at some point. So beautiful and fun and family friendly!! The steam train was beautiful and super fun, the tour guide was also great! And full of information.

padmaja rao

Green, Brown, Red And Yellow all around. Beautiful fall! Amazing railroad trip!

Chris Sheehy

Tickets are only $3.00 throughout 2019, the same cost as when it first opened! The museum is free, and is very entertaining and informative.

Doug Mazzotti

Long trip up the mountain but the top is really cool. Only about 700 feet but it's a good 30 degrees colder at the top. It was 70 when we boarded the cig and was 34 at the top.take a coat

rmpatnode

We took this train and what a wonderful experience we did the bio diesel train. My husband and I would highly recommend it. The only thing we would have like to have known ahead of time is that there’s a Post Office where you can mail letters or post cards. We didn’t know this until we where on the train and they tell you.If I had known I would have brought my cards at the base and filled them out on the way up.

John tayler

Unusual train ride but very interesting and informative. It's a tad costly but worth the ride in lieu of driving your vehicle to the top. Museum there and of course a gift shop with food available at the top.
