Here you have all the opinions of real people who are using the services and products of Fantastic Caverns (Tourist Attraction) in the state of Missouri.
To this day this firm has a score of 4.6 over 5 and that score is based on 2365 reviews.
You must have seen that the average of ratings that it reaches is practically the best one, and it is based on a very high number of scores, so we can say that the assessment is quite reliable. If many people have bothered to value when they've done well with the business, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually bother to give feddbacks when they are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...

Really glad we found this place! It was a great time! Educational, historical and fun. The tour guide (Sam) made our experience that much better! And to top it all off it's dog friendly!
Pricing for the tour was a bit high, but our guide was WONDERFUL and the cave itself is just AMAZING!!! The museum/gift shop had the most wonderful descriptive picture of the cave labeling everything out like an elevated middle school project. It was so neat and so easy to read and understand the history of the cave!!! This is education turned to fun!!!
They have a nice tour. They tell you alot about the cavern. It was very interesting and very relaxed.
The cavern tour was awesome and the guide was very knowledgeable about the caverns. Definitely a must see if visiting Springfield.
A spectacular place to visit. So beautiful inside. It's amazing but this beautiful cave was ever discovered. A great visit.
A great ride-through cave tour that my family really enjoyed. Also really close to the botanical garden. Check out both if you are in springfield.
Historically & educationally interesting. Cant remember the reason but the tour guide guy asked a girl to sing. She did. What a voice & down there the acoustics were great. It made the tour memorable. Hats off the the antics, wisdom & comic relief of the guide.
We took our 5 young children here and had a blast. The tour guide was entertaining and the came formations were impressive. It was interesting to learn about the history of the cave. It really was fantastic! Being Floridians, we will jackets and had blankets and it felt nice in the Caverns.
We enjoyed ourselves it was extremely hot outside but it was nice and cool in the cave. The tour guides were funny! We sat on the outside right I think it would of been better to seat on the outside left it on the inside. You can take pictures. They give you a free picture of the group. They sell 20oz bottles of soda cheap in the machines. Grab one you can rltake it on the tram with you they also have popcorn I didn't try that.
Enjoyed the experience immensely...our tour guide was very knowledgeable, animated and capable...which made for a very enjoyable visit...Id recommend it to anyone visiting the Springfield area..
This place is absolutely amazing! Our guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Wish we got there earlier to have time to shop in the gift shop after the tour. Great prices on the few items I did get to look at.
I'm not typically a fan of caves - seen one, seen them all. But I was pleasantly surprised with this one. Nice location. Well run. Excellent tour. Time and money well spent.
I figured this would be longer than it was for the price. It was kinda hard to hear the guide but it was still a fun experience. I mean once you've seen it theres no reason to see it again.
Great place that's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.
Like a very compact Carlsbad Caverns. Very impressive. The tour guide very amusing. No walking involved. Should have GPS to find!
It was a hundred degrees a couple of days on our trip to Branson so we took 2 days out to go to two different caves and while we were in this cavern we like the fact that we got to ride on a tram but it seems so silly that we were facing each other instead of facing forward by the end of the trip I had a sore neck. My hips had hurt from the walking tour of the first caverns, so I was thankful to not have to walk. The driver was nice to listen to and seemed like he genuinely liked his job and knew a lot about the area
Dennis provided a entertaining and educational narrative of the cave history. Lots of beauty to be had in the tour itself
Most of the cave is flooded during to rain. We were able to walk into the first part of it. That was really neat to see and hear about. The tour guides were very informative and nice. We were not charged anything since the riding tour was closed. Happy Memorial Day!
Amazing place! Wish the tour lasted a little bit longer or that there was maybe a walking trail about ground to just have more of an experience! Other then that it was amazing and the kids loved it!
I have lived in Springfield MO for 20 years and I only visited Fantastic Caverns for the first time today. WOW! what an awesome experience. The tour isn't too long to where you get bored, but the cave is cool! Go if you can! I will be taking more friends visiting in the future.
My family and I stopped by on our way South. Nice tour if the cave, friendly staff, gift shop, bathrooms could use some work. Best of all, the kids enjoyed it.
Actually this is a fantastic experience. Tour guide was awesome. She explained everything. We really enjoyed the tour.
Clean and efficient. Beautiful, historic and a great guide
Amazing tour! We have 10 kids and it was interesting enough for our teens and our captivating for our little ones too. I also appreciated their educated information about how long (thousands of years) the formations took to grow and the layers too. I would recommend this cave tour to any family young or old!
If you like to go into caves then this is the one to visit. It is an awesome sight to see and you ride in on a trailer pulled by a jeep. No walking!!!! Great sights.
Drove 3hrs to see it. The guide was friendly and helpful. The cave was a disappointment.
The caves were closed due to flooding. But, we were able to walk into the first part of the cave where it wasn’t flooded and it was awesome! What we were able to see was amazing! We will be back.
Excellent presentation given by Sam. Another display of God's beautiful creation.
Very open spaces within the caverns and narrow ones as well. There is no walking around. It is a sit down tour ride. Our tour guide Mitchell was very informative and entertaining. Would gladly go again and bring new explorers.
Wonderful place to visit. Our driver Richard was very informative and fun to listen too.
Totally worth the journey out here. Was very unique way off seeing a cavern, in a Jeep under ground...amazing
This is such a neat little treasure. It is only 1 of 4 in the world and the only one in the Americas, that is a natural drive in cave not a mine.. Richard our guide was so accommodating, friendly and recommended a great little local restaurant Rosey Joe's. He helped our youngest daughter overcome her fear as we got into the cave. The rest of the staff was just as courteous. The caves were beautiful. Each chamber had it's own special features. My 7 year old daughter was through the roof taking pictures and just excited though out. Both of my daughters want to go back.
Unique cave experience - in that you drive through the cavern. Not too many features inside the cave though, until the final room: the call it the room of giants (or something like that) where there some huge and truly fantastic formations.
We had a big family vacation with twelve people. We had eight "kids" aged 3 to 18. Adults and all the children LOVED this place! The price is affordable. The people are extra friendly and the cave is just......Beautiful and Amazing! We ended up buying Season Tickets! Thanks Scott and (tourguide) Montgomery.
This is a very small cavern, but,if you've never to a cave this one is a good place to start. Sam was fun and informative. Price was ok. They do give you a free photo of everyone on the team at the end of the ride. Oh did I mention you ride through no walking.
Great tour. Tour guide did an excellent job. Richard was our tour guide.
Pretty interesting cavern, you ride through instead of hiking. Sit on right side for best views and less ducking!
Loved it . It was fun. I recommend it .They explain everything with details plus you get a free picture.
Just a short drive north of town, FC is a wildly underrated treasure. Seriously, folks -- grab the kids, the in-laws and a decent camera and go explore the Caverns this weekend. I promise you, it has a much, much higher Cool Factor than you expect.
Beautiful caverns that have some history to tell, it's educational and fun for the whole family! The staff is always happy to see ....
Very clean facility and a great gift shop! The tour was fun even though not long it was worth the trip! Definitely recommend for couples or family's.
We had a wonderful time. Our guide was entertaining and nice. Beautiful cave.
We had fun. The grounds are beautiful, gift shop and building over all perfect. Tour guide was wonderful. Being in a drive thru cave is great for people who can't walk distances. I've seen prettier caves, so giving the cavern itself just 4 stars. Everything else about the place ranked a 5.
Our group included ages 5 through 86 and the Jeep tram allowed several of us to enjoy an experience we wouldn’t ordinarily be able to do. We each loved Fantastic Caverns! Friendly, helpful service from the ticket counter personnel, tour guide, gift shop ladies and we were thrilled to receive a souvenir photo as part of the tour. Fantastic!
Make sure you get tickets beforehand. We had to wait 45 min for the next ride. Other than that, great tour. They showed you what it might have looked like when the first explorers explored the cave and what it looked like when they first installed Edison lightbulbs. Our your guide Emily was very knowledgeable. Don't forget to bring a jacket as it does get pretty chilly. The gift shop was very cute too.
They should have spaced the tour jeeps apart because they where speaking Spanish in the other tour. So we missed 90 % of what our tour guide was saying. The photo during the tour is great if you are in the jeep or front of the wagon. Back of the wagon is far away from camera. They also need to tell people Stop touching the cave parts.
It is a short trip and not inexpensive but it's a sight that is rare to see and I like seeing natural formations. I enjoyed the gift shop as well, many beautiful things to choose from.
Cool experience! Enjoyed the cave tour by Jeep. Was impressed by the conservation efforts of the cave staff.
These caverns are fantastic! Sorry, I just can't help myself. If you're in Springfield you owe it to yourself to take a little time for a visit here. The adorable little visitor's center is clean, comfortable, and so welcoming that I'm glad I had 20 minutes before my tour left to wander around. They have their operation down pat. My tour was full, and we were not squished in the "wagon" at all. Kyle, our tour guide, was an absolute delight. The tour is (in my humble opinion) the perfect length. It includes an awesome educational video at the end that is not too long. The picture I took does not do the cave justice - pictures never do. You really want to see this incredible place under our feet for yourself.
This is a great place to take wonderful and spectacular pictures. The drivers are always in a goof mood and are willing to have a conversation if you sit up front like I did. I had the driver Emily and she was amazing, she talked about things, answered questions, and had a lot of small talk with me and my younger cousins.
Was nice to ride instead of walk...but...the tours overlap each other in the cave. On tge way in and again on the way out. If you have hearing aids, know that you won't hear the guide because there is so much ambient noise bouncing around you can't understand with both tours in close proximity. (If you don't wear hearing aids, you simply will not understand this post) But riding was nice. The cave is very open except for a few low spots.
I really enjoyed visiting the caverns today for my birthday. Our tour guide Richard was incredibly professional, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable not only of the history of the site but also the geological activity driving its creation and development. An amazing experience. Richard definitely made the day for us.
Have wanted to go since I was 10 years old and finally had the chance to go and take my own children with me. Very fun and informative and the experience of riding in a vehicle while 100 feet below the surface is amazing!
This is an amazing experience and some interesting history. The prices aren't bad and you get a group picture included with your paid tour.
Had a wonderful tour - beautiful cavern, interesting facts. Staff extremely knowledgeable, friendly, fun. Our family had a great time.
Ride in trams pulled by jeeps. Guide was knowledgeable about cave formation. Get a group photo at the end. Nice gift shop to buy a souvenir. A bit expensive but worth it.
I enjoyed learning the history of the cave. They have a very nice gift shop.
Had a wonderful time visiting. Really enjoyed our guide JR. He was humorous and informative. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.
It would have been a lot better if they didnt cramps us in the tram like sardines! You try to turn to get photos and you are all over the next person. Not worth the 55.00!
Very nice cave tour. It was comfortable and the guide was well informed and took the time to answer all questions. They were all very friendly and seemed to really like showing the cave and teaching people about it. The tour was not extremely long, the ride through was nice being that I have trouble walking great distances. The sights inside the cave are beautiful and majestic. Its a tour that's worth the price of the admission and worth the yearly pass if you live close enough to make the drive a few times over the year.
Rick, our tour guide, was fantastic. He had so much information on this cavern as well as others in the area. He also made it fun. My friend and I liked that we didn't have to walk far since we both have back issues. I would recommend bringing something small to sit on in the cart. The seats are metal. Other caves are longer and many have more natural beauty but this one was a great introduction to caving. There's a gift store that has items from $1 up. There's also a drink coin operated drink machine. I thought the history was very interesting. It takes about an hour for the tour and there are plenty of natural walking and picnic areas to enjoy afterwards.
This was a fun experience to relive. I hadn't been since experiencing the surreal memory of the place in my 2nd grade of primary school. Everything has been kept up in all those years and the tour was just as awesome as I remember. Nothing much cooler than driving through a giant cave like Indiana Jones. The staff genuinely care and you can tell they love explaining the history of the place. Pride in work always makes a place a 5.
Loved this place. Can't say enough about them. Dennis was our tour guide and he was awesome. Great place for any age.
A bit expensive, but they do a good tour, and the guides are very knowledgeable. You also get a free picture of everyone on the tour, which would normally be an extra expense. 6 year old was entertained.
So fun and our tour guide was a hoot! I will definitely come again!
It's pretty. They have a lovely gift shop with some rocks. Such nice rocks. Caves are cool. Really dark. A good temperature
Fun little roadside attraction. Stopped here during a cross country road trip. Staff was friendly and was very accommodating for our dog as he was allowed to ride on the jeep with us during the tour. Our tour guide, JR, was very knowledgeable and quite entertaining. The cavern is beautiful and has plenty of picture taking opportunities. Prices run a little high but overall a good experience.
My favorite cave! Always a great time with these guys. This makes my 5th trip. Beautiful formations and not alot of walking.
Sam our guide was very informative and had a great sense of humor. Neat attraction away from Branson.
Beautiful and amazing. wonderful tour and love they give you the group picture for free now. Although it's probably included onto your ticket price. We paid $55 for two adults. The walking trail is really nice and frat opportunities for scenic photos.
This was a wonderful experience! Neither of us do very well walking so being able to ride throughout the cave worked very well for us. Only one down side, if you have a hearing loss there may be times it will be difficult to hear especially with children on the same tour as they're natural chatterboxes. Just ask your guide to repeat because you couldn't hear. It was very informative and sparked many additional questions!
Awesome for the family!! So nice not having to walking something like that with little kids. Tour kept our 3yr and 5yr olds interested- they loved the ride and lights.
This is a well kept property, privately owned. Excellent for disabled and families with small children. There is no walking involved. You board a trailer pulled by a jeep with a guide that is very informative. Take your camera for beautiful photos of the formations in the cave. Around 60 degrees in the cave-might want a jacket. You can bring a drink and popcorn from the concession with you. I get claustrophobic usually but not in here. The tour last about and hour. You can walk around the property and see the springs that feed the water in the cave. You can trade your ticket in at the end for a season pass for $5 to be used by you to return and bring friends later.
Just a great experience ! Great tour and tour guide and what a awesome place . True piece of history . Thanks for a great time .
This is a beautiful place, well-lit and well-presented, a very good tour, and a place that appropriately encourages children and parents to visit. It is also appropriate that parents and children pay attention and listen throughout. We were in a fairly large group with children who seemed to think they were on another amusement park ride, and parents who behaved only slightly better. I guess I think the Caverns share some of the blame in the way the billboards market it, with the cartoon caveman and more emphasis on the tram than the caves themselves. So yes, do go. Well worth the stop and the admission.
Super fun experience. The free group picture was a nice touch as usually these places nickel and dime you. Great staff too
It is beautiful! Loved all of the formations. Most importantly for me since I'm handicapped is the fact that you ride through the cave. I think it's the only one like that.
Employees are very welcoming! Michael was our tour guide and did an amazing job. He answered all of our questions adequately and went above and beyond to make our experience quintessential. The cavern itself was breath taking and is DEFINITELY something to add to your bucket list!
Absolutely loved this cavern tour. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! I am disabled so the seating was a little rough for me. Suggestion: Maybe offer cushions for disabled? Other than that I highly recommend!! It was absolutely beautiful and a must see. I loved how natural they kept it compared to a lot of other super touristy cavern tours.
This was a fun trip back in time. I really appreciated being able to take reasonably priced souvenirs home !!!
It was nice to be able to take people with mobility issues into a cave. Usually it is a hard walk and lots of climbing steps. This was recommended to us and we were told one of the only caves you tour riding. It was super fun, lots of information and beautiful inside. Staff was friendly and made it even more fun. I was a little shocked when it was so short, I thought we would be taking a good ride but actually it's just in so far then turn around. Worked out good for us we were traveling through the area and it took us I believe under 30 minutes.
Michael was a gear tour guide! Full of interesting information
AWESOME tour with Sam. He was an amazing tour guide and the whole experience and story was incredible. Facilities were nice and they have a cool gift shop. A little expensive but well worth it. Signs leading to the caverns are limited so gps it.
DOG FRIENDLY! Stayed in Springfield, MO on my way from Georgia to Colorado with my dad, my jeep and my two dogs. Saw an ad for this cavern and that it was dog friendly! We got loaded into the back of the tour guide's jeep with the two dogs, and the rest of the patrons were on a drawn tram. The tour was really cool and a whole lot of fun. DEFINITELY one of the highlights of the road trip. Worth going for sure! Thank you for such a great time!
Caves, no matter the size, are always a very entertaining place to go. Fantastic Caverns is no different. The history of how the cave was discovered as well as the stories since then are entertaining along with the views of the cave. The tour is thorough and the guides seem very interested in their cave. Pricing is reasonable and they throw in a free picture of you and your group in the vehicle, which is quite unusual these days.
Great riding tour. Probably a lot better than human tourist touching the formations. The guide was very knowledgeable. The caves were first explored by 12 high school girls! Very brave.
Great attraction to visit. Always excited to come to this cave. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Property is clean and well maintained.
I have been 3 times and each time is always a great experience. Ask for Michael because he is a great tour guide!
Great place. Had an awesome tour guide lady. bring your hoodie. I forgot mine and bought a good one for 20. Not bad.
This was a great trip! The guide was really friendly and knowledgeable. We stopped every few minutes so she could explain things and point out cool things in the cave. It was so cool inside (both temperature and things to look at). It blew my mind how long it took for some of the formations to get as large as they are. It also impressed me that the first people to explore the cave were a group of teenage girls decades ago.
Beautiful cavern. Great guided tour. Narrative was not scripted. More interesting. Well informed guide. Nice to ride.
My family had a wonderful time! We will definitely be back!
Loved it! It was a really cool tour, good for people of all ages. Definitely not something you see everyday. Friendly staff!
Loved it! The tour guide, Rebecca was amazing. I highly recommend going and seeing the cave.
Amazing place with a fantastic staff. Took my family there while on a road trip and had a great time. The cave tour ride is fantastic and highly recommended.
Me and my family had a great time. Our tour guide was very entertaining and kept us laughing! Would def recommend if you’re looking for something to do.
Way better than I expected. Very professional, clean gift shop, immaculate Jeeps. Worth it just to see the Jeeps. Beautifully restored, yet functional.
It was more than I thought. It is so amazing!! Our tour guide Richard was incredibly!! Thank you so much to Richard n ALL the friendly staff!! We will be back. Wish there were more stars it's worth lots more than 5.
An easy going cave experience for all ages. Tours leave frequently and the trip through the cavern is not too short nor too long. Some really neat structures within, although I do recommend you sit on the right hand side as you will be able to avoid many of the low hanging rock and get some better views of the various cave highlights. A short distance north of Springfield, so you can easily squeeze this into your Springfield/Branson trip!
A great cave experience with a lot of history. Riding through it was interesting too - much less strenuous than other cave trips.
I want to preface this review by saying I have never toured a cavern before so this is based upon my first time ever experience. I would also like to say that, yes, the admission is expensive. It was about $75 for me, my husband, and our 10 yr old boy. Sticker shock, yes, but I was willing to pay it because of the reviews I read. My husband was less than happy when I paid at the cashier. They call you in groups and divide you into two different lines. For some reason, we were chosen to sit the jeep with the driver instead of in the "caravan". I don't know why or how they choose, but I am SO thankful that we were. Our driver was funny, nice and knowledgeable.
It was a amazing adventure for the whole family! It stays very cool inside, as it says in the broughure. The caverns are mythical. You can see old lighting and the effect of total dark. At the end there is a short video of the caverns forming. As you head back you can see the signatures of the original women whom explored it and get a history lesson in the old bar and stage inside. All around a great experience and one to last a lifetime.
Awesome place..GREAT tour guide who knows how to entertain the visitors. Fun trip for everyone for sure
We love going on adventures. This is the only cave in the states that drives you through. So families with smaller children can also enjoy the cave. I recommend this to everyone.
Fantastic Caverns lives up to its namesake! Our guide, Miranda, was entertaining, knowledgeable, and very friendly. The price of admission was worth all the amazing natural wonder found underground, especially with the added free group picture. My entire family would recommend this for other families, groups, or even curious individuals. The next time you're around Springfield, MO, you should definitely make time for this excellent subterranean experience.
Great experience! A lot more to see than initially anticipated and a great story behind the area.
A very enjoyable experience overall. You will not be allowed to get off of the ride to walk around, just an fyi. The staff giving the tour was very entertaining and knowledgeable. The gift shop had a pretty nice selection of souvenirs, and the wait before our ride wasn't very long. My only complaint is that it was a bit more expensive than I had anticipated.
This is a really fun tour with lots of good history to learn. Definitely check this Ozark’s Classic out.
Quality cave. Really cool. Worth going out of the way for. However, it's not a real big cave. It's over pretty quick, which is not a bad thing if you have little ones. My family and I enjoyed.
My husband and I love going on cave tours. We thought this was a unique tour by having a ride through tour. Our tour guide did a great job as well. P.S. thank you for the photo. ❤
We had an awesome tour guide. Kyle was awesome
Best tour and guide and they give you a free photo as well. They have a wonderful gift shop too! Excellent place to see!
This was a really amazing experience! However, it was kind of expensive ($112 for 4 adults)
My son loved it. My grandma loved it. It is great family fun!
Really neat, unique place for adults and kids of all ages. Great little 1/2 day trip.
We went on a Thursday evening. There wasn't anybody else there for the tour,...so we got a private tour!!! The tour guide was great, very funny! My mom had worked there many moons ago, so it was really cool to see what she did and actually see what it was all about! The price is on the expensive angle, but most things are! Thanks for the experience!
The cave was amazing. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and humorous. He answered all of our questions. Would definitely go for the tour again.
I have wanted to go here since I was a kid. I'm now 36 and this was so fascinating. My 7, 9, & 17 year old even enjoyed it. Our tour guide was Michael. He is very knowledgeable and a perfect storyteller. Crazy to think that a dog discovered the cavern. I'll not ruin the tour, so you must check it out!
The cave was such a neat adventure! It's always a constant 60 degrees all year round and is North America's only drive through cave. Kyle, our guide, was very educated about the cave and different formations along with the history of the cave. We had a blast and will definitely be back with more visitors.
One of the best places I had visited a good fun learning expirience for all the family

Very glad we chose to stop here!! Our guide ALEX was simply amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and very witty. He made sure to let us ask any questions we had (we had minimal because he was very thorough). We went late in the day and got lucky to be the only ones on the tour which was great. My 7yr old got to sit up front and talk his ear off and he was extremely kind and made her laugh while teaching her about the history. The tour was very well put together and the cave was beautiful. My only complaint was that the tour ended. The gift shop was nice, had lots to choose from. The is by far my favorite cave I’ve been too. Don’t miss this one if your trying to find a cave to choose. Also it was very easy to find, they had tons of billboards and directional signs up, almost impossible to get lost :)
This place was amazing! The people that work there are very nice. Their tour was so educational an interesting. A must-see for people of all ages. Also is handicap accessible!
Richard, our tour guide, was fantastic! The history and stories really brought the cave to life. We had such a great time. I would highly recommend.
Is well worth the money! We had a great time! We recommend the tour.
This was a fun place to visit. Truly a natural wonder!
We had a great time viewing and learning about the caves, and the fact that they are also pet friendly was "Fantastic"!
A cave of wonders that's fantastic indeed. The tour is full with a lot of oooh and ahhh moments. Got my season pass for 5$ more than general admission price so I'll definitely be coming back!
This is a unique cave due to the fact that it is large enough to drive a tram through it. The admission was a little steep but it came with a photo and the tours are unscripted so that each tour is unique. The kids enjoyed it making the stop worth while.
Was a fun trip. I wish we could have stopped to take a picture of the kids in the cave not in the trailer. Seats are not comfortable for that long of a trip. Our guide, Sam, was great. Caves are a must see for the experience!
It is a great tour. Excellent guides! Don't be like my husband and be taking a picture when they are taking a complimentary picture! Great for kids! Nice place worth the trip and the money!
The cars going through the cave is very cool and unique. Writing on the walls from the first explorers is still there.
Kids loved it ! It’s a must visit place, 45 mins of tour was excellent. Very knowledgeable staff ; they have lot of patience in answering all questions. Gifts shop is decent and has lot of varieties
Awesome experience. It was very informative. Lisa was our guide and she was very knowledgeable and friendly!
It was an amazing experience and worth every single penny. Alex was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and just an all out great guide. This is a MUST SEE/DO!
Fantastic caverns in Springfield Missouri. Now this is a place for all to see. I was amazed at the beautiful sculptures forming under ground. If you haven't been there you need to check it out.
We had a good time. Our guide was knowledgeable and entertaining.
Such fun. I really enjoyed myself. I'm disable and that wasn't a problem.
Neat-ture at its best! Staff was all very friendly :) Our tour guide Mitchell was super fun and knowledgeable! Popcorn and refreshment sold in the gift shop that we were allowed to take on the tour with us. Mom in-law uses a Walker and this was especially fun tour for her since she didn't have to walk the tour. Would highly recommend :)
Go, take the tour and enjoy a piece of History found nowhere else!
It was just amazing in the ride through versus the walkthrough made the cave system friendly for everybody no matter what your physical shape. And everybody was so nice. And we drive an 18-wheeler. And they make sure we had a place to park just so we could get off the road for a while and enjoy ourselves.
Caverns were ok. The staff was incredibly rude. That made the visit a low point on our trip. The caverns were not worth dealing with the cashiers or the crowds. Thumbs down
Place is fun.! Little high on the pricing but fun ....took my grandparents they loved it.
Very nice tour. I've been twice and learned something new each time. Michael had a great sense of humor and seemed to love what he does!
Waitress was extremely nice, everything we ordered was good. We love the hot throwed rolls! Only downside is usually the wait but we were happily surprised by only having a 20 min wait.
Great cave to visit for someone who can't get around very well. This is totally doable for all as you ride in a wagon. Well talked about.
A well lit cavern which can be observed by riding vehicles provided with well versed drivers. Cost is reasonable. We enjoyed it's history as well as the beauty of the cavern.
I wanted this to be cool. But after Marvel this cavern is less fantastic and more "Alright" I also feel the video for 1980 needs to be updated. It feels clunky and off that we stop the tour in the middle to watch a badly synced movie. This tour would benefit from smaller tours. Its not fun paying that price to be packed in like a sardine.
Expensive, would of been 5 star if it weren't for the prices. Our tour guide was great and very personable. I just wish it wasn't so much money
Unexpected shop but do glad we did it. We saw the signs and just had to go. You don't walk, they take you by keep and stop in each area. The tour guide was awesome and the people are so nice. Great prices in the gift shop.
Prices are a little high 75 dollars for 2 adults and a kid but it is a nice little tour. The cabe is not huge but the tour takes about an hour. Your tour guide stops a lot and explains and talks
Super cool attraction. Never been in a cave before, won't be my last time.
Fantastic caverns was fantastic. It's a great family trip little pricey but very worth it. You can a learn a lot about caves and caverns and history all the way back to 1800 very interesting information about the ladies that were willing to goeth through the cavern 1st period there is plenty of parking it is definitely off of the road you do have to have a map or GPS highly recommended day trip
Our guide, Montgomery, seemed very knowledgeable and nice. He did a great job driving. We had a good time.
This cave is not the best but the kids loved it and it is nice to visit it once and see it. It takes about an hour to drive through the cave. I will probably let some time pass before returning.
Certainly worth the fee, but get there early and avoid the crowds. Friendly staff & guides. Our guide said if she did a good job, her name was Rebecca, otherwise her name was Suzy.
Good place to see. Unfortunately, the big cave is flooded when we were here. Call first before coming because the big cave get flooded “No Jeep ride”. However, They still show the smaller cave “on foot” when the big cave is flooded. But the small cave is still good to see.
