Plan on spending the full day here to get the full bang for your buck (not cheap!). That said, park is always exceptionally clean, staff are friendly, and entertainment options plentiful. Best family amusement park I've ever experienced. It doesn't have as many big rides as some parks, or exotic rides likes others, but it has enough, paired with arts/crafts demonstrations, singing and dancing and other performances makes for a better overall experience. And a HUGE shout out to them for honoring Teachers and Law Enforcement Officers with a week of special passes for them to get in FREE. That's really cool. We happened to be there that week this year and were blown away by that generosity.

Incredible family-friendly park! We make the trip from Kansas City at least 2-5 times a year for the last 5 years. Our kids have so much fun at Fireman’s Landing! My favorites have to be Time Traveler, Barn Swing and Outlaw’s run. The food is price surprisingly affordable we’ve been able to feed the whole family in the park for under $100 for all five of us! You won’t be disappointed!

Ashley Rash

Pumpkin nights was adorable! The kids loved it, always so much to see and do here. We have been coming since I was a child and I couldn't be more excited about my kids being able to enjoy as well. Love the rides, decorations, and experience here. Sometimes the hills can be a bit much especially if you are bringing anyone who may need a wheelchair. I would suggest not renting a power chair here as they are quite pricey. A single stroller is 15/day and they were pretty dirty this last time. Aside from the prices, we enjoy everything silver dollar city has to offer. All in all a wonderful place for any age to experience! From the cave tours to the music, shows, and rides it really is a place for everyone.

Peter Ferris

A great place to spend a day or two with the kids. Bring your cash & credit cards, it ain't cheap. Once you're in, you're in, no "pay per ride", etc. Just pay for food & souvenirs, stroller or scooter rentals, etc. Some areas are starting to show some signs of wear. But always a fun time.

Jessica Montgomery

Still great. 26 years old, I've been going since I was a little kid, and this place still excites me. Very well worth the money if you're riding rides. They're working on a new one right now, I noticed one of the water rides is down. Well the toboggan one has been down for a long time already, so this makes 2 rides down.

Carrie Agee

Love this place. There is nothing better then an old fashion park where they said the pledge of allegiance and sing the national anthem as their park opening. Where there is a working church and of course the food and entertainment are amazing. There is no alchohol just good old fashion fun

Ashley Last

So fun with lots rides and lots of shows. It's old-time fashioned theme and feeling make it so nice for the whole family. The staff is so nice, helpful and in character. They have a lot of different food choices.

Daniel Ward

Pumpkin lights are impressive. Only about half the park is part of pumpkin fest. Most of the shops and food closed at 6pm so eat before you go. Do not leave the portion of the park participating in pumpkin nights as the reminder of the park is very dark with no lighting and there are no exit directions. Multiple people were lost trying to find their way out. They should light all the paths and exit signs. Also, they should close the paths not used as part of pumpkin fest during the evening so people don't get lost. The app does not work well to navigate.

Kim Forbes

I am from Oshkosh Wisconsin and visit my sister in Ozark Missouri . She takes us to Silver Dollar City when we visit. This year i bought a season pass. I love walking around and seeing the small shops. The shows are Fantastic, the give their all while they sing and dance. I wish there was more water rides to go on that would be great. The food is so good wherever you good. I really enjoy going there.

genia haslar

Went to the Southern gospel picnic and loved racing around to catch all the different singing groups. The group gospel sing in echo hollow was wonderful as well. They only did that for 2 nights, but It was awe inspiring to have ALL of the concert venue singing gospel hymns to the heavens out of doors under a beautiful blue sky. Even a sparrow was enjoying the music while dining on someone's fallen popcorn.

Tammy Dilley

Fun for all ages. Lots of shade. It's not too hot even on hot days. An absolute must is the cave. It's free with your admission. Have fun!

Girish Ramchandran

A lovely place for a day out with friends and family. Lots of rides and the place is designed like an old town. You feel like you have gone back in time. All the folks are dressed to suit the setting. Lots of excellent rides and the facility is well maintained. Good connectivity between the parking lots and the entry/exit.

LIVING SUV LIFE - HOME IS HERE

Took my daughter when she was little and now my grandchildren are enjoying it. Fun, fun fun. The Christmas lights were awesome ( make sure to bundle up) gets cold. Also went in June.. Had a blast.

Rides- Fun rides like Outlaw Run, Powder Keg, Fire in the Hole, and Time Traveler with drops and loops and corkscrews. Staff- Nice friendly people who would be glad to assist you if you just ask. Lines- Can sometimes be long but it is usually worth the wait. Especially like rides on Fire in the Hole with surprise drops and Time Traveler that spins. Food- I would recommend the pork rinds, the pizza, or the kettle corn. All delicious snacks with a decent price for an amusement park. Parking- There are plenty of handicapped parking spaces and there is even a bus if you don't feel like walking. Easy 5 stars would recommend to virtually anyone. DISCLAIMER: Don't listen to people giving the place one star, its usually kids looking for attention

Chad White

Silver Dollar City is amazing. I remember going there as a kid. Yet, 30 years later, it is still great. They continue to add new rides, sites, and shows every year. Plan to spend the whole day. There is tons to do and see. Loads of things to eat, as well. Lots of fun and lots of shade.

Debra Wilcox

What a fun amusement park! Fun was had by all - the rides are great. Esp if you are into coasters! The new Time Traveler is excellent, and Wildfire is so much fun. Best part for us is I guess we came at a non-busy time because we were able to ride a coaster, run around and almost get on again immediately. Shops are fun and so unique to our country western culture. Worth visiting!

Michael Lumby

One of the best amusement parks in the USA. The rides are fun and the waiting lines during the week days are short (normally 5 to 10 minute waits). During the year the have special events . . . The bluegrass & BBQ event runs in May for almost the entire month. Various big name bands perform and the new is good. They have great food throughout the park, but it is pricey . . . don'r be surprised to pay $10 to $15 for sandwiches & chips. There are old time crafts, candy shops, soap makers, jewelry artisans, blacksmith, etc. Takes you back to the late 1800's. A Great place and they sell season passes for just a little more than one day admission tickets. And don't miss the cave tour . . It rocks!!

Cindy Masek

Favorite family fun weekend destination. Family friendly, lots of shade in most of park making even very hot days tolerable. Great shows, friendly employees. Be prepared to walk a great deal up and down steep hills - that's the only thing I'd change if I could. As I get older it becomes physically more difficult. Yes, there are power wheel chairs to rent but I'm not anywhere ready for that! I just wish there was a trolley or tram system to use to get up and down or between more distant locations. Even bridges from hilltop to hilltop would work. Also if you go to late night events there could be much better lighting in some areas. It seems rather dangerous at times in areas when it is dark and the park is less packed. It was difficult to even find our way at points.

Pam Gerhardt

I liked everything except the setup. It seemed like there was a lot of climbing up hill. The elderly who do not need a wheelchair are sure to have a hard time walking this park. Otherwise, there was lots of entertainment, food, and shopping for all ages. I might suggest a ride or two that is not a roller coaster.

Travis Rykbos

Love this place. Family friendly and just an all around great experience. All the staff are friendly and make you feel at home. Can't say enough good things

Craig Selbert

We come here Evey 2 to 3 years and it never gets old. I love watching the various craftspeople do their jobs and live listening to what they say. The Taffy shop is recently remodeled and is one of my go-tos.

Jeff Pierce

We had so much fun here over Labor Day! Was incredibly busy, but I expected as much. People were all super nice, very friendly, and the park was extremely clean and well-kept. We rode several rollercoasters, water rides, and explored the more kids-friendly areas and shops. We watched glass blowing and wax hand molding, both of which were really cool. The only complaint was there are so many freaking HILLS, but it's really my fault for being out of shape. There are lots a rides for any age level and fear tolerance. I wasn't able to ride all the coasters due to increasingly long wait times, so maybe try to avoid holiday weekends. I hear weekdays are very light, with almost no waits on rides! Overall, a very fun experience, and I would come back in a heartbeat!

Steve Creech

Had fun until we wore out. Wonderful craftsmen, fun rides. Good food (theme park pricing). Very picturesque.

Telisha Gifford

We absolutely love Silver Dollar City! First time here and we have really enjoyed ourselves! The Time Travelers ride is amazing and The Barn swing was amazing also. Every ride we rode we loved!! Every ride my kids rode they loved! Thank you for an amazing time!- Oklahoma

Cathleen Spinabella

Love SDC. Halloween was great. Only complaints are: all food is hot except salads and train ride at night had nothing but darkness to look at. No lights, pumpkins, or even ghosts. A hot day does not make hot food appetizing at all. How about cold sandwiches, fruit, or cold pastas?

Rayna Harvey

Love everything there me and my family were there all day . Tell when it open and when it closes. We had so much fun do the ride and show. And all the people there were so friendly too.

Rick Peterson

I always buy a season pass so any time I want a break from the troubles of the world I can spend the day enjoying wonderful music shows and getting rushes of excitement riding a number of roller coasters. Perhaps I need a cooling off walk through beautiful Marvel Cave. Maybe today I feel like sitting on the log cabin porch listening to the old timers telling stories, picking & singing? What a break from the hustle of reality!

Candace McEvers

The cave was so awesome and was the perfect place to escape the heat for a while. We rode tons of rides and ate lots of food. The glass blowing show was really neat!

Peggy Sulin

Really enjoyed dinner dollar city today. Weather was perfect and wasn't crowded so did not have long lines for anything. Really liked the lumberjack show it was terrific. Wasn't sure what to expect but was really impressed. They were fantastic. It seemed as if there were fewer craft booths than previously- that was a disappointment. The fall decorations were over the top. We took a tour just to see the decorations. Over all it was a fantastic day and can't wait for the Christmas season. We will definitely be back in Nov.

Norman Peterson

Silver Dollar City was a fantastic outing! My wife and I checked to see if they offered any ticket discounts and they did. I being a Veteran qualified for free admission and half off for my wife's ticket. That really made our day! And all the employees we encountered were friendly and helpful. We were fortunate to visit during The Harvest Festival Pumpkin Nights theme. It was a great experience and we'll definitely be back for future visits.

Tyler Hoffman

I would definitely describe this as a THEME park as everything is neatly designed and made to look older. Coasters are all out of view so it builds suspense. Que lines are all shaded and themed (similar to Universal). Lots of shops and shows which was super cool as well. The magic show we seen was well done. We will be back.

Ashley Shaver

I love bringing my family here! Everyone is so nice and respectful! My daughter rode her first coaster this trip and they made a big deal about it and she got a ribbon ! The enthusiasm and atmosphere is so relaxed I never want to leave !! We have been 6 times already in 2019

Larry Wilson

Silver dollar City is a great amusement park with rides for everyone from small children to adults. My four year old had a blast here. I love being able to take my family to the same park I went to as a child. I will be returning here with my family each summer since they give a huge discount to teachers and their families.

Trisha Woody-Finley

Visiting SDC has been a family tradition going back as long as I can remember! Lots of unique shops, plenty of tasty food to choose from, thrilling rides, a special area just for the kiddos, and shows actually worth seeing! My favorite is around Christmas! Can be cold but their fantastic hot chocolate makes you forget all about it! The lights and decorations really bring out the Christmas spirit! A must visit for all families!

Roger Still

Just a great home town feel that makes for a great experience for the whole family. Honest good fun for all ages. By far my family's favorite theme park.

Carin Orr

Make sure you know when the shows are. We enjoyed the musical but got lucky as it ended a day after we arrived. Large place to walk around, food is decently priced, no alcohol is available to purchase. Touristy but fun. If under 42 in not many rides you can partake in, the Little tikes area you can spend a few hours in.

Nug87

Wonderful family fun. Amazing experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Max is an employee at the park and he was off the clock but was still willing to help show us where we needed to go. I would recommend this park to anyone and everyone, interested in having a great time.

Sarah Benefiel

We had a great time! Purchasing food and drinks at the park is way too expensive though. We are thankful that you can bring in your own food

Ariel Baez

Lots of fun and interactive attractions. Great family fun and also bunch of shops from local vendors to visit. Live showings and demonstrations as well as the RIDES!!

Brittany Butler

Beautiful park! Family of all ages enjoyed the scenery food and rides. Fire in the hole and the mine were a hit for the whole family along with the water boats ride where you squirt the cannons. Great time!

Kate Finley

I always enjoy coming here! Beautiful landscaping, many fun and interesting things to do, lots of photo opportunities. Be prepared to walk up and down steep hills, and extra things are a bit pricey. Food is mostly reasonable.

Jamie Wdavid

Loved the pirate show, great performance. It was not too busy for a Tuesday in the middle of summer. I do wish that the "Free" passes that come with the season passes were all free, the ones for July and the beginning of August were half price; making the wait to get in to pay for said ticket the longest line in the park. Otherwise, great experience.

Mike Marshall

The entire family had a blast when we went. Unfortunately one day isn't enough time to do everything anymore since the place has grown so much. There are so many rides and attractions now its crazy. I also can't believe how much ticket prices are now, its outrageous. But I guess with so much going on there is a price to pay for it. Its been 2 years since we've been and I'm hoping we will be able to go back but it will be a while before we can buy tickets again.

Donald Chiarella

Lots of fun for the whole family. Wish they had been opened past 6pm. Visited at the end of summer and would definitely go back. We wanted to do the 3 day pass, but the park was closed for two of the days we could have gone to make it work. Still, loads of fun.

Steven Williquett

I'm not a theme park guy so others probably like it better. We went on a rainy day_thank God- and it wasn't busy. Very well kept up, clean, and staff was very friendly. Definitely not carny rats.

Natasha Verwey

The rides are amazing and well worth it! They have lots to do for all ages. I didn't give a five star rating because they have one person running two rides. This caused over 30 minutes of waiting due to the other ride running. When paying this much, I'd think they could afford to properly staff. Season pass holders informed me this has been the same all season.

Trisha Miller

Fun, Fun, Fun... Nice, clean family entertainment. Great rides and delicious food. Staff is extremely pleasant. Always have neat things going on for Halloween and Christmas. Definitely Recommend!

Audrey Kerr

Had a great time here! Lots of rides from mild to intense. Good food and fun shopping! Your ticket includes train ride and a Marvel Cave tour! Definitely a fun family place.

Patricia Martin

This place is a great family amusement park. It has an old time theme. Great places to eat, great thrilling rides. Wear light weight, fast-drying clothing cause you're going to get wet. Lots of ways to stay cool. Great shops. Definitely a wonderful family destination. We'll be back!

Troy Hawley

Rides are great at this amusement park. The staff is great. The food, for the most part is horrible and as expensive as any nice steakhouse. We tried many things and unfortunately the junk food was the best...and expensive. Stay away from the "skillets". If you don't like the lines, for a nominal fee, you can jump to the front. Overall, great place to have fun with friends and family.

Kristin Knott

A perfect sized amusement park with rides for all ages. We love coming here. Can be done in one day, but we definitely like taking 2 days to do everything so we can ride our favorites again. Clean with nice employees. We also love the cave tour.

Stephanie Guffy

Had a good time just one thing they took away the only family water ride The Lost River. It was awesome you could ride a raft with your family and get soaked if you wanted to or just sit and enjoy the ride. We use to ride that several times a year when our kids were younger and even with our oldest grandchild .Hopefully the next ride they put is a water related ride.

cameron bryan

I used to love this place. Now every time I think it sounds fun, I remember that they have NO maximum capacity, it's not just inconvenient, it's literally dangerous! The last few times I've taken my family there, it's so packed that you cannot move safely without someone running into another. I always keep my daughter close to me but I should not have to carry my 6 year old just to avoid her being run over by the crowd. ESPECIALLY during the holiday season.

Eleah Clevenger

I used to come as a kid and loved it. Now my kids are old enough to enjoy the sites and some rides and I had a blast watching them have fun. We were only there for the mid-afternoon through midnight madness and fireworks so we didn't get to see a lot this time but we will be back soon I hope! July 28 2019

samantha cox

Not your typical theme park. Originally built around Marvel cave the park has a life of its own. Highly enjoyable roller coasters and some water rides along with live shows, singing, and dancing. The food prices are decent to be in a theme park. You can bring your own food if you want to lug it around with you. Overall a very good time. I wish I had a couple days to enjoy the park more fully.

Friendly Ximy

This amusement park is a family fun friendly for the whole family to enjoy. They have cool rides and awesome shows for the little ones. Make sure to ride the Time Traveler first to face your fears like i did. And there's more stuff you can do in Silver Dollar City Branson, MO.

Daniel Cullipher

The most amazing time a family can have!! My family and I had the most amazing day here! Can't wait to come back.

Brittany Stroman

This place is so awesome. My whole family loves it here it's super family friend. The staff here are all very friendly and helpful. The rides are all very well built and maintained, and super fun. The park is very clean and well taken care of. The food in the park is very good but a little pricey. It's an over all great place to have fun and we cant wait to go again.

Rene Thompson

An amazing amusement park. Awesome rides, all employees were great. People can bring their own coolers into park and sit at picnic tables provided. The only complaint is we had dinner at a restaurant that advertised a buffet with many items that weren't on the buffet. The options were seriously limited. Other than that great time.

P Watson

Watching a ball of glass become a mug was absolutely amazing. I would also recommend you pick up a couple of loaves of cinnamon bread .... we only got 1 and we were sorry. Thirdly on the way out ...get a bottle of peach cider. You won't be sorry with any of the above.

Ken Wombacher

One of the best theme parks. Not an amusement park, but a THEME park. Set up as an 1880's mining town and fantastic in too many ways to list here. Go early for the raising of the flag in the morning (yes, they honor God and Country... Love it). Rides are fantastic. We always get several pounds of salt water taffy (the best). Oh, and the artisans and shows are fantastic. Family friendly. Polite employees. Great in all the important ways. If you are in Branson, GO HERE!

nick duffy

This was one of the most entertaining places i have been in awhile. Rides are really good. Wild fire was our favorite.

Jan Modisett

Get a map. Getting new attractions yearly. Some hills to climb for elderly. Echo Hollow isn't very handicap friendly. It has a ramp that will allow you the ground above where seating begins. If you don't stop there, you will need to use steps.

Floyd Johnson

Great for the older kids and adults. Area for smaller kids is limited, but kept our grandchildren entertained. NOTE: Ask around about discount tickets for Thursdays. Get them at a super market at a great price. Only good on Thursday and no refunds. NOTE ALSO: These discount tickets are on photo-sensitive paper, so keep them protected from the sun and strong light. Again, no refund or replacement.

Shannon Smith

We love the down-home atmosphere, watching awesome craftsmen at work, browsing through all the cute shops, and the food is delicious!! Loads of elder employees that were so nice and seemed to enjoy sharing a wealth of knowledge about the good old days!

Robin Krautbauer

Boy... Really not liking the place. No employees attend to keep things in order. Not all that clean. Most employees at food places won't even look to help you get gluten free food which it a medical diet for me. Wait times are rediculous. Most of the attractions are pretty lame. Tons of places to buy things and spend your money.. So for paying to get in... Not a lot to do if you are not a kid. I was in the miserable side out there. Gross. When you want to leave you need to hike up a huge asphalt hill and exit not well marked. Took us a while to get out. We won't be going ever again

Catherine Sprowls

A lot of fun! Great for families, but not many rides that aren't roller coasters. Definitely needs more signage. We had a great day with short to no wait times, and it did seem crowded, not sure how it would be on an actually busy day.

Mike Brockmeier

Great, family-friendly theme park! Lots of fun rides for all ages, along with a variety of performance acts (like music, comedy, dance, etc.) and craftsmanship demonstrations. There's also a free cave tour through Marvel Cave. Parking is free and includes a tram ride to the entrance. And, don't miss the Hymn Sing Along. It was the highlight of our most recent visit for me.

Kathy Self

We were there for the gospel music week and truly enjoyed. We also spent time in Silver Dollar City shopping and entertainment. Best show was the saloon.

Elizabeth Montalvo Ortiz

As a girl from Orlando Florida that's spoiled with theme parks I have to say SDC exceeded my expectations. The staff is absolutely wonderful! Kind, helpful and inviting. Huge shout out to Mr. Dennis in the wood carving area. He is the sweetest gentleman and remembered me the second day. We had a great conversation both days and he made it feel like we were long time friends. Time machine is my favorite ride! Those of you familiar with Tampa Busch Gardens time machine is cheetah hunt and cobras curse in one right. All of the rides are very impressive, fast and are long tracks! Food is wonderful with lots of selection. I think it is truly incredible how many things they make by hand right in front of your eyes. Wood carving, glass blowing and so much more. It is truly an unforgettable experience. I look forward to bringing my family hopefully next year.

Chaemin S

Great family fun! Although a pricey day, especially for a family, this has a bit of something for everyone! There is a special section of rides, where your child can be measured and get a bracelet, denoting which rides are available for that child alone or with an adult. That area has many rides and games for kids, with restrooms and food/drink vendors very close by. Of course, there are a lot of other rides throughout the park, along with plenty of food stalls, shops, restrooms, shows, and artisans' demos. With free Wifi and the app, it's easy to find what you are looking for and even be guided to the right spot!

Nicholas Caccia

There are a million great things I can say about this place but I'll keep it short. It is the most fun you can have in a day in all of Missouri. I love this place and recommend it to anyone wanting to have a great time.

Brian Kupferer

Extremely family friendly (0-100). Great job with the theme and able to add new thrill rides that keep the theme. Prices are not exorbitant. Free parking! Great food options all over the park. From rides to shows to craftsmen there is always something to do or see. Dont get me started on Christmas time..

Melissa Lee

As someone from Tampa, Florida who has experience Busch Gardens, Universal and Disney World -- I can say that this theme park definitely is up there with them! I don't ever recall coming to Silver Dollar City as a band kid but as an adult, it was awesome! Surprisingly, most of the (older) people were there for the Bluegrass Wire music so that helped make the lines shorter. Some of the rides were closed since they were expecting rain but opened up shortly after. There is a new ride there and I can't recall the name of it but I have to say it was the best ride of any theme park. As a matter of fact, they have an award stating just that! This ride was fast but didn't pull you hard around the corners and I mean, it was the perfect rollercoaster and it was my most favorite of all time. I should've rode it 10 more times! The line wasn't even long at all since the ride was very fast. They also have kid friendly rides and play park which worked very well for my nephew and he loved it as well. Food was a whole other demon because it was a long line but can't expect too much from a theme park. Definitely going back for sure, I loved this place!

Amber Hunt

Great amusement park for families. They have shows you can hop into for a break. Lots of rides for all ages. Several different festivals throughout the year so you can experience new things every season.

Lukas Hall

This is a great park with incredible employees. I couldn't get enough of this place. Also the roller coasters are phenomenal. Outlaw Run is probably my favorite right in front of Time Traveler. But the thing that blew me away the most was the food. OMG. The food was so good. I think I ended up eating like 2 big portion meals in a span of like an hour! Also I recommend eating at the at The Mine Restaurant. I want to come back as soon as possible!

Moriah Falde

I love this place! It's a must if you are in the area! They have roller coasters, little shops, live music and food! You never run out of stuff to do here!! You could walk around for hours! I would recommend this to anyone.

John Irving Jr

Was alot of fun. Many rides, shops and eating places. Shows and exhibition of craftsmanship were sprinkled throughout the park. Plus there is a free concert after the park closes in the Echo Hollow. Overall, everyone enjoyed the day with ages ranging from 4 to adult. Give this place a try and judge for yourself. BTW... We spent 2 entire days there and did not see everything. Lots of walking so plan accordingly. God Bless.

Katie Daniel

Silver Dollar City is a fun place to visit for the whole family. They have tons of themed shops, rides that are suitable for little kids up to adults, and a variety of shows. They also have cave tours which is what the park was originally centered around.

Ron Romans

A great amusement park. Lines were not long. Impressed with the organized parking lot. Food was expensive. Rides were too short. Overall it's worth the price. I like the historical theme and old fashion scenes. All employees were friendly as well as the vendors. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

Kay B

We lucked out a picked a great day to visit. I guess the summer rush ended and back to school time is the best! No waiting in lines for majority of the day until later in the afternoon and even then our longest wait was about 10 minutes! So much fun! Purchasing tickets online saved us a bit of money too! We had a blast. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, good food. Plenty of activities! Definitely buying season passes! Totally worth the 3.5 hour drive!

samuel durbin

We always have a lot of fun there. The midnight/late night riding was neat and they had fireworks that night. Kids really enjoyed it. Park is always clean and run well with mature people and not purely seasonal, one and done help like six flags is.

Jeremy Morgan

Our first time going and it was great. The wait times for rides were super shirt and the rides were awesome. Get a souvenir mug, because it will save you on refills. Like $1.75 vs $5.00 per drink. Definitely going back.

Cyndi Hampton-Kroc

Probably the hilliest amusement park I've visited, but also one of the best. Very clean, Including nearly spotless restrooms, also there is free parking with tram service. SDC offers reasonably priced, good food, with ample portions so sharing meals makes eating in the park affordable. All the rides are great. There is something for every age, but I love roller coasters. Silver Dollar City has the best coasters around. Of the wooden roller coasters my favorite is Outlaw Run. But the best by far is not a wooden coaster, it's The Time Traveler. AWESOME from start to finish.

Bradley Garrett

I wish I could go back and take the wood working class. Other than that, it's a pretty decent place to bring the whole family. Lots to do and see. Bring sun screen.

A. D. Dean

Very friendly, a great atmosphere compared to other amusement parks. Still expensive entry and additional products sold inside, but reasonably so for all of its specialty foods and attractions! Great experience, every time. Seasonal themes make it fun to return.

Kim McGinnis

Silver Dollar City is an amazing place for the whole family! It offers a clean, family-friendly, wholesome environment and offers something for everyone. Shows are fun and entertaining and they are always working to make the experience even better from year to year. I came as a kid and frankly, it's more fun now than it was then! Highly recommend it!

Edward Miller

This OS such a wholesome place with rides for all ages! Great food and drinks, but bring your walking legs, because there are hills! Some can be a little steep, but a good bottle of water and the day is great! A definite must go to play with the kids!!!

Sandi Randolph

Great amusement park. Brought back great memories of the park I grew up with. Kids were having a good time all over the park.

Todd Srejma

Plenty to do here. Time traveler was AMAZING!!!! The whole family from 3 to 65 had fun and lots of interesting adventures around every corner. We have gone here for years and they constantly add new things. A lot of bang for the buck.

J.W Anderson

This place is a lot of fun and there is definitely something for everyone. It's not really your typical theme park food but expect to pay typical theme park prices for it. Also it seemed like the employees genuinely enjoyed their jobs and interacted with the guests well. I was also pleased with their effeciency at getting guests on and off the rides. Take the cave tour as well if you can. Well worth it.

Paula Kessler

We've been here many times with our children and grand children now. We went in after 3 and had the next day free but we really could have stayed 3 or 4 days to see everything. Loved the kids area. Our favorite ride was the flooded mine train and my husband had the grandbabies so excited to ride this and shoot the targets, sadly the guns weren't working and they were disappointed. Wish we could go back if they had the guns fixed.

jill deslate

A good place to spend quality time with family and friends. We really had a great time spending the day there with family and relatives. The place was full of trees making the hot summer bearable. The rides will make both kids and grown ups feel happy and excited. The price of their food and drinks were pricey which is expected of theme parks so if you are on a budget you could bring your own food and snacks. Lots of elderly employees which you’d really appreciate coz they’re giving senior citizens a place to become productive and earn income.

Awesome park! Recommend going during the week as the weekends get very busy. Also they let you bring in your own food.

Something for everyone! Shows, music, shopping, amusement rides, food, etc. Make sure you have your most comfortable shoes on! We went during the Harvest Festival and really loved the fall/ Halloween theme. Especially at night when all the pumpkins were lit up!

Love this place ever since I was a kid. Very nostalgic. People are friendly its clean and family friendly. Lots of cool shows. I am not q fan of the face painting, henna tattoos and the spooky fest they are doing this year though. Thumbs down on that.

Karen Yoder

This great amusement park has been a highlight throughout our family history. We've loved being able to be part of all the fun, excitement and thrills this place has to offer. The atmosphere is top of the line family friendly and offers things that is thrilling to all. Thank you so much for making this a place for lots of fun, great history, and many family memories!

Karl Kilgore

I've grown up in the area and this place has always felt magical to me. It's grown so much but always had the same feel to it. It does an amazing job of sharing the rich culture of the Ozarks to the world.

Carol Williams

Great day at Southern Gospel Picnic. Thank you for hosting this festival for lovers of Christian gospel. This is our 3rd year attending and won't be the last.

Amy Lynam

Love this place! There was so much to see and explore that we spent 3 days there and didn't get bored. Rides, fun houses, play houses, awesome fun shops, amazing food, great shows, and more all nestled in the beautiful hills of the ozarks with lots of shade. Great fun for the whole family!

Andrea Tanner

This is a great place, but my son is a double leg amputee and I'm just missing one leg. We were given a list of rides we could ride. After waiting in line for at least 45 minutes, we're told he can't ride, even if he takes the legs off. Ok, we tried another one on the list and were told the same thing. This was our first extended family trip together in 20 years and to celebrate our father's life since he passed away in April. No one was happy towards the end of our visit there, and may not ever go back or suggest other friends and family to go either!!!

SXS Rider

We went here for a small family vacation and had a blast the roller coasters are some of the best I have been on and made the entire trip worth it, the wooden coaster was my favorite and it is extremely fast and has several spirals and big drops. They also have one that spins you around while you go upside down and through spirals it was one of my favorites as well. The food was good also and not extremely expensive.

Malachi Nyhuis

Best Theme Park in the area and possibly my favorite in the U.S. It's such a good place to bring a family and it's incredibly fun with shows and excellent rides! The staff are so friendly and I would recommend a visit if you're within a few hundred miles.

Jennifer Branson

This place was a lot of fun. I loved the opening ceremony, they honored veterans and current military. They did the pledge of allegiance and raised the flag. It was a very moving moment everyone came together at that moment. Everyone was united as one. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Brian Stonge

The only thing I could say about this place in a negative way is to add some more restrooms throughout the park. Otherwise it’s fun and the rides are worth the ticket. Food is pretty good. The old school shops are awesome. Knife shop is amazing and so are the demonstrations. If you move quick, one day is fine. If not definitely take 2 days to see it all.

Ruth Westerfeld

One word: INCREDIBLE. There was an unlimited amount of stuff to do; we enjoyed every minute. The best thing about it was that everything was family friendly, and many of the shows were very Christ centered. We spent 2 days here and got to do almost everything we wanted to do. We could have used one more day, but we were satisfied with 2. The food is expensive, so I would advise taking your own food. Silver Dollar City is great about letting you take in stuff! We took sandwiches, water bottles, and snacks the second day. The atmosphere is so cozy and beautiful that it truly does begin to feel like your own old-fashioned home town. Pumpkin week was

We spent 2 days there and loved it. Advice I would give to a silver dollar city Virgin: Pay attention to when crowds will be heavy, they seemed right on and definitely influences the quality of your visit. Our visit would have been perfect if we were able to go on a weekday, had kids that didn't have to worry about the height requirements, and the park did not allow people to pay extra to cut in front of you.

Damon Hayes

Great fun for the entire family!! Rather you have a toddler to your grandparents with you. Everyone will have a blast here!! They have tons of rides for the kiddos and even more shops full of history and memorabilia for the adults!!!

Clayton King

It was it's usual fantastic place... A little too hot to enjoy completely. Can't wait for the cooler weather to get here.

TMNT

I was really impressed, the way they incorporated nature into the park is just amazing. You could see very little of the actual rides because everything was built around the natural beauty of the landscape. The rides were top notch and they had enough things to do for everyone in our group to enjoy. The staff was friendly and the park was clean, we will go back again!

Brandon Fisher

Haven’t been here in almost a decade and another decade before that time. It changes so much in that time. Very fun and they’ve added some pretty awesome rides. Great for the whole family.

Adam Schillinger

Get a pass for multiple days! Great destination for the family and lived up to the hype. The layout of the park and ambiance is very well done and I enjoyed just being there. Lots of seating and shade everywhere so count on being able to find a spot to rest even in extreme heat (we visited when it was high 90s). Plenty of rides and stuff for kids, enough to keep them busy for two full days. Probably need to ensure that you have an adult for each child though if you have smaller kids. Also free measuring and wrist bands and clear signage by the rides really helps to quickly know which kids can ride what. Good food throughout the park. We saw the kid magic show. Our kids loved the magic portion, ok I liked it a lot too, but for an hour show there is probably 30-40% watching clips from TV shows and commercials. I was really impressed by the kids abilities but seems like the show is overly commercial. Parking and tram are efficient as can be.

Juan Martinez

SO MUCH FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY!!! All the rides are fun breathtaking and amazing! Me and my family had so much fun with all the rides.

Janelle Middleton

My favorite amusement park! It was very full in the park today, but wait times were reasonably short. We rode more rides in our 1st 2 hrs than in a whole day @6 Flags! Plus, there are so many other things to enjoy @SDC... Shows, demos, cute shops. It is a great park!

Shedrick Flowers

I enjoyed this place much more than I thought I would. There are rides for all ages and at the time I visited, lines weren't bad at all! I was able to ride several coasters without a wait. Try that at Disney! The coasters were a LOT better too if you are into thrills!

Morgan Masterson

I have been going here for 30 years. They never cease to impress and improve. To me this is the most magical place on earth. The homey feel I get when inside the city and walking its streets is the best ever. Now that I have a family to share it with I do every chance and they love it like I do. Great job SDC. Keep up the amazing work.

Amanda Keeney

fun for ALL ages. 52 in rides everything. little tots have PLENTY to ride as well. so many different stores. all kinds of shows daily. this place has so much character. open from spring til Christmas. I cant wait to go this winter!

Mandie Lorge

We had a great time here. We did the after 3pm deal where you can buy a ticket and enter after 3pm and then go the whole next day as well. Use the app and check wait times. Be ready to walk a lot. Quite a hilly place. Our kids loved it though!

Barbara Megas

Always great entertainment for kids and adults. Great roller coasters although that's not for me. As a retiree I go for the great shows in their 5 theaters. The shows change often with the different festivals. One of the best Christmas light displays in the US.

Vanessa Ortmann

Silver Dollar City was running a special for teachers. I was able to get in for free and my family was discounted. We enjoyed the rides and felt there was a great variety. It was extremely hot and I felt like there were an abundance of places to cool off. We saw 2 shows and both were excellent! Being able to rest 30 minutes in the ac was the best. We have been to SDC before during Christmas time and going in the summer is way better!!!! I would highly suggest Silver Dollar city to any family!!!

Jim Benton

Perfect place for family fun. Exciting rides for the youngsters, kiddie rides for the youngest and great shows for the older folks. We love this place.

Matt England

Love Silver Dollar City! Great family place. Not cheap to get in or eat there, but fun for all ages. Wish they were open later in the summer.

Jeremy Crites

The park has ample parking over multiple lots. When you pull in, parking is free and well organized with frequent shuttles to the front gate. The entire park is very clean and we found no employees without a cheery attitude or smile. The rides are well cared for and ample shopping. We spent 9 hours here and could easily spend another day to do everything.

Don Fox

Our family had a great time at Silver Dollar City. Check out the specials on Thursday’s tickets can be had for $45. Awesome roller coasters, great rides for the little ones. Have to see the view of Table Rock Lake for the Wild Fire roller coaster.

Concerned Citizen

Pumpkin theme provided a Different venue. Good weather this evening. Great for kids, wheelchair had problems on steep inclined. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Tried the chicken/cashew chicken waffles...this batch was not noteworthy.

popiel battin

Such a great place to go! It's a short 1 hr 45 minute drive for us so we are season pass holders. We go here as much as we can and it never gets boring. Most all of the employees are chippy cheery and make you fell welcome. It's worth the trip!

PackmanMo

Silver Dollar City has always been a family favorite. The rides are great and the theme is so relaxing. Many great shops and experiences for everyone. I would highly recommend going around Christmas for the beautiful display.

Brittany Smith

Took our 4 kids (ages 16, 8, 5, 3). Everyone had a blast. Rides/attractions for everyone. You will probably want two days to get the entire park done. Time Traveler, Underwater Mine, and Thunderation were some favorite rides. Definitely check out the cave!!!!!!! We hope to be going back next year.

Austin Werner

Always have a great time here, so much to do and see it's insane. They're starting to decorate for Halloween, which is super cool but we're really excited for the Christmas lights this year! If you've never seen them I highly recommend coming this winter, you won't regret it!

Lisa Wisdom-Thomas

Absolutely loved our visit. The food is awesome. There are tons of rides , shows , stores and demos to keep everyone in the family busy. You need to plan several days in order to see everything. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Can't wait for our next trip.

Sherry Coughran

We ad a great time. The atmosphere made it feel like we were in the past. All staff was very helpful and nice that I talked to.

Ben Burns

This is has got to be the Best park in Missouri. There was a lot of trees, so that there is a lot of shade for people. Most of the rides here were great, Time Traveler is the best coaster in the park.

Jackie Swadley

I had the absolute most fun here! I love all the rides! I love the theme. So much to do. Only downfall was they closed at 6pm on a Saturday due to the shows happening in their city. I traveled over 2 hours to go rode rides. I feel they should have stayed open for all those who came for Silver Dollar City, not for whatever was going on throughout Branson. Other than that, it was a blast!!!!

Penny Penny

Great place to go! We get season passes every year!!!

Sarah Stanley

A fun park and worth a trip if you like roller coasters. There are plenty of rides for kids and people of all ages. There are a lot of places to eat as you walk through the park and many fun shops to explore. They have everything from a blacksmith to a blown glass and even a shop where you can make your own stuffed animal. It's a fun place to spend a day or two but might get old after that.

Zach Melder

Third time going!! Definitely a must if in Branson area. Will take all day. And I HIGHLY recommend going during Christmas season. The park's atmosphere is incredible!

Connor McDevitt

Cool place. family friendly. They need like one more big ride to be perfect. Or like 3 more medium sized rides. Also some better music while waiting in line

christopher daley

All I can say is make sure you don't have any heart issues for the rides because they are intense. A new experience for our family but definitely a place to see..Its a place back in time alongside with the present ...so much to see and do. If going there make sure you plan on a whole day there because it takes almost a whole day to do all they have to see and do ...Awesome place!!!!!

Sonja Dicken

I love this place. I am not much into amusement parks as I could take or leave rides. This place has so much to do without riding anything. Lots of shows, super friendly adult staff in period costumes. You can watch glass blowing, blacksmithing, candy making, etc etc etc...

Michael Jones

The only thing better than Silver Dollar City with kids is Silver Dollar City with no kids!!! I’ve stayed in the SDC campgrounds tent and cabins many times and it makes for a very low stress visit to catch the shuttle. The park is very patriotic and supportive of disabled Veterans. Unfortunately access for mobility impaired can be difficult. You can rent a cart for about 35 dollars a day but they are gone early. I recommend planning ahead if taking elderly or disabled. Get an electric mobility scooter reserved for delivery.

DANIEL SCHMITZ

So fun with so many different things to do. You have to spend at least two days here! We really appreciated the patriotism displayed during our visit. There clearly is a love for a God, family and country here! We will return next time and hopefully bring family!

John Dooley

We went there for the show's, which were very good. Highly recommend it no matter what your age is. But be prepared for the hills, in and out of the place. Well worth the stop.

Shannon Struik

Beautiful place and lovely people, but the price to get in, eat and drink are ridiculous. Also the new show in Echo Hollow was good, but seriously who's idea was it to have an all white guy show? That show used to be way more diverse. Oh yeah you had one woman all of 10 minutes.

Paul Eggers

It's like a small Disney World. Lots to do and see. Food is way too expensive! It is nice that season pass holders can get discounts. The app is nice as it can tell you how long of a wait there is for a ride. Look for the ones that show 0 mins. and you know there is no line.

Brian Guthmann

The park is interesting, there are a lot more rides than there used to be, and the rides are great... But the prices on food and drinks are simply outrageous, to the point where the label "rip-off" definitely applies. And all the souvineers in the hundreds of shops are also way overpriced, and the quality cheap and shoddy.

Mark Matlock

So much to see and do. Rides and shows for all ages. You should plan to spend the entire day. Harvest festival and Pumpkin Nights add to the fun. Park is well shaded and food for all tastes. The shows are amazing with the 6pm Echo Hollow a favorite. But all shows should be taken in if possible. And Marvel caves tour was great.

Tim M

Five stars only if they keep the tram and NOT buses to go back and forth .

David Fogarty

First time to SDC. It's is great! Standing in the Wilderness Chapel as I write this review, having just sung "Bless the Lord, O My Soul" with my wife, as a praise to our Savior. Thankful to be living in a country where we still have to right and opportunity to express my praise openly. God is good! Come enjoy the experience of Silver Dollar City for yourselves.
