The Sawtooth Wilderness is one of my favorite places on Earth. I hiked here for the first time and stayed the night at Little Sawtooth Lake in Aug 2019. It is an amazing forest that has been well managed by the parks and recreation as well as the guests that visit every day. I would not call this a hard or difficult hike but be sure to wear proper hiking gear and always respect nature and the animals that call it home. Happy hiking, see you on the trail.
