REVIEWS OF Faneuil Hall Marketplace IN Massachusetts

Tami Smith

Pretty cool place. There's was a woman who was playing "Cake by the Ocean" on her violin while dancing and jumping around. I was so impressed that I had to go over and put some money in her case. She was really cute

H Leong

Love the variety of food here along with nearby Quincy Market. Great place to go with a group so everyone gets to choose what they want to eat or shop. A bit touristy but nice place to hang out in Boston. One of my regular stop when in town!

Vickie Counts

Wow! What a place. Historic building with restoration work being done on it. The military museum on the 4th floor is superb. There is an old printing press is set up on the first level. The shops are nice as well.

Soni Avey

This is quite an experience, there is something for everyone. All kids of food and drink. Not to mention 3 levels if shopping. Give yourself plenty of time for shopping, eating and just exploring.

Glenn A. Ringdahl

Great variety of foods available. Would be 5 Stars but for the fact that seating is nearly impossible to find during prime times.

Maya Maric

Cool spot. There was a street performer outside when we went. Lots of cute little trinkets and tourist items in and surrounding the building.

Paul Mampilli

I came into Boston with no expectations. This was the first place we drove into from Cape Cod. Wow what a colorful and cheerful atmosphere. Even for a working day it was buzzing. It's on the things to do in Boston and everything else is just a short walk away. Parking is expensive though but it's fine if you plan to spend the whole day around here. I paid 40 bucks for around 3 hours. This was a tad high I thought. We ate at the Boston Chowda. The Crab roll was delicious and filling. Got a Flat White at the North End Bakery and that was perfect too. As you can see from my pictures there's loads of shopping and dining options here. Great place to chill too. Loads of husker activity around. Must come back on my next trip.

Julie Nash

This area is very important to Boston's history & is on The Freedom Trail. Faneuil Hall has great stalls offering souvenirs & leather goods, & provides historical information leaflets. You can join a free walking tour of The Freedom Trail here, guiding you through Boston's history. Go upstairs to the amazing military museum & view their vast collection. Quincy Marketplace offers amazingly varied food inside, & souvenirs & clothing around the outside. If that's not enough, enjoy the incredibly talented street performers daily in the square.

Warren Shelby

Great place full of History- I appreciated the fact that it wasn't white washed Europeanized nonsense! They got in there & Shared/Told the Truth in an Academic way; nothing demeaning or condescending at all. Great visit!

Destinations Untold

Faneuil Hall Marketplace is something you can't miss while in Boston. It has a wide range of all sorts of food too cater for everyone. Also a variety of stores selling a range of sovereigns and street performers which are very entertaining. Also you can't miss the Faneuil Hall's free presentation run by the National parks. It was so interesting to hear and learn about Boston and Pivotal past it played in United States of America.

Tim Sawyer

Big variety of goods, some reasonably priced, some not so much. You just have to keep looking to find the former, and not give in to the latter. We saw a number of refrigerator magnets, for instance, for $8 and $9, but ended up buying a very nice one for about $3. The "Cheers" replica bar / restaurant was quite nice, and not TOO too expensive.

Kurstyn Kerr

Watched alot of YouTube videos about this place and it didn't disappoint. Lots of local and national brand shops, and souvenirs shops around. You will always find something to eat around here as well.

Jozef Nadj

Lots of options here from a nice walk to great food and restaurants. Buskers are also entertaining most of the time. Good for family as well

LaTasha Bigrigg

It wasn't what I expected but it was good. The food section was great. The oyster bar is phenomenal! North end bakery's Boston creme pie is delicious. Carol ann bakery is a definite stop! The lobster tail and cannolis . Yum

Carlos Gutiérrez

French fries with clam chowder? Just amazing. We order the french fries, chicken strips prepared with Sam Adams beer, a clam chowser soup and a salad. I must say that everything was delicious. The location is great. The outdoor tables are great for a summer. A good assortment of beers. Perfect for a summer meal while visiting the city.

Lawrence Pratka

Go there. Please. Excellent whole lobster next door at Legal Sefood. I'm a left coast guy, for the much of my years, but Boston is too much for a short visit. I plan to go back several times...

William Powers

Very nice mall connected to the convention center as well as our hotel. Found a great food bizarre full of great pocket restaurants.

J.

This is by far my favourite place in Boston. The selection is huge and amazing. It's hard to choose. There's also a lot of seating but it tends to be taken up fairly quickly so try not to go at around lunch if you want a seat. If you're in the mood for pizza, my personal favourite is Regina Pizzeria

Audrey C.

We got there as we were doing the freedom trail and we loved it. It was packed of people but we still loved it. A lot of eating options - be prepared to pay the price aka $10 frozen yogourt.. Lots of stores, a nice Bostonian experience.

Katie Stuempfle

This is a busy tourist spot but there are some great lunch options in here. You can get a great Boston lobster roll (like lobster salad, instead of large buttered pieces), pizza, gelato, really anything. My biggest complaint is that there is not enough seating for the amount of people that come here. Surrounding the building are souvenir carts and sit-down restaurants, as well as a bunch of full stores right nearby. This is a great spot to come if you are new to town or visiting.

Arvid Lee

It is like a long drawn out food court at any shopping mall, except they charge you $30 for a lobster roll.... 3 oz of lobster, a roll and mayo. Yes sounds great, until you realize a filet-o-fish would have been a better deal and had more seafood in it.

Nick Miles

Really busy, exciting place, stuffed with food outlets of all descriptions. Most outlets are fast-food with an area in the middle of Quincy Market with 2 floors of public seating. We are at Ned's Diner and it was quiet in there but a cool relaxed advert and the food and BEER were really good.

Aki Riaz

This place has got to be the best food joint in one area also known as Quincy Market. Huge area stunning building. On the Planet. Been going doing food from here since the 1850s. Wow cool, food is prepared here and served. Very busy but always a seat to be found with plenty of shopping as bang in centre Boston we love you x

Chris Manhattan

Good spot to party and have drinks on the weekend in Boston. If you are visiting the area this is a good spot to drink!

Miosotis Nunez

Great place to get all sorts of food, great location close to many great sites. Near Museum of Science, the North End, Boston Aquarium and part of Freedom Trail. Definitely go to Boston & Maine Fish Company for amazing seafood, so many different food options one visit isnt enough. Seating is a little limited during lunch hour but great place to visit. Definitely a must to visit!

Carey Lefebvre

One of a kind market near the Boston aquarium. Beautiful lively atmosphere. Amazing variety of food. all kinds unique little shops and hidden nooks. truly an awesome place bring the family

Brock Foley

Fun place. Very touristy but I was a tourist so. I guess that is ok. There are a lot of great food options. Not least of which is magnolia bakery which is always worth a stop. Good food hall in a fun location. Also. Not my thing but if you are into cheers memorabilia there is a lot of that around as well.

Chris Rotondo

One of Boston's gems. Great food and shops. Great for a weekend afternoon then dinner.

Rob Mildish

Can't miss stop when in Boston. Lots of great shops and the food court is the biggest I have ever been to. Great variety of top notch street performers. One of the best places to visit in Boston. Ample walking and places to sit and enjoy the day.

Mark Baine

Wide variety of eateries that offer both local and international fare. Prices were competitive when compared with Boston restaurants as a whole. I had difficulty deciding what to eat as there were so many exciting options. Multiple restrooms on-site open to the public. If I were in the area, I'd certainly go back again and again.

Ryan Harvey

So there are actually several historic buildings in this plaza. Faneuil Hall is the signature one, but the Quincy building is much larger and has 2 floors of shops and restaurants. Mostly tourist stuff or bakeries, ice cream or candy store. stores, but still fun to walk around. Keep in mind these buildings are historic which is just a nice way of saying they're old. So they may be covered by scaffolding (Faneuil Hall was in October 2019). They need more work than Joan Rivers did. Of course they're in better shape than she is now.

Nicole Schroeder

This space was so cool!! We got lunch and desserts from three different restaurants here and ate family-style in the upstairs dining area. The food was beyond delicious and the atmosphere was super cool. I wanna go back already!

Kim Pho

Such a nice experience! Had lunch at the Quincy Market, which has a TON of options. It was also refreshing and unique to see that the vast majority of the options were more local to New England and Boston. Had some clam chowder and tried a clams casino, and it was delicious! There is a lot of open space for seating, whether it is a bench or just steps located outside the market. There were cool street shows going on all around the marketplace too, and the atmosphere was so fun! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Boston!

Vratislav Darmek

Love the place. Street food style, great selection of meals. Lobsters everywhere

Rachael DuBois

Be prepared for a nice morning/ afternoon of shopping. It's right off the Freedom Trail and right at the Boston Harbor. One of the buildings, I think Quincy Hall, has so many good vendors. It's a great place to eat lunch or dinner.

Pamela L

So many stalls and shops that sell unique merchandise. It's a place to do last minute shopping. The stalls surround the hall and the shops surround the stalls. The hall is a food court and has many exits/entrances. Before deciding, make your way down the aisle to see what food options you have - options are unlimited from ethnic, vegetarian/vegan, to American choices. You are in Boston - so go for the lobster and clam chowder. Try something different. Be adventurous. Oh yes, Magnolia bakery is known for its banana bread pudding. It is pieces of white cake, banana and loads of whip cream. I still prefer a banana cream pie. But again, you are in Boston and become a foodie.

Najmi Jay

Lively, beautiful lights at night. Lots of shopping and places to eat, esp the Quincy Market. Can be a bit overwhelming. If you really want to go through all shops probably one full day. There is waterfront across the road. Good for a stroll. Overall the whole area is very nice for some laid back relaxing shopping and eating.

Vishrut Sundararajan

Faneuil Hall is a great piece of history. Though earlier I assume it was a proper marketplace with all kinds of items sold, now it's more like a food court with a handful of clothing stores. The food may be a little pricey here but you should try them out atleast once. You can find atleast one food stall from every different cuisine in the world here. Overall, this is a must-visit place in Boston for history geeks and food lovers alike.

sabrina lester

Love this place! It's got a little bit of everything. There are shops, restaurants, artists performing, and just an overall relaxing, happy feel to it. We have enjoyed just grabbing an ice cream and listening to musicians. I think this is a wonderful place to spend time and I'm so happy I've had the opportunity to experience it!

Dan Alves

If you visit the great city of Boston, there are quite a number of places to visit and things to do... and Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market are certainly representative of our country’s history with good food, good drinking and good people meandering about. The cobblestone roadways and building design seems to transport you back in time as your pride justifiably comes to the surface. A bustling good time!

Ted Fetner

Fun little tourist trap. Lots of shops and eateries. Lot and lots of Irish pubs. Interesting stores like the "comic book" store and a few of the kiosks are interesting. Mainstream stores like Coach, Gap, and Black Dog. Fun place to spend the day. Ate at the Salty Dog and it was very tasty. Had the clam chowder and seafood Creole.

Jay

Would be nice if the indoor areas had air conditioning during the hotter days. It was great the first time I visited, but I was dying of heat the last time. Really quaint, scenic, great place to go for a stroll on the cooler days.

Faria Madhumita

I must say this is my one of the most favorite places in Boston. It’s a year round happening place. Great for tourists to enjoy local flavors and buy stuffs made my local people. Good sitting arrangement both inside and outside. If you want to avoid crowd, walk to the waterfront park and eat there sitting on the benches facing water.3 minutes walk only. Love this place!

Kshitij Jain

It's a great place for food lovers. You'll find a plethora of different cuisine options to choose from. Once you're done eating, you can go out to shop from the stalls or even go on the Freedom Trail.

Philip Kasten

A fun place to spend an afternoon, evening or both. Especially in the summer. Stores, places to eat, outdoor carts, outdoor entertainment. Also, a short walk to the Boston Public Market, Haymarket (farmers market), the awesome North End (for some more great food).

Eric Cephas

Fun place with a lot of merchants. Many choices to eat, including the recreated Cheers bar. There are several tables with chess boards and pieces. You can usually find someone performing. The food was not "out of this world", but still pretty good.

Ron Schnaper

How could I not have reviewed Faneuil Hall Marketplace before? Lots of fun, tourist shops located in the historic marketplace. The cobblestones are original; you'll be walking the same paths that the founders of our country trod upon. Thoughtfully, they've added smooth brick pathways so modern mobility devices and people in heels can also visit comfortably.

Heather Sanders

Pretty neat marketplace. Lots of people watching and street shows going on in the streets of this open market. Cart vendors have the typical inventory of jewelry, t-shirts and memorabilia if you are vacationing. Cool little stores are down in the bottom levels, and lots of little food vendors.

Bryan Abegglen

Great building and wonderful history. If you can don't miss the reenactment upstairs to really get the feel of this building and its place in American history. Definitely a must see if you're in Boston.

Travelling First

This place has variety of food restaurants including worldwide iconic foods. Gift shops are really good. Public washrooms available. Nice place to hangout.

J.S. Matthew

This is Boston at it's finest! If you happen to be visiting downtown Boston, you definitely have to stop here! If you're hungry but don't really want to stop and sit at a restaurant, this is the place to go, as there are so many different food booths to stop at, no matter what your craving is! Whether you're looking for traditional New England Clam Chowda' (chowder), Pizza, Hot Dogs, Grilled Sausages with Peppers and Onions, Greek, Italian, or Indian food...Ice Cream, Cheescake, or any other kind of delicious and satisfying desserts that you can think of, this is the place for you to stop by and catch a bite while you're exploring and walking through downtown Boston. Simply put, if you're going to visit Boston, you have to stop at Faneuil Hall Marketplace and walk through it! And if you don't at least stop by and take pictures, your friends will ask you why you didn't! You'd be missing out on a wonderful opportunity! See you in Boston. Cheers!

Amanda Adams

Such a neat place to wander through on our recent trip to Boston. Stopped in for an amazing lunch --salmon and a lobster roll-- and to see the sights. It was crowded and pricey but really fun to explore. Would love to go back on a less busy/non-holiday week.

LA Bear

It was much better once we found the Oyster Bar in the middle of the hall. Beer, oysters and an excellent lobster roll. You can bring food from other stalls.

Ted Riley

If you're not from Boston you need to make Faneuil Hall one of your Premier stops. The restaurants the shops the carts the crowds it's just a fun place to be. Always something going on and a great location close to the north end with some of the best restaurants in Boston.

Julie Schmidt

We didn't spend much time in the shops and just checked out the museum and hall as we walked The Freedom Trail over the Fourth of July weekend. The exterior was under renovations so much of it was covered in blue mesh, but they hung a massive American flag on it. One interesting aspect was the Stairway to the Constitution, with each step from the bottom named for the states in the order they ratified the Constitution.

Charles Palting

The entire market place including Quincy Market is an awesome spot if youre visiting Boston or just hanging out. The food is delicious (I recommend getting a lobster roll at any of the stores that offer it) and the environment is cozy from all the performers and music

Mitzi Cartwright

Absolutely loved the variety of restaurant and shopping choices as well as the pop-up musicians! Very walkable and a great place to people watch while you're digesting lunch!

Simonne Valdez

Love Faneuil hall and Quincy market and all of the food that comes with it! I lived in Boston for over 4 years and I miss this so much! They have lobster rolls and every kind of fool you can think of. Definitely a tourist stop, so make sure not to skip I’ve if you’re visiting Boston.

Jess Uttaro

Great place to walk around. Lots of tourists visit here but locals love it too. Street performers are good most of the time. I love the dance group that is usually at the front end (closer to the city hall side) on weekends.

Faye Yap

Great place to experience the different types of food. A place where everyone goes to just hangout and enjoy the atmosphere, the street performance. It is also surrounded by shopping areas which Is awesome. If you walk around there are many restaurants that you can choose to eat from. It's a very nice touristy area to go to

Emma Croft

Always a great time when the family goes. Especially loved finding The Pepper Palace. An amazing collection of sauces

Johanne Marcotte

Great experience, lively, made me want to go again. Unfortunately, did not eat at one of the concession as we could not find a place to sit. When you pay that kind of money for a meal, you expect to be able to enjoy it. So walking or standing while eating is not an option. Too bad. But, a must visit.

gemi hartojo-alwakil

This place is filled with people, food and a wonderful vibe! The food was okay and pretty expensive. People were also ruthless in grabbing chairs! Lol. It’s a fun place though and has a lot of history. I personally have a lot of history and memories of this place which for me to come this time with my own family brings back wonderful memories. Highly recommend to come and make your own.

Aqil Sidek

Amazing place to get all sorts of food. Definitely worth many visits to try everything. Definitely go to Boston & Maine Fish Company for amazing seafood. Seating is a little limited during lunch hour but otherwise fantastic location. Also part of the Freedom Trail so definitely a prime option for a food stop!

Shawn Garcia

I absolutely love coming here! Whether it's for shopping, a drink, and sometimes I'm lucky enough to work in the area. I am probably there at least once a month.

Georgina Awuah-Mensah

One of my favourite places to have lunch while in visiting Boston. The many tourist and locals moving around gives a bustle feel to this place. So many things to eat! From seafood to pizza and Chinese cuisine.

Richard W

Simply the best!! Whether you love seafood or not it’s a must visit. Lobster roll, crab salad roll and clam chowder just to name a few.

Dan Busler

A great family friendly hub in the center of Boston. All year round there is food and fun and in the Summer, there is excellent entertainment (singers, dancers, drummers, bands, jugglers, story tellers) to delight and amuse young and old. There is a very crowded food court, but let me tell you, the food is excellent. There is a wonderful selection of main courses and desserts with something for everyone. This must be a stop when you visit Boston.

Sabahat Rahman

Love this place!!!!! So many good vendors to choose from, and the experience of eating and walking around is awesome. The ambience, especially on weekend evenings, is so great! Definitely a great place to eat, buy tons of souvenirs, and just hang out. Tons of brand name stores too, if you’re looking to shop as well.

hanna lee

A bit crowded for my taste, but then again I did go on a holiday weekend. But the food and energy is always great here. Love coming back and visiting here again!

Tobiara MacIntyre

Lots of food choices. And street performers usually entertaining crowds. Fun filled day.

sivananda chowdary Akkina

This is one of the best places you should visit in Boston. Great street performances everyday and especially food here is awesome. My son enjoyed water fountains here and I like Harbour and cool breeze...

Vince Leese

What a fun and wonderful experience. All of the food choices in Faneuil Hall is amazing. Over 40 different place to choose from. You must look at them all before making a selection. So many shops to look at as well. This is a must visit place when coming to Boston. Lots of street performances as well.

Alexander Cintron

This is definitely a tourist attraction and a money pit. Please if it's your first time visiting do not buy alot of stuff. Avoid spending there. I promise you there is other places in the area much more worth visiting. Mom and pop shops have better food and prices. All the merchandise can be bought online or surrounding cities cheaper. It's very nice to see and take pictures (especially Christmas time) but not worth the money. Take time to research the area before wasting money.

David Benson

Awesome Saturday afternoon with great weather and lots of people out.. An excellent stop while walking the freedom trail

Mason Lugo

Second time I’ve been here and still impressed with how much there is. Lots of choices and cool to see different people years apart. A nice experience.

Eliza N

Super touristy and I love it! Really crowded and full of people having a good time on vacation. Very pricey though. If you're a bargain hunter for food you're better off heading into neighboring areas and getting the same Italian food or baked goods or seafood for cheaper.

Emily Payne

Faneuil Hall was a very enjoyable experience. There is a lot of history, variety of foods, music, and shopping. It is a great place to go to as a tourist. It is a very populated area and is generally very loud, which is expected, but can be overwhelming at times. If you’re ever visiting Boston, this is definitely a place to check out!

David Macdonald

Fun place to visit. Tons of food options from snacks to fine dining. Busy spot with lots of people of all ages and cultures. Enjoy some of the street entertainment. Shops tend to be on the high end. But a beautiful and fun place.

Giulia Marino

Why I loved Faneuil Hall? I mean, how could I not? It’s just this buzzing marketplace full of delicious foods from different cultures and cuisines that just makes it so special! It’s to spend 5 minutes walking just to get a sense of or a full day hanging out there with your besties. However you choose to experience it, if you happen to be in Boston you have to give it a shot!

Alma Otaño

Travel to Boston last weekend. Unfortunately the hall was under construction but we were able to go inside. In the 1st floor we can see a hall that is still actively working for different events, and upstairs we can see a museum. On the bottom of the hall it’s a marketplace where you can find a variety of things including the explanation of the printing techniques used for the Declaration of Independence (really cool to see, I highly recommend it). You should definitely be going there.

Priyank Jain

Live artists and street side carts make it a fun place. Lot of places to eat and bars. Full of history and character. The new Sephora store feels anachronistic and to me, an eyesore. Quick walk over to North end and Harbor for additional fun.

Jeff Contreras

Come with an appetite! There are so many different food stalls to choose from, and they all look and smell really good. There are also several shops around the area to peruse. You're bound to find something for yourself or a souvenir to take home from someone else. Also, it's worth stopping by Cheers if for nothing else than the nostalgia.

Josh Packett

Faneuil Hall was a cool experience, I suppose... We definitely just touristed it up on this day, because we were scheduled to be about 7-8hours early for our flight out of Logan. There were too many street performers, for my liking.. but I generally liked the feel of the market!

alvindog

We had to go to Boston, and once business was done, we decided to go to Quincy Market (it was close to where we had to go) and these were some of the many vendors outside. We had such a good time I didn't use my camera very much. The weather was fantastic. We sat outside for awhile and that's when I took the 4pics.

Delin Gu

Quaint and inviting marketplace with lots of options. Lots of vendors with a diverse array of ethnic foods. You can find authentic Boston foods and seafood here. Many vendors offered free samples, so make sure to try them out! I had lunch here and was very satisfied with the food, especially the clam chowder. Limited seating for bigger groups around mealtimes. Such a welcoming experience! A must-see if you're in the Boston area.

Kathryn Sheehan

Total tourist trap these days, but I still have a good time! Lots of places to eat, lots to shop. There's more chains every year, but the shops do try to keep a Boston flair

Abby Underwood

My family loves it here! We can never agree on one place to go and with Faneuil hall everyone gets to pick what they want! Limited seating options but on nice days we like to take our food outside and eat there! Also very close to shops

Andrey Osher

I've been leaving around Boston for over 15 years and it's always entertaining to walk by Quincy market. This place has a good variety of food and stores. If you are visiting Boston for the first time this is a must to visit place.

Emily Welsh

Bustling and fascinating! Our tot was overwhelmed, but we had a great time showing her all the things Faneuil Hall has to offer! Can't wait to go back!!

beat shona

Fun and touristy place with a plethora of restaurants and shops. The historic halls are great and beautiful. Well worth a visit, if only to sample the many restaurant stands.

Nancy Trask

We came on a bus trip and got dropped off here. There was so much fun going on! Live free music everywhere, street performers, an art festival and an awesome farmers market. Many of the restaurants in the market have outdoor seating to allow for people watching, and it's a short walk to Little Italy for some more delicious food and pastries. Every Saturday and Sunday here in the summer is a party and everyone is invited!

Sean Boyd

Love coming to Faneuil Hall, anytime I come into Boston it’s on my list of places to stop at and enjoy. You’ll see lots and lots of people, get opportunities to taste different forms of food, drinks, and deserts, as well as do some shopping at the multitude of little and larger shops surrounding the area. Be on the lookout for cool street performers so you can catch their show!

Rahul Chowdhury

Lively and vibrant crowd. Also has takeaway outlets of almost all the famous eateries in and around Boston. Visited on a summer Sunday afternoon and was too crowded. Couldn't find a table. :(

Duece Piece

Tons of great eating and shopping options but crowded as any place can possibly be with little rhyme or reason as to the flow of people or finding a spot to sit when trying to eat said food. Also with small children, forget about any child accommodations- you have to be resourceful in a "tourist trap" such as this. Worth a visit if you're in Boston though just be prepared to wade through the masses! You have been warned!

Stefanny Castro

Large variety of options to eat... Delicious food and drinks you should not miss when visiting Boston. Lovely place to walk around

Larry Settles

Great but can get too crowded and then its like a zoo and hard to navigate. Do not go here if on crutches or using a cane. Not safe for disabled people. But amazing performances and great delicious food

bee

there’s no place like it! if you’re visiting boston or if you’re new to the area, this is definitely a must-see. it’s a great place to grab a quick bite and there are so many options to pick from, so everyone in your party is sure to find something. though it might be a little difficult to find some seating, once you do find a spot, it’s perfect for people watching.

Cary Petterborg

We had a great time on a Sunday afternoon. The were street performers that were great. The food hall was amazing, with so many good choices. The shops we're pretty good, too. Definitely worth the time to visit and enjoy.

Christina Levitan

Amazing selection of food and items. This is a must visit for anyone visiting Boston. Food from all over the world can be found here. Enjoy your food or just relax in their food court type atmosphere upstairs and on the floor level. There are bathrooms also. This is a bit tricky for those in wheelchairs because it is very crowded and brick sidewalks. Outside you can usually find incredibly talented folks of all types performing for tips.

Bill Campbell

Plenty of food court and sit down restaurant choice for meals or dessert. Also, quite a bit of non-food shopping. I was there on a Thursday night in the summer (August) and there were street performers and a hired band was setting up to play as I was leaving for the evening. I ate dinner at a sit down restaurant so I wasn't in the food court area (looking for dessert) after dinner time. I do wonder if there are enough places to sit if one were to try to eat from the food court for dinner or lunch. There were not very many tables and chairs in the eating area that I sat in for dessert.

Arjun Chandran

Great place to visit. Always up with street artists and its fun place. Food options here are great. The crow is awesome. Overall this place is worth a visit. Some of the artists are highly talented.

carol ptacek

What a wonderful place to have lunch. The delicious smells of the variety of foods made choosing difficult but everything was fantastic. What a treat to hear this talented young violinist play after. I could have spent hours there!

Rhonda

What a fun place to visit!! Great atmosphere and lots of shops!! There are also many options for grabbing a quick bite to eat.

Alison Fisher

Faneuil Hall is so cool - I mean it. This is such a neat place -- you have to walk through it even if you're not hungry. It is jam packed with food vendors selling every imaginable type of food. It is so lively no matter what day or time you visit. It is right in the middle of historical Boston and conveniently situated along the Freedom Trail, so you can stop here for lunch or just to people watch. Sometimes there are street performers out front singing or dancing. It's a wonderful place to visit if you're in Bean Town!

Charles Vallas

Amazing place of history and window shopping. Lots of great food and friendly people. Amazing place to just take a walk. Absolutely love and reccomend this place to everyone

David Estes

Busy, overpriced, kind of generic, but mostly okay. You can find some good food here if you look around a bit. The stalls on the west entrance are much busier, so it's better to walk around the outside of the building to the back end and come in via the east entrance. But again it's going to be pretty much nothing special. Take some time and walk up the street to the Boston Public Market and find a much calmer atmosphere with fantastic local and artisanal offerings at the same prices.

Pratik Jawahar

Great food! Amazing street musicians Everytime I've visited. Just wish the table tennis area is kept open for longer!
