So many employees have come and gone in this store over the years that I have been coming here. I've put out a lot of money into this store because I believe in keeping up with the maintenance on my cars. The best staff to have ever been working here was The store manager Dominique Archuletta, assistant store manager Clyde Daniels, and shop automotive technician Jason! I have always trusted those guys and they always went above and beyond to help me out with car troubles I had. Kindness, compassion, interest, friendship, dedication, time, and dependability were always given by these guys! It wasn't just about doing a job to them when I was there. They showed an interest and gave a DAMN! THANK YOU Dominique, Clyde, and Jason for always being reliable!!!

Came in off the street with a flat that needed repaired. I was welcomed when I came through the door and they got my car in very quickly. I ended up needing 2 new tires. The very friendly sales associate went over a few options with me but didn't pressure me to buy the most expensive tires. I was very happy with the service.

Some things take time... with limited employees available to work in the shop these guys still turn out vehicles with a great turnaround time! Tires, alignments, balances and rotations- this is the only place I go for this kind of work! They fixed my flat for free! I go here for my oil changes etc also. Super friendly staff and Exceptional work!! Definitely recommend this place. Todd Champagne is as good as they come, goes above and beyond for his customers, and the people working in the shop are just as great. They always do an exceptional job in a time fashion. I got a flat as I was traveling through and was referred to Plains Tire by a local that had helped me the night before. I went in the next morning to get it fixed. The wait was minimal and Roy and the other guys were AMAZING! They couldn't fix my tire but I got two used tires at a great deal! They made me feel better about my situation and was able to continue on my way very fast. I will recommend Plains Tire to anyone that is in need of a good tire store.

Last night I noticed that I had a low tire when pulling out of a local hotel. Looking for a tire shop I noticed Plains Tire by the mall. It was a little after 6:00pm but two bay doors were still open. I hurried to get to the door where I was welcomed by the staff who was concerned about what type of service I needed. The manager stated that even though they are closed he would see to it that I was taken care of. 15 minutes and a NEW tire later I was back on the road. I am from a different state, but if I need tire needs or can recommend a tire shop with excellent customer care, Plains Tire is the place. Thanks for your help! Much appreciated.

This is downtown plains tire, I rate it a 4 to 4.5 because they try to have prompt service, and they are honest in what they find about your vehicle! Also, they have never been pushy about trying to sell you something you don't need!

Walked in for an oil change and waited with my toddler. Keurig machine on site, but only stocked with Tea, wha?! At the hour mark, getting uneasy about making it to preschool pickup, I asked if it was nearly done and found out they were waiting for the oil filter!!! It came, eventually, and I was 10 minutes late. Had there been better communication I could've made a plan B for picking up my kid on time. Been a customer here for 12 years, but didn't get an apology or a free oil change for the stress. Wont be back. Disappointed.

Would've been 5 stars because they were the only place in town that had tores in stock for my car so that's the plus but.... common decency says if your tools ruin lug nuts to replace them or at least tell the customer not just let them leave, here it is now getting other work done when not just one but 5 lug nuts have been damaged to the point of having to use insane measures to get them off. Thank goodness lug nuts are cheap to replace and dont have to be special ordered.

When I got my tires in December these guys were absolutely amazing. The customer service, the efficiency when I took both my van and truck in was just outstanding. I asked for them to do a full inspection on my van cause something just wasn't right. They told me the only thing wrong was my shocks and struts. Well early January I took it back saying it was worse then ever and my husband thought it was a wheel barring. So I took it back for an inspection and quote. They told me for the wheel barring it was a little over 450. Ok no problem but they also said my inner and outer tie rod ends were bad. For everything they quoted me at $1000 and a no part cost or Labour cost but a total of $255 for shocks and suspension? So I called Dave's and they told me to bring it in so they could look. Well my wheel barring was bad but my inner and outer tie rod ends were FINE! They even showed me that they were fine. But I had a misfire. So I took it to Honda for a tie breaker. They said the same exact thing as Dave's did. As much as I loved the customer service with plains I don't think I will ever go back since they were up selling my tie rod ends, no parts or labor cost for shocks and struts but a total cost of $255 and they didn't catch my misfire. So for tires and alignments I would give 5 stars but don't expect much more out of them. Got my car fixed at Dave's for the same price that plains quoted me at and EVERYTHING got fixed.

I'll never go anywhere else in Casper, as long as I can. Todd and staff super honest and easy they are to work with. They've warrantied a tire for me no questions asked. Here's my most recent experience: I needed a ball joint replaced. They quoted me a price that was reasonable, and then found out it was going to be cheaper than the original quote. They could have easily charged me the original price and made a little bit more, but instead they passed the savings on to me. I greatly appreciate this place.

Went in for leak, got talked into new tires. $800 later I left the shop and my tire was still leaking. Returned right away and guy at front desk was nice but young inexperienced guys in the shop are the ones working on your tires so beware. They had the time to mess with my satellite radio station but failed to address the leaking tire. I will not return.

Best customer service I've received at an auto shop! I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in the door and in 10 minutes flat Todd gave me pricing for my tire and oil change and my keys were with him. Upon picking up my truck I was informed by Joe, the assistant manager that I had a water pump leak, he took pictures and was kind enough to give me a price estimate on how much it would be and suggested ways to tend to it until I get it fixed. They were both so helpful and I'm grateful for the stress free experience. I stopped in on a whim and I will most definitely be back!
