Apparently on their site they show only favorable reviews. I have had three so far very bad experiences with their service department. In two cases they left things off that should have been put back in place which could have caused damage and also when leaving the hood partly unlatched it could have flew up while I was driving, broke the windshied and caused me and perhaps people in other cars to be injured or killed. That was the worse. They also returned my vehicle not repaired, very muddy, which it wasn't when I took it in, and a new dent in one side.I gave them permission to disconnect an alarm system the previous owner of my vehicle had had installed and instead of disconnecting they cut all the wires to it and my backup camera.They sold me a vehicle that was defective and after two trips to their service dep't to no avail, they told me that they couldn't fix it so I took it to another dealer , the one who sells this make of vehicle,who fixed it at the cost of over $800. Greiner eventually refunded me $100 of the cost of repair. Since they sold me this vehicle in this condition they should have paid for the entire repair. Greiner had been my go to place for vehicle maintenance for years but no longer. I will not do business with them again for either service or to buy a vehicle. You never know if you're going to get one like mine...one that's not even driveable. They also claimed they didn't know this vehicle had an issue with battery drain but that's not possible because I eventually spoke to the previous owner who said the starting problem was why he traded it in.Yes,as I said it was an expensive fix which they apparently didn't want to deal with because since it would never start for me after I got it, I really don't see how it could have started at their facility.They also ignored my calls and emails until I emailed the general manager personally and he is ,I'm told ,the person that authorized the "huge" "goodwill" refund of $100

Had my car repaired here took them longer than was supposed to forgot to tell me the car was done couldn't pick it up after they said it was done because the paint looked like a 5 year old buffed it (wish I could post pictures) after fighting with the service guy and him saying he couldn't see it they finally got a half as buff job done on the car now I'm still waiting for my headlights to be fixed (put in the wrong bulbs)

I put 2 stars only because the person I dealt with was nice. I was quoted an hour for a simple oil change, it was over an hour and a half before I even got the keys back. I watched people that came in after me leave well before I did. Won’t be returning. Also found later on that day, oil splashed up on the side of my truck from them running through puddles of oil.

This visit was for a routine oil change and the "Works". They would have received a 5 exept a service tech took the time to rotate my tires but not put air in them. I waited a day for the sensors to reset and nothing. They just forgot. The service took less time than projected and all of the employes were very personable. The price was good for the work done.

Do not buy a ford her go to Cheyenne or somewhere else the oil change you buy they will tell you is good at all ford dealers but it is not. Wish I recorded the guy telling me the warranty was good at all ford dealers waiting for them to say that isn’t either. This is a Lithia dealership. So go somewhere else to buy your ford so it will have a real oil change and warranty. Buyer beware. We will go to Cheyenne for our next ford. Never buying one here again.

I went in to the service department to try and retrieve my original keyless entry code and they wanted to charge me $60 to retrieve the code. It kind of irritated me so I left and got on You tube and it showed me a very simple step by step way to find the original code! It literally took me 2 minutes to get it and didn't cost me anything! I find it very disturbing that they try and charge people $60 for this code when anyone can do it themselves! Absolute disappointment! I wonder how they sleep at night when they gouge people the way they do!

I own a Chevy Tahoe. I take my suv to Griener Ford all the time. I actually tried to take it to our local chevy dealer. And was told it will be 125 hr just for diagnostics. I walked out of the dealer and told them to stop ripping off their customers. I told them that i am taking my business to Greuner Ford. Where they take care of there customers. People are often quick to complain and slow to praise. I was astounded and extremely pleased with the efforts of Service Advisor Brian Sharkey and Technician Adam Bowen at Greiner Ford. We full time in a Class C motorhome on a Ford E-350 Super Duty chassis with a Triton V-10 engine. During our travels I have been noticing a slow coolant leak but no signs of coolant on the ground. We drove to Greiner Ford unfortunately without an appointment asking if they could diagnose the issue to let us know if repairs could wait or if it needed to be fixed right away. Brian said they were booked but to come back in the early afternoon and he would see if they could work us in. When we came back Brian said they were just finishing up with someone and would take us in. After an hour, Brian told us Adam had pressure tested the system and found a small leak where the upper radiator hose connected to the thermostat housing. Adam removed the hose, cleaned up the connection, reinstalled the hose and tightened the clamp. I asked how much the charge was and he insisted there was no charge and to travel safely. We expected to pay for the labor charges for the work and were pleasantly surprised with no charge for their efforts. Not even worth one star. Worst dealership in wyoming. They are thieves that lie, perform terrible mechanic work, I have nothing good I could say about them. I hope they read this and know that I would never recomend going to them. Long story short, bought a vehicle from them they new had issues, they put a new motor in it but used bad parts from the old motor knowing it would void the warrenty. Got the vehicle the new motor failed after not even 200 miles. Contacted them and they said they would not do anything about it. They even made me buy a part that there tec screwed up. They had the vehicle for 70 days on a job that should have only took a week at the most. So now I have a vehicle with no warrenty that I still am paying for but cant do anything with it. Do go to them they will RIP you off and lie to you. Most dishonest dealership I've ever been to. If I could sue them and shut them down I would.

Sales were polite and knowledgeable. The vehicle we went to look at had been sold. they were willing to stay late to show us other available ones. Online loan application doesn't work properly so don't waste your time filling it out. Scheduled an appointment to sign the paperwork and the finance department wasn't notified until we arrived, waited an hour before signing. Overall was a good experience. Fix the online application and give finance a heads up and it would have been 5 star.

A few days back, I walked into this dealership with every intention to trade-in my Heavy Duty 2018 Chevy Silverado for a new Ford truck. My primary goal was to reduce my monthly payments. My first interaction was with Tracy, who was initially helpful. He took several pictures of the trade-in and pulled a Carfax on the truck. I already knew that I was upside down on my truck by a few thousand dollars. He then proceeded to tell me there's nothing he could do and I would need to put down significant amount of cash to make the trade happen in order to reduce my payments. Well, this did not make sense to me because the truck I was interested in, was already over 15000 less than the truck I owned, therefore the amount financed would have been lower. For a second opinion I went to Spradley Barr Ford in F. Collins and the sales rep there was extremely helpful, worked with me on my trade, and I'm now in a brand new f-150 that I wanted with a much lower monthly payment. I live in Casper and wanted to give local dealers a fair chance but to my disappointment, Colorado dealerships seem to be the way to go.

Parts Department could not send correct part to a local repair facility even when given Exact part number from Ford Parts Warehouse website. Charged extreme shipping cost compared with other dealerships that we order from. Not only did it delay the repair for the customer it has left us with shipping cost non refundable for not our mistake. I was in town only for the weekend and the Service Dept. was booked full. When Brian, the asst. Service Mgr , heard I was from out of town he squeezed my truck in "for a look" and offered me a ride back to where I was staying. When I returned to pick up my F-150 I was handed an invoice for $0.00 and told warranty covered everything. I was then told it would be a while before they could bring out my truck because they were so busy. I waited for less than 2 minutes and my truck was handed over to me. While traveling home eastbound on Interstate 80 in Wyoming in my V10 powered class A motor home, I determined that I needed a full synthetic oil change. I called every Ford Commercial Fleet services center I could find( eight in the Denver area). No one could handle it, until I spoke to Lacey at Greiner Ford of Casper! I showed up to their Quick Lane ( no appointment necessary), and they got me right in! I watched in the shop as their highly efficient and friendly technicians did the work. Poetry in motion! I was so impressed, I felt I needed to speak with Andrew Savoy - the service manager, to let him know what a great job his staff had done! So my experience with buying a car from them started off fine, then became a snow ball effect. Words association to this leadership, deceitful, lies to get you off their back, they want the sale and then PEACE! Don't come back we just care about our cut! They don't care about the relationship or taking care of the customer, and don't get me wrong there are some good people that work there, but very few and you will find them in the parts, collision department, and the secretary and the service desk! But I will not recommend this dealership at all, they squeal if they have to fork out money, so don't expect or have reassurance that they got your back, save your money and go to FREMONT! They back all their vehicles, no matter how many miles and they do do a thorough exam of the vehicle before putting it on the lot, I was informed that Greiner does not, they just do maintenance and good to go! Ya Shocking! I am a mom with 3 kids, I could write a book about very thing I have been through, but just take it from me, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND TROUBLE!

Don't ever go to this dealership. They sold us a used car (80,000 miles) that broke down within 12 hours...needs a new transmission. They wouldn't give us a 30-day dealer's warranty no matter how many times I asked. They kept my daughter's driver's license and we didn't get it back for two weeks. They sold us the vehicle with a quarter tank of gas in it - they are cheap, hungry, dishonest, unethical car salespeople....

They set me an appointment time but overbooked. They did not have the part to repair my car that they said they had when I booked my appointment. I had to leave without getting any assistance. The collision department at Greiner Ford in Casper, WY is ABHORRENT! My daughter took her car in for repair on bumper damage. Estimate was done a week prior. Upon arrival, of a scheduled appointment at 9 a.m., they DID NOT have any paperwork ready. They stated to my daughter, they were under the impression all it needed was a hub cap, when clearly it had bumper damage. As per the estimate done! Parts were not ordered, as per Rick in Collision Department, until Tuesday. As per Rick, they do not rush ship any parts, due to them being broken in shipment? We are a week later & still DO NOT have her car! But we did receive a phone call at 10 a.m. this morning to advise us that we will MAYBE get the car on Monday. As per Rick, he does not have the staff or the man power to get our vehicle done this weekend.

How could I possible begin to help an individual understand what an amazing experience Greiner Ford made the purchasing of our new vehicle. Well let's start with the sales man Rickie Moore. I can't stand pushy sales people, or ones that make one person either the husband or wife more important than the other. He got in the car with our family and was so great with us and our kids! Our kids mean the world to us, that is part of the reason why we drive Ford- for safety! So this sales man seeing us as a family and not a dollar sign was impressive. Then we started the dreaded financial process. Sam Blumberg the sales manager went to work to get us financing. He made it apparent that he didn't see us as credit scores or dollar signs, he seen us as a family that has worked hard to prove we're capable of following through. He listened and took what we needed to be successful in a vehicle purchase and made it possible. Sam and Rickie did everything they could to make sure this was a pleasant experience. We were also informed that Ford had considered donating our car to a family in need. What an amazing experience this has been, there is no one I'd consider buying a car from again. I'm big at word of mouth, I will make sure everyone I know sees how great Greiner and their staff are to their customers. Thank you Greiner, for having such great staff! We were passing through Casper with our RV when the battery quit working. When we took it to Greiner to have the battery replaced they did a great job of getting us in and back on the road quickly. Everyone at Greiner was very friendly and helpful.
