It was nice to spend time with family.

Clean and safe, great park

John Lane

Another great example of how the National Park Service maintains our country's history. This is a great park with trails, hoops and gardens. On the Southern edge is the historic South corner of DC and the Jones Point Lighthouse.

Ryan Howard

Cool little spot on the water

Ashley Stearns

Good sized park. Most of it is actually located under the Woodrow Wilson Bridge which serves as a cover. There is an outdoor playground, cover basketball courts, docks for fishing, and a paved multi-use track. There is plenty of parking. Definitely recommended for the whole family.

Rebecca Haynes

First time going we had a ball

Matthew Robl

Lot to see. Be careful on the bike trail.

Ray Beste

Nice historical location overshadowed by the huge highway noise above but still worth a visit if you like simple lighthouses and boundary markers

Vaedra Jones

Great parking, beautiful comfortable place to enjoy the family. Great starting point to walk across the Woodrow Wilson Bridge.

Tony Ingram

Miles Sanchez

Great fishing spot. Tons of fish. Great piers and even greater ambiance.

John Wilkinson

Didn't know it even existed until running along Mount Vernon trail. Its nice, but pretty small. There is some nice historical stuff there.

Md Habib

Nice place also fishing.

Along Potomac River near Old Town, Alexandria. Under the Woodrow Wilson Bridge that connects Virginia to Maryland and Washington, D.C. Known as an historic import waterfront. Now with short walking paths, basketball courts, fishing, bicyclists & boat watching. Wheelchair accesible and free public parking and restrooms.

Casandra Montemayor

Nice place. There is rubber padding on the playground in case someone falls. Nice views of the bridge. I didnt know there are things to do under the bridge. I would recommend.

Chelsey Lawson

Awesome little park right underneath the Woodrow Wilson bridge in Old Town Alexandria. Very clean and nice. There's a cute lighthouse trail and the park connects to the Mount Vernon biking trail (which is an awesome bike path). There are really nice bathrooms, good parking, and an awesome playground. There were lots of dogs and runners when I went. The historical markers and informative signs were really neat. The history of the area is so cool. Will definitely come back, probably with a bike next time!

Norman Campbell

Nice park and walking trail along the Potomac

None Sone

A nice spot with shade, fhishing harbor and surrounded by nature.

Michelle M.

This is a very nice park in a nice quiet neighborhood. It has nice trails, 2 fishing piers, playground, etc. It is right under the bridge which might be a turn off for some.

Lauren Down

Easy (free!) parking and was able to jump into kayaks off the dock. Nice tucked away park under the bridge. Bathrooms very close with a bike/walk trail.

Spencer S.

Fantastic view of the Potomac River and the Woodrow Wilson I495 bridge

Chris Pucci

Great historic site.

Tigist Kassahun

Nice environment

James Walker

This park has something for everyone, tranquil enough for fishing. The trails are used for biking, hiking or jogging. Historical landmarkers and a lighthouse, not to mention the Woodrow Wilson Bridge. Catch a view of the Potomac River, look over from Virginia to National Harbor in Maryland. There are play areas for the children, a basketball court, picnic areas and public restrooms on site. Free parking and admittance.

Ryan Pfeffer

This park is so much nicer than it used to be when I was a kid. After they blew up the old Wilson Bridge, and built the new one, the park was given a facelift as well. It's no longer just a place for drunks and grumpy fisherman. Oh, now families can enjoy fishing there off of the wooden dock and not be bothered. There are trails that are paved and plenty of parking.

John McFarland

Excellent place for a leisurely walk or a goo jog for exercise. Beautiful views along the Potomac River.

lisette isler

This is my favorite park in the area. There are 2:playgrounds, basketball courts, bathrooms, parking, a dock for fishing, small boat access, nature exploration and history too.

Curtis Watts

Great place to start out for jogging or speed walking across the Woodrow Wilson bridge, Four Mile Run trail or George Washington park way trail and it has public restrooms. The only draw back is limited parking so get there early on the weekends.

A huge spacious park, well kept and well secured. Great for taking the children and the dogs out for a walk, jog or play.

Matthew Wright

Great views of the river and national harbor along the trail. The park is on concrete with basketball courts and picnic tables under the bridge. A little bit dirty but still a nice pla e fir as get together.

Pamela Shomo

My place of Serenity when I'm doing Cardio. A good place for reflecting and brainstorming.

Mike Merrigan

Super fantastic park ✨

Viviane Esteves

A great place to bring little ones to ride their bikes, teens to ride skateboards, plan a family cook out/picnics etc. It's covered so no matter what the weather is like, it's a safe and nice area to hang out. Beware....it is close to the water, so even though there is always a security guard in a SUV or bikes in the area and there are signs and those speed bumps to prevent bikes from getting too close to the water, it is possible for a kid to pass it and fall in. I keep a close eye on my kids when we go there as I do everywhere I take them; kids are curious about water

Harsh Patel

Beautiful river front park

John Frerotte

Very interesting historically and geographically. The boundaries of the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia intersect within the park. The bridge provides shade and along with the breeze off the river it was very pleasant.

Joseph Morgan

This thing is a hidden gem. Play grounds for kids and trails in old town and plenty of parking. We went there for family pictures with a photographer. There was a crew of people LARPing. If you don’t know you can google and have a good chuckle.

Chantel Sellars

Perfect spot for letting the kids run around, jogging/biking a trail, basketball, fishing, walking, walking your dog. Also, I have two kids in diapers, so when I take them to the playground there, we typically have to change diapers in the bathroom. It's a pretty clean bathroom for a Park. Which is a plus

Alice Zurita

Caught some big fishes there!

Joel Kubicki Jr

The park always has security in the area. The space is good for kids, basket ball, organized sports, and walking. The bridge provides ample shade and is a good location for fishing and photography as well.

Wayne Cox / Actor

Had another great experience there for the 3rd time in a month, I'm gonna keep going back.

Pat Hi

Amazing location for a photo shoot and a music video.

Big Tyme

Great place to Run

Sanjay Singh

Awesome park, right on the water. Great place to ride bikes, picnic, play basketball, etc. Well maintained.

Antonio Sanchez

Great views. Need more soundproof wall.

R Sean Lapp

Historic - inspiring and beautiful

D Brayshaw

Really cool park.

Gina Williams

Went to visit the Park again this time to see different atmoshere and I am glad I went. This time I drove right into the parking lot. There are plenty of parking spaces. I did not realize how big the space under the bridge (for basket ball and for skateboard). Visitors have places to sit right next to the water to get the good view of the Potomac. The bike trail from King Street waterfront is also a great way to get to the Point. What a treasure. The Park is operated by the U.S. Park Service.

Wesley Hopkins

Quiet and peaceful, perfect for my maternity session this morning

Rosibel Villatoro

Love this peaceful place

Brian Lempin

Nice large park.

Tommy Turpin

Jones Point Park is located on the Potomac river bank just outside of the old town Alexandria. The Mt. Vernon Bike Trail also runs through this park. The Park is wide open with plenty of space to play, benches to sit watching river view and getting river breeze. Good spot for family picnic.

Austin Graff

Jones Point Park is an urban park under the overpass that is the Woodrow Wilson Memorial Bridge connecting Alexandria to the National Harbor in Maryland. The park is largely concrete but has excellent running/biking paths, a historic lighthouse, a playground, and beautiful river views.

Adrian Lerena

Nice view not crowded

A Hernandez

Excellent place for a picnic! Rider your bikes or walk the trail

Nathan Vomocil

Mosquito spray is an absolute MUST. Super aggressive here all season long. Walk south along the trail for a cool view of the river.

Ahmed Mustafa

Superb place for hangout with girl

Mimi Albano

Great place for photographing the bridge, Nat Harbor, and a nearby lake although there’s a security guard at night sitting in a car with the brights turned on. Always ruining my photos

K Jellesed

I have always loved this park! Located right in Alexandria. Right when you enter to park, off to the left is a playground my son loves it. The fishing is decent as well. Several spots to fish. The floating docks can get crowded during the weekend and it's really easy to get snagged on rocks and debris under the Woodrow Wilson Bridge. I've caught catfish, blues & channel, large mouth bass, and striped bass along the shore of the park by the old light house. It's kept clean, fairly large and scenic. I recommend you check it out. Bring the family and enjoy.

Lisa Henty

Great place to walk and picnic

Walt

Nestled behind the bustling streets of Old Town Alexandria is this gem of a park. This historic area is home to a variety of activities from basketball to fishing and bird watching. The nature trail is paved and easy to navigate on foot or by bike. There are several nesting pairs of ospreys and it is not uncommon to see Bald Eagles over head. There is a fishing pier to give limited mobility folks a chance to catch a big one. There are huge catfish here. There is also a children's playground. Many grassy fields make it the perfect place to have a picnic or spend the day outdoors.

Andre Russell

Best For Photoshoots

John Talbert

A little taste of history, nothing to do but read the signs and imagine a time gone by.

Rita Moore

This is an amazing spot. Great for families to enjoy the park with kiddies and play basketball while you enjoy the scenery. There's a bike trail also.

Caleb Rose

Great intersection of multiple activities, well maintained oasis in the midst of thr city. L ,

Scott Collins

Lovely park but best in early morning when it is just locals.

Jonathan Marshall

Safe fun. Great for kids and family. Biking / Cycling

GG Johnson

There is a constant cool breeze that saves you from the heat under the bridge. There is a basketball court, and playground for the kiddies, and open space for joggers and bikers to go in the trails. Also, there is benches for you to sit and watch the boats and waves.

Andrew Nagelin

A great use of space under a bridge. I saw yoga, basketball, cycling, walkers and runners. And lots of bugs!

David Smith

A very nice park to walk to and enjoy the surroundings

MissCassia01

My favorite park to walk in. Right on the water.

Dean Woods

Very cool. You see the Woodrow Wilson bridge underneath. The structure is a architectural marvel. The awesome thing for people who love to ball is the courts are underneath it. Oops don't get it overcrowded youngins need to use.

Rebecca Ingram

This park is a great escape from the city, and you get to see a great view of the Potomac River. There's ample space for parking, there are several picnic tables and a lot of places to sit on the grass. There's also a basketball court under the bridge. I always come here whenever I have time, and if the weather is nice.

Danielle Peck

Love this park! Good, fenced in playground. Lots of green space and a nice trail (dirt, not paved). Great spot for riding bikes, views of the river, plus it has public restrooms!

Ken Lam

Wonderful park with lots of good parking. Bike paths and walking paths. Multiple playgrounds for children. Piers with picnic tables. Plenty of views of DC, national harbor, the Potomac and flights going to DCA. Fishing opportunities also.

Howatd White

Lovely place to set down reflect on life

Amazing views and good work out experience. However due to the extreme heat, it's best to go really early in the AM.
