Stopped by the Ghirardelli store to check out their ice cream. Asked the counter staff if they had any recommendations, got the 'Treasure Island' sundae. The brownie was really good, the ice cream itself was meh. Take anything you buy here to-go and walk around the city a bit you'll need it and thank me later; or not. If there's a next time I'll probably try the cookies and brownies solo.

Asked for a high and tight.. skin on the sides with 2-3 faded up on the top..she had no idea what I really wanted I guess because the whole thing looks like a # 1..and there's patches of uncut hair in a couple spots. I am basically going to have to take it all down to 0 fix this..no attention to detail.. the whole thing took maybe 5 minutes. Could not be more unhappy with this..

Recently restored by new ownership, the Wrigley Building is one of Chicago's most recognized landmarks. The renovation is worth seeing, especially at night. Can't wait to see how the new retail and tenants enliven the intersection of The Chicago River and Michigan Avenue. The White City of Chicago's Columbian Exposition of 1889 is still alive in this architectural beauty.

It is beautiful and unique! It was modeled after a Cathedral in Seville Spain and Is covered in glazed terra cotta which provides a beautiful white exterior. At night, the building is highlighted with amazing lighting and the combination of light and the white terra cotta finish makes it look simply amazing. The building also has two towers of different height that are connected by walkways on both lower and upper floors. And the building has a large clock ( on the south tower) with huge faces that point in all directions.

The Wrigley Building is one of the most famous buildings in the world. It is located on Michigan Avenue on the Chicago River at the DuSable Bridge. Take a few minutes to soak it in. Don't miss seeing it at night. It is really two buildings that you can walk between. Check out the clock on top. From here, you can go north on Michigan Avenue for the next 13 blocks to shop the Magnificent mile. Eat at Eataly just north of here or any of the dozens of great restaurants in the area. The Wrigley Building looks completely different from the different angles and night and day. Don't miss this true Chicago original. Check out the different photos.

Well another gem is the superb skyline of Chicago. I used to have a clear view of the building from my bedroom's window (yup I used to stay that close to Wrigley). The architecture is just magnificent. The other best place to have a clear unobstructed view of this building is the sixteen floor on trump tower. There is a rooftop restaurant in the trump which gives a really nice view of the building. Specially during the night when it is all lit up, it is worth the watch.

This is a very nice place to go to have major events, like a corporate Christmas party. Very very large space and have really friendly people around to help you. It's a beautiful place to go at night because you're along Michigan Avenue. Pretty snazzy and you feel so adult in inside. Great drinks are made as well - a bit strong so watch how many you drink. Its architecture is a true Chicago example. You see it and you know where you are! Hard spot to find parking so I suggest getting there in a cab or use public transportation! We had food catered there -- really good service by the staff so that's a plus. Give it a go!
