REVIEWS OF North Pole Experience IN Arizona

Jeff Weber

I took my 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son and it was the most amazing experience for the both of them. We had a few issues with the kids acting up, but other than that we have a super time. Very organized, and all the Elves and Toy Soldiers were fantastic. My kids got to sit with Ms. Claus, which made the whole experience worth it. It was amazing. There was one of the Elves that gave my son a hug and he told my us that no one in 20+ years he's been doing this, no one has ever done that. That took my breath away when I heard that. We booked early in June or July, as they offer a good savings then: I suggest saving for it and taking your family. It's an experience your kids will never forget. Had a blast.

We will be doing this again! The hotel is fabulous, the restaurant has wonderful food and an awesome moscato, the surrounding area was a winter playland where we got to sled, have a snowball fight, and make a snowman. The event was long enough to be Interesting but not too long for the littles. Santa and his elves were so friendly and welcoming!

My family had a great time at the North Pole Experience. My children were fully engaged in the experience and we bought the autograph ornaments for them and it furthered their enjoyment by talking with the elves. We went yesterday Christmas Eve and we were surprised with a special holiday keepsake ornament. The kids received golden tickets before boarding the magical trolly. Once at the North Pole the kids got to see older toys and also help dress bears and got to put toy parts into the toy making machine. From there we had snowman soup (hot chocolate) and sugar cookies with Mrs Claus and the elves. The elves even danced for the kids. Then it was off to elf academy where we became honorary elves. We moved on to write letters to santa and then meet the big guy himself. It was a truly awesome experience. The only drawback was not getting enough time to look around each room and get good photo opportunities. I highly recommend doing this though it is worth it.

Adrianna Bannister

Everyone was amazing!! Totally worth the money and the trip to see how magical they make the experience for the kids! I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a way to a great way to celebrate the spirit of Christmas.

Is this suitable for a 9 year old boy? I am not sure if my oldest would enjoy this or not.

Wolfe Family

Very cute, kids love it and buy into it 100%. Very well done... If you've done the Polar Express train... This will blow it away

Super90sYeah

Great for kids and adult sized kids like my 32 year old self

Duramax Extreme

Fun experience for the kids but dont see a need to come back after you have been there once unless it changes . Kids had a great time and the actors were really selling the parts and engaging the public

None-ya Business

"Had fun with the kiddos!"

Jennifer Fox

Really fun for kids, loved the train. Worth it at least once.

Dustin Paice

Newest Christmas tradition for my family.

Kathys Kitchen

Way overpriced for what you get. A cookie and a cup of hot chocolate, songs, a bell, and a look out the window at Santa's sad sparse village. A straight slow ride up and a straight slow ride back. If you do go, it's better for younger children ages 7 and under. It would be 100x better if Santa's village was built up, real people were there working, and you were able to get off the train to, at least, peer through the window at toys being made.

Rebecca Warren

My kids had so much fun! Definitely recommend!

Kaley Harrison

This is a nice attraction for our area. It hits all the traditional notes for the Christmas story. Christmas imagery, snow, evergreens, etc. are from the German storytelling background and seems to have stuck. In spite of the fact that Jesus was born in a hot climate.

Leah Wagner

It was so much fun! My kids are 4 and 2 so Santa is still important, but scary. They loved every minute of the trip. The elves did a great job entertaining the kids and seemed to be having fun with this job. Mrs. Claus was delightful and had the perfect balance of love and happiness. My 2 year old niece loves Mrs. Claus and was perfectly enamored with her. The toy making is very cool, I'd like to know where the teddy bears go once they're dressed, if they undo it and use them again for the next round or if they get donated to a local kids charity. My kids loved getting certificates for being honorary elves. And the teddy bear is soft and cuddly. Going Christmas Eve was kinda hectic, but well worth it. We ate at Little America, which wasn't too bad, but had to rush through our food because of our time management. If we do it again I'd aim for an earlier time slot so eating could be done leisurely. Overall, it was fantastic. Definitely recommend it for little kids who still believe.

The North Pole Experience itself was nice. We did it 2 years ago when my daughter was 3 years old. At that time, she seemed to be just wondering what was going on, and it was my husband and I who were enjoying the event. I wanted her to experience it again now that she is older, and I bet she could have enjoyed it more this time. It would have been more meaningful for her. However, because of some situations beyond our control, we missed the event and I failed to notify the administrator or the North Pole Experience staff ahead of time. It was a remiss on our part, I admit, but I was hoping they would consider giving us a chance because we paid a big amount for the tickets. We're not rich, so that amount means a lot to us, and we just wanted our daughter to have a wonderful Christmas experience this year, that's why we bought those tickets 6 months in advance. I guess they don't really care. They just care about the money.

M G

I would totally bring my kids here again. They loved it. Great experience.

Teresa Cortez

Great experience for the children and I would recommend it. However, I agree with other reviews that the children were a bit rushed through each room of experience (each room has a different polar experience). All the staff we encountered were great and my kids loved the bear from Santa.

Anna Streeter

2nd visit. Best by far! Love the little changes. Wonderful memories for my kids. Thank you NPX!

Elliott Ness

My family and I had a great time we felt very welcomed and loved every room it's definitely a great place for anyone who loves Christmas!

Dominic Fratus

The North Poke experience was a lot if fun. My kids, ages 4, and 7 had a blast. Its very interactive and engadging for the kids. The staff was excellent. This is a must do during the holiday season!

Holly Puzzi

We have been going for now 4 yrs and each yr my boys love it. And the least two yrs one was a 1yr and this 2yrs old. He really enjoyed it and all the elves interacted with him. We live it.

Marlene Hernandez

This Was My Family's Second Trip To The North Pole Experience & Again We Had A Wonderful Time! Love Seeing Everyone Involved & Engaging Not Only The Children But The Entire Family. Always A Pleasure! Merry Christmas!!

Jorge Avila

Good experience for kids. Friendly staff and nice place.

David Ellison

You'd have to be the Grinch to knock what these folks are putting together! All the personnel and attention to detail has it's price. It's not perfect but I'm very glad these types of attractions are made available!!

Leah Mein

Pictures don’t do this experience justice. Such a unique, fun and exciting family adventure. Perfect for young kids. Gets everyone in the Christmas spirit. Well organized. Overall, exceeded our expectations for our first time. Took our kids: 6,4 & 2. Great time had by all. Will def go again. (We went at 10:30 AM, during the day and don’t think it mattered or made any difference at all not being at night) ♥️

Ed Beakley

Elf named Darling was fantastic. Always in character and always great with our two grandchildren age 5&6. They loved her. Highly recommend this experience for little ones.

Megan Gerber

We have gone for 5 yrs in a row! We stay overnight. Our son is now 12 and doesn’t really care if if go or not this year but our 8 yr old daughter wouldn’t miss it! I saw someone say it’s over priced and Santa has a bad village? That’s not true AT ALL!!!!!! It’s seriously so amazing and they couldn’t be more wrong! If you love Christmas, you will LOVE this!!! I usually get my tickets in July because the good dates sell out fast.

A M

This was a cool experience. My kids liked it and that's all that matters but it is extremely unorganized and mostly ran by teenagers. As long as you keep in mind that kids are running this and just have patience throughout then your kids should enjoy it too.

Kyle Wilkerson

It was fun and my kids had a great time. The passenger bus going through the portal was pretty cheesy and I think the price for everything was much too steep. It's pretty neat for a one-time visit, but we won't do it again by any means.

Mia Zuleta

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING PLACE TO TAKE YOUR BABIES HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAKING IT OVER THERE ! ALL THE WORKERS WHERE FUNNY AND MADE IT A MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE

Cris.p. Bacon Pimental

This was the best trip. Everything's is explained and every question a child has is answered. I highly recommend it especially go after dark to really feel transported to the North Pole

Danielle Lord

My family and I had a great time here tonight. My son is three and a bit on the hyperactive side, so I wish I would have waited another year as I feel he would have gotten way more out of it, but nonetheless it was enjoyable :) The elves and Santa were awesome, all stayed in character and so super friendly! Definitely will be coming back as the little one grows. Highly recommend going at least once!

alma darrell skousen

Flashy hoze job.

Lisa Suviate

It was fun and great for families.y husband and I went, just the two of us. The experience is really more focused on the children. Adults stood to the side and were not invited to join into the activities. The experience is also not handicap friendly. If you book the package we suggest skipping adding the buffet meal - was not good and we'll leave it there. Staying at Little America was fun and enhanced the over all trip for us. We had fun and it would have been awesome if adult participation was included. Also they need to work on being handicap friendly. Wear your pajamas too!!! Lots of people, families and children do!!

Jaime Aguilera

Kids were completely blown away!!! Will be back every year!

Cynthia Brito

We had a blast, the kids loved it.

Jacquelyn Alonso

An experience we'll never forget. Well organized, the kids loved it and the hotel and experience are well coupled. The only things I'd like to suggest was there was a noticeable lull when helping the elves dress the teddy bears and the hand rockets weren't working. I would like to suggest maybe the kids helping hammer something or use a wrench to tighten something, maybe to brush a dolls hair so she looks just right. The rockets just don't launch and I can see an accident waiting to happen if they did launch. Also we could not hear the recorded safety message on the shuttle and seating on the shuttle was a little problem since families wanted to sit together. Air conditioning would be helpful for the day tours because it was uncomfortably hot and I would think even more so for the staff who are wearing coats. We really loved it though, loved getting the teddy bears from Santa. Loved elf school. We will come back.

ashley ellis

This place overbooks and doesn't have acommidations for both adults and kids to participate. I was slightly bummed because I wanted to share the experience with my kids especially since you pay for an adult ticket. But ok whatever they only have room so only the kids participate.... Right? No. What happened is parents sat with thier kids and elves didn't enforce any rules otherwise so because I refused to push and fight for a spot as we were being herded the pigs to the slaughter from room to room, my kids were left out of lots of activities. It was not a fun experience for us and when I notified the elves there were other upset parents in the same situation. We were both greeted with a try to figure out see if someone will let us have their spot. For the money we paid my kids should of been guaranteed a spot. If you have anxiety or claustrophobia do not go here. If you and your kids don't enjoy pushing others out of the way to enjoy the experience you paid for don't go there. If you don't like rubbing elbows and feeling strangers touch you as elves try to cram as many people in the room as possible don't go there. It was like being livestock being coerced through cattle shoots. I will never recommend this to anyone.

Erica Starace

What a fun experience! Everything was so well done and there were lots of cute surprises throughout. Our kids loved it.

Adis Nuhanovic

it was a great experience we have a 2 and 1/2 and 5 and 1/2 year old and they loved it the staff was amazing and made kids believe that they were in North Pole. even if your kid is a little bit older they will still enjoy the experience because it's pretty cool and the details for the facility are pretty good. And all the actors / performers we're great as well even when they got heckled a little bit by some 15 year olds

Andrea Diaz

If you have kids of the proper age it was a wonderful experience!

Rachel Toledo-Miller

EVERY detail of the North Pole Experience was flawlessly planned and executed! From start to finish, an amazing production that engages the five senses and brings the magic of Christmas to life for old and young. The "cast" were all fantastic; kind, engaged, friendly, and when they saw we were signing to a deaf member of our party, they brought Cocoa, an ASL trained elf to guide her through the experience and translate 1:1 for her - such an awesome and unexpected touch! ❤️

Christina's Assisted Living

Beautiful experience to take your toddlers to

Erycah Garfias

Best first time ever! The excitement that took over the kids was pure joy! Can't wait to ho back next year!

Sugey Lugo

Love it! Great for kids and adults. Love to se my daughter happy

Robin Lamont

An experience for sure. Our kids were entertained and beaming from ear to ear in excitement. Well done and well orchestrated. Class act team.

Eric James

What a wonderful well thought out experience. It was our family’s first time and they did not disappoint! We can’t wait until December! Thanks North Pole Experience for contributing to our wealth of memories!

Jennifer J

We had a horrible experience here! A bunch of drunk obnoxious men were in our group. The customers complained and the staff did nothing! The kids had no idea what was going on because all they could hear were loud drunks. At the end, the staff promised to give all the kids in the group another chance to have fun here with tickets to come again the next year. No one from the company ever contacted us after we left. I contacted them and they said they had no idea what I was talking about. My kids dreams about “Santa’s Workshop” were shattered by this business claiming to offer a “nostalgic family adventure”. Just know that your experience will be determined by the group of people you get put with NOT the company creating a great memory.

Ravi Namballa

Loved this experience! The settings in different rooms were disney-quality and made us feel like we were truly at Santa's place. The elves did a great job of engaging the kids (and us too) and left us with a nice Christmas feel. Our 5yr old was thrilled to be helping with preparations for Christmas alongside the elves. Overall, a memorable experience for us.

Ryan Thompson

Kids and wife had a blast. I highly recommend if you have little kids

Jeff Chambers

The kids loved it. It takes a few hours but it flew by. They even give everyone a snack midway through.

Alvaro Berber

Love it! We go every year. It's great for the kiddos, they give you hot chocolate "snowman soup" and Mrs. Claus's cookies. Very interactive with the kids, they get to play with the elfs building toys, go to elf university, write Santa a letter and pictures with Santa. This year we lost the ticket they give you to claim your pics which are free to get online and they were very kind to look for our pics and sending us the link.

Christopher Wheeler

Awesome experience for the kids. The elves were entertaining and lively.

Damon Patterson

Reviewing this separate from the hotel. This was a fun get away for the family. The staff was helpful and cordial. Check-in was easy 30 mins before our departure. 15 mins before, you board the bus. Yes a bus transports you away from the Little America hotel to the "North Pole". The bus is filled to capacity so make sure you are on time if you have a large group. The ride is about 10 mins and you are entertained by a hostess/elf during the ride. Once there, you unboard and are greeted by other elves who introduce you to the experience using jokes. The actual experience is great. There are different themed rooms that you are escorted to including a workshop to build presents, get presents loaded for delivery, hot chocolate and treats, elf school, and a waiting room for Santa that is a close-up view of his sleigh and the navigation console to get you to the North Pole. These activities are fun and varied, keeps the little ones interested and provide great opportunities for photos. At the end, you're given a photo op with Santa, who takes time to take several pictures and talk to your children individually. This is the end of the experience. You're then sitting outside around a fire before boarding the bus again today take you back to the hotel which is emceed by an elf. Kids are given certificates. A great time!

Deseree Mitchell

All you could want in a mini North Pole. Pretty dedicated Santa madness.

Jeanine Leary

The NPX was worth the money for sure. You are entertained the entire time. There is a lot of planning and thought put into every detail. Every person has a part and they know the script for sure. Very nice experience. Children of all ages will love it. We even took a teenager who thought it was well done.

Constance Reidinger

Well....its completly ran by teenagers with out a script. I heard an elf complaining to her boss about breaks lol! Futhermore, we were so packed in each room it was hard to breath. We got grouped with a family that insisted on pushing everyone out of their way to get in front of every room. I'm sure your video is more important than my kids experience...All and all it was really cute but maybe for locals. After the tickets, air bnb, and food...I'm not sure it was totally worth it. The kids had fun, but again I'm not so sure they got to see everything. Def wouldn't drive to flag to do it again. If it were in Phx I'd consider it. :) The decor is pretty fab. My suggestion is smaller groups and at the very least write scripts for those kids. For peeps with anxiety, prob not a good fit.

Barry Culhane

Cute, but didn't live up to expectations.

Lucas Wolfe

Great experience for the kids. Also a fun time for the adults

S. Elizabeth Renwick

An amazing experience that has left memories for a lifetime! My grandchildren had a magical time, and for me and their Mother it melted our hearts to see the joy through their eyes!

Amy Webb

This place was everything I had hoped for and more! We were very leary after reading reviews of being rushed through the workshop. I felt completely the opposite! The only complaint I have was from the group we were with. Kids shoving and not behaving on the trolley. Aside from that, we wi definitely be going again! The staff was so friendly and the one on one time with Santa was PERFECT!!

Kay P.

We had a ton of fun! But sadly there were still some things they could have done better. First of all, the hot cocoa with Ms Clause was way to hot for the kiddos to even drink. It should be cool enough to drink while still being warm. Second, in Santa's sleigh room, they don't give any explanation as to what we are doing and the room is so small so everyone is still jittery all boxed up and waiting for whatever comes next. We asked but some people would just stand and wait and that is frustrating. Also, the guard was not very child friendly. Even if he is a guard, some toughness has to be put down to work at the North Pole. The groups were far too large in the first place and made it very cramped in every room. Overall, it was a wonderful experience we will always remember and we enjoyed it. But for the price of that, I feel we deserve a little more planning. The elves were absolutely amazing and the pure joy was thrilling. I will recommend to friends and family, and hopefully in return, you could take my comment for consideration on some small changes. Thank you for reading this. Merry Christmas!

Marshall Hamilton

Took my 4 year old to sit on santa's lap and he said that he has a pocket knife just like grandpa does when he sits on his lap. Would not recommend.

Lauren Valencia

This was such a fun trip. Each area that they had setup was well put together and the elves were great with the kids, very interactive. I would love to go again.

Kayden Luna

Stunningly fun. Merry Christmas Kay P.

Mihai M

The whole event felt very rushed with a hefty price tag. I did not feel like it was appropriate for any kids under 4. At all. Actually I think it was a compete waste of time and $150 bucks and would never go back.

Suzi Mess

We took two children, 2 and 4 years old. They both enjoyed it, but it was very magical for the 4 year old. I'd recommend going in the evening and later in the season so there's a better chance of snow; it really adds to the magic! We'll visit again in a couple of years when my 2 year old can really appreciate the fun.

Mary Cassiday

We go every year... And every year it gets better

David Myers

I loved the decorations and the elves were great. The kids loved the build toys part, and the post office, and of course they loved the hot chocolate. However, you also get to experience what it is like to be a cow, crammed into way over crowded busses and rooms, herded and prodded along.

Heather Clifford

So cute! A great family event.

Harlan Band

so memorable

Nadine Hester

Great fun The kids love it

Tashanna Thaxton

Way overpriced, I was expecting more for $75/person. The only super cool part was the bus ride there and back. I’m pretty sure that someone took all the ticket money and bought some brand new super fancy coaches for their leisure in the off season. Everything inside was obviously super fake, even to my four and seven year olds. The attraction is way smaller than you think it will be, and it’s a series of rooms that they literally rush you through. The third room was nice when the elves danced for us a little bit, but soup and cookies were passed out, and several people were not offered the soup, myself included. The children did not have time to finish half of their snacks, and were ordered to toss them before being rushed to the mail room. I would have been much happier had we not been rushed around, plus mostly I felt that it wasn’t worth a penny more than $20/person. I do not recommend the North Pole Experience to anyone.

Margaret Rettani

Only for kids or Christmas story addicts. If you are in that population group, then 5 stars. If not, it's a wallet release.

Mar

Great event and location took my son in December 2018. One of the most elaborate Santa set ups I have ever seen .. I was really in the North Pole! My son had been told by his older brother that Santa didn’t exist so we went to take a look ourselves. He is real and this experience proves it from the workshop, to Misses Clauses kitchen, to Elf school. Such a great Time. I recommend all kids go for the experience of a lifetime to meet the real Santa in his workshop in the snow covered hills of the North Pole!

Jeff Welch

Great Family experience with younger kids. Arrive 30 before your ticket time. Lasts a little less than 2 hours. Lots of photo opportunities

Crystal Calvillo

So colorful and very pretty place to visit specially with all the snow ❄️

Breakeven Paradox

Decent price. Took 6 of us. They made it super fun for kids. Awesome bus ride from our hotel to npx. A bit too expensive to stay at the npx hotel. Bus ride would have been missed...it was a portal to the north pole! Storyline made it great for kids. Great actors. Well worth it. Pics came out awesome.

Daniel Andrade

Had an awesome time. I took my three year old son and he loved it! Definitely recommend for others.

Elliot Christopher

Absolutely fantastic for the family! This event is very engaging for the entire family. Santa did forget to hand out the gift to my kids but we had a very engaging conversation with him while we were there. We informed NPX and they made the situation more than right. Thank you so much NPX! We cannot wait to see you all next year!

Daniela Jayme

Lovely experience! Fully recommended, brings back the joy of Santa and Christmas

Jessica Higham

It was overall a nice experience but each room was a bit quick. They did not give the kids enough time to actually know what was going on unless they were older kids. The room dressing the bears even gives the kids and new parents false hope that the bear they dress they get to keep which you learn very quickly they do not when they are snatched away. And forget about having even time to even eat a cookie and drink a quarter cup of hot chocolate before being pressed on. Thankfully the bear from Santa is decent. I will probably do it one more time when my daughter is a bit older just to see how she takes it and hopefully by then they step up there time frames.

Thomas Mcdonald

It was an awesome experience for my baby girl!

R Legaspi

The kids figured it out. Go at night.

Al Do

The kids will love it. It's very interactive. The elves are so friendly and nice! We'll do it again!

Monica R

The effort of everything is really cool. Personally, I think 5 and older would enjoy it much more. My 3 year old wasn’t really with it after the first 30 minutes. Remember to buy the Ornament first so all the elves and Santa can sign it. I think the experience caters more to 5 and older but I’d definitely go back.

Catherine Campbell

Amazing Experience. We will definitely be making this a family tradition each year.

Sindy Brice

LOVED IT! Second year in a row!

Charlie Daniels

Though a little pricey, my kid loved it. The crew went out of their way to make this as realistic as possible and they succeeded.

Robert Melancon

Absolutely stunning. This event made this Christmas magical for our little one. We will always remember this trip here.

M Cifaldi

Outstanding experience each and every year we've attended

Irwin Wyant

Great fun for kids! And adults too

Katerin Marinas

The little ones have a blast. It is truly a magic experience to the north pole. Worth the price paid. The place is beautiful and the activities are fun.
