We have the reviews of real people who are using the products of Casper Mountain Motorsports (Tires) in the state of Wyoming.
As of day this business has a score of 4.1 out of 5 and this rating has been based on 121 reviews.
You may have noticed that the average score it has is high, and it's based on a very high number of feddbacks, so we can think that the valuation is very reliable. If many people have bothered to value when they are happy, is that it works.
You know that we do not usually bother to set scores when these are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Tires corresponds to the category of Motorcycle dealer.
We've had great service here and will keep coming back.
Bought my Yamaha Kodiak here in 2006. They have been great to deal with from the start.
Great place
Decent selection here. Don't let the view from the highway fool you, this place is pretty big. They don't stock specialty and unusual parts but they had a pretty good bike selection. They had other things like sand rails and scooters but i don't see any quads.
I did a fair amount of shopping prior to buying a honda rancher atv. Casper Mountain Motorsports, not only had the best price, the level of service is outstanding. I can't recommend them enough!
Don't shop there... bought new four wheeler, took it in for service, and they didn't fix anything still charged me for nothing. Spend the extra time and shop elsewhere, Loveland Colorado has a great selection, and save 100s or even thousands.
Employees need training on what products and services you offer.
I'm not satisfied with the service I received at all. From the service management. I drove about 100 mile to pick up my scooter to find out that they couldn't do the 200mile service in it due to them not being able to replace any parts on the engine parts on the scooter. When we called and requested the service they said they could do it. 400 all together wasted trips. -0 rating. It's all about the mighty dollar not customer service. I would double check with the person who personally serviced your machine to make sure your not getting screwed like we did.
Don't let them fool you. They refuse to work on many Suzuki motorcycles.
Like it just wish they had more of a selection.
These guys can help you with anything almost. Great customer service.
Lousy customer service. Staff is rude and inconsiderate, acts like being a customer and spending money at their business is a hassle for them. Several times after a service, my bike has come back with "missing" parts, which they said was my fault and refused to take care of, unless I paid of course. Also, they have on more than one occasion put my air filter in backwards, even though the installation instructions are on the inside of the air filter cover. Buyer and customer beware!
Joe helped a lot. Took time to answer questions.
The staff was helpful and made the process of purchasing quick and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Love this place! great environment and friendly helpful staff! I wouldn't recommend any other atv dealership!!
Came in with a fuel or electrical problem on a goldwing. After an hour, the only thing they had checked were the spark plugs and they had trouble doing that. Decided they did not have the expertise or equipment to diagnose the problem, so cut my losses and left. Paid $60 and wasted an hour just to have the spark plugs checked when spark plugs were obviously not the problem. If you have a complicated problem, I'd go someplace else. UPDATE: Al Lamb's Honda (Dallas) suggested it may be a loose battery cable. It wasn't loose, but it wasn't tight either. Problem appears to be fixed. It is amazing what "experience" can do. Not only that, Al Lamb's technician helped me diagnose it over the phone. I never had to take it in and it did not cost me anything. A pound of experience it worth 2 pounds of training. I'm sure these guys just don't see many goldwings. Too bad.
I needed a front tire and after calling them they were too busy and not able to do it even though the price they wanted was more than I have ever paid for one. Granted it was in the middle of an 8 day trip and I could have waited for whatever time they needed. If you are passing thru and need help I feel for you.
Pushy sales and the never talk price!
Nice people plenty of variety of outdoor motorsports
We had been looking at this bike for over a year. Jermey And sales was very patient, and helpful. Everyone there has been knowledgeable, & super helpful, without being pushy, or overwhelming! This is our second purchase from Casper Mountain, and I imagine it won’t be our last! Thanks team.
They are a good group of ppl , get you what you need the right parts cheap and faster than amazon
Everyone was great, very knowledgeable. Just a great experience to buy a bike overall.
Service sucks inside for 15 minutes no one ask if I need help
Awesome service and explain of side by side to a new owner! Went above and beyond with our long distance relationship!
The service was awesome and the whole experience was fun thanks for all your help!!
Great experience here! Tony is a great new manager and Braydon and Scott made me feel super confident in my decision. Susanne made the finance portion painless as well!! Everyone there made me feel welcome and a quick and great experience. Would definitely recommend for new riders and experienced riders a like!! Great selection of bikes also. Thanks again guys!
Terrible customer service in all departments and the mechanics are incredibly unqualified. Would give zero stars.
I just bought a Kawasaki Mule FXT Ranch Edition from CMM and am delighted not only with the product but also with the company. Jereme (yes, That's the correct spelling) was the salesman and he was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and very helpful. There was one small problem, but it was solved instantaneously. As far as I am concerned, Casper Mountain Motorsports is the place that I will go if I have a need for anything related to "The Mule."
Great service department!
Not a great place. Run down and everyone seems to be running by the seat of their pants. Terrible selection of apparel for motorcycle gear for a place that's sells motorcycles. I seen 1 brand of helmet. Will not go back if I can avoid it.
Great service!
Great place to shop . The staff and salesman are wonderful . There not to pushy and welcome you with a warm friendly greeting. Ask for Josh
Super great costumer service super nice people
Purchased a motorcycle few days ago, the service was perfect. No problems with customer service or the motorcycle.
A great place and knowledgeable staff. Thanks to everyone for making my purchase pleasant and easy
Thank you Casper Mountain motorsports and also thank you Jereme Bell for working with me on a sweet deal and awesome ride. All the staff is very friendly and professional
Great knowlegeable people, easy to talk to and work hard to find the best ride for you.
Nice store
Amazing people very friendly from the time we walked in the door to the time we left. Went over everything from top to bottom. From sales, service, and parts.
Top of the line customer service! Best outfit I’ve ever bought from!
Grat Motocross shop
Customer service was complete garbage horrible don't recommend at all would rather drive across town, to another state, anywhere really to get better customer service. AVOID IF YOU ARE WANTING ACTUAL HELP
Easy to work with. Willing to make a deal
Very poor parts selection, parts guy had zero care about anything I asked, and the young lady taking my $ seemed lost in space, upset I interrupted her text conversation, and knew absolutely nothing about any motorcycle culture in Casper.
Request Branden got help even when they were extremely busy and super helpful
I recently purchased a 2019 Honda talon 1000R and couldn’t be happier with my experience! The salesman Jordan, was super helpful and friendly. The sales manager tony, was awesome and knew how to get a deal done! Thanks again CMMS!!!
Cool store
Great customer service, Wes was great help on parts I needed, great selection on gear and dirt scooters!
Was a pleasant experience with a fair price. Negotiations would have went faster if machines would have been marked with a MSRP or asking price but a deal was made on 2 machines and will be talking with them when I’m needing to update again in a few years
Had a bubble come up on the front tire of my 12 victory xct. They don't work on vic's but they loaned me a Jack to remove the tire in their parking lot. Tom gave me a ride to the hardware store to make the tool to remove the axle. Got the tie changed back on. These folks will help a biker out in trouble, even if they don't service your brand of bike. All the help was appreciated greatly. Thanks to the crew at Casper Mtn Motorsports. Vacation saved!
I recently received a recall for my V-Star 950. I stopped by the dealership to schedule an appointment and was told by the service desk that I didn't need one and it was a quick 15 minute job, it could be done while I wait. I came back a few weeks later with my bike but was informed by Kelsey at the service desk that a part needed to be ordered, she would order it and call me to schedule the service. I didn't hear from her for 2 weeks and went in to ask. She acted like I'd never been there before and told me I needed to go to their other department to order the part. She also informed me that I needed to bring the bike so she could see the VIN. For the 4th time, I went back and asked for the manager, they apologized and said they still needed to order the part. After much complaining, they realized they had the part the whole time. I had to bring the bike back the next day for service. All told, it was 6 trips to the dealership to get a 15 minute recall job done. I have never experience such poor customer service as I did with Kelsey. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS STEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!!
Love this store for gear and parts! Good service!!
Drove up from Denver for the best deal around on a new Honda Pioneer and a new 20' Aluma trailer. I shopped all dealers in Colorado, Wyoming, and Nebraska and Casper Mountain Motorsports couldn't be beat. The salesman (Jereme) was great to work with, very responsive and all staff I dealt with was very friendly and very helpful. Would definitely shop here again
Got nice bikes
Friendly and patriotic!!
My friends work there
Very friendly staff! They'll do what they can to accommodate! They know their stuff! Great deals! Highly recommended!
my husband and I had a wonderful experience! They stayed open late to help us out and let us test drive anything in the front parking lot. This was our experience everytime until we finally purchased something. They were informative and very professional. Every single business has its bad days and just because an employee makes a mistake doesn't mean the whole company is trash. Try being more understanding and less judgmental! Give them another chance, I bet you'll have a different experience.
We've bought 5 different motorcycles as well as numerous pieces of equipment from them. They're always nice and helpful
Set my gal and I up with two dirt bikes. Good prices, great people, wonderful product. Would recommend stopping on over and giving them a chance
Great selection. Friendly staff.
Sales staff is fairly aggressive, but they will back off if you are clear you are browsing. They don't do test drives on motorcycles.
Total Rip Off This store is a total scam and rip off. No one should shop here. Almost none of the bikes on the floor have prices on them and the sales guys will charge you based on what a sucker you think you are. Their parts department is a total racket. They will "quote" you prices for parts that are in some cases four to fives times higher than just purchasing online. I don't know how this place stays in business. You're better off looking in another town or looking online. What an embarrassment of a store.
I love this store.
Casper Mountain Motorsports is the place to go!! These guys are truly in it to help and service customers the right way. Wes was the guy who helped me and this guy know his stuff. Thank you for all your help and service. I recommend these guys to everyone!
Had a great experience at CMMS, i appreciate all the great people. They made the buying a new toy easy, that's why we're back. Thanks for all the help!!!!!
I asked them to change the oil and clean the carb on a small Honda generator. They said I'd have to wait 3 weeks! It only takes about a half hour to do that job. I took it back home and did it myself. I noticed about 5 or 6 employee there doing absolutely nothing. I asked about buying a new generator. They all came to life than! I would never do business with Casper Mountain Moters.
Huge variety of motorcycles and equipment
These guys are a bunch of jokers. They "forget" to call you when a part comes in, even after you have to order that same part 3 different times. Way too concerned about selling their brand new merchandise than helping customers who might return.
Great selection or motorcycles and ATVS with top notch knowledeable service.
Great store with great people. They will do anything they can for you. Will definitely continue to give them my business!
The store is really nice, but I walked in there and specifically said that I wasn't going to buy anything I'm just wanting off road permits. The salesman totally disregarded my statement and wouldn't even let me get the permit trying to sell me anything.
Jerme Bell was top notch! Super helpful with everything I needed. First experience with them and will more then likely go back!
Excessively Mediocre, Brazenly Amateur The lack of ethics, professionalism and honesty found at Casper Mountain Motorsports is unrivaled in my 25 years of dealing with motorcycle and automotive shops. In a little over a year I’ve paid differing amounts for the same service, had repair work repeatedly fail (or not work to begin with) and had a credit line opened in my wife’s name without her permission or knowledge. Couple all that ridiculousness with their outlandish “you must purchase to test drive” and you get a business that only gets by due to a lack of regional options. Sales – 2 out of 5 stars I’ve had exactly one interaction with sales. Looking for a bike for my wife, they opened a credit line in her name without her permission or knowledge. We were told they were just going to run her credit but when they came back they had opened a line of credit with Kawasaki (Capital One). It’s taken almost three years to erase that from her credit history and close the account permanently – though that’s more a reflection of the credit company – yet it should not have been an issue to begin with. In addition to that completely unprofessional (possibly illegal) move – they don’t allow you to test ride without purchasing first. So absurd it’s laughable. We’ve never gone back in with any intention of buying from them and never will. We actively point people to any other establishment. NEVER purchase a motorcycle without test riding it first and never purchase a motorcycle just to test ride it. Service – 0 out of 5 stars Probably the best part is here. With my new bike I went to change the oil. After draining it and putting the plug back in, the plug wouldn’t tighten down. It’s quite possible I stripped a thread, but I’ve done dozens of oil changes on dozens of motorcycles, cars and trucks and have never had an issue. It leaked very slightly with the plug in and wouldn’t tighten – probably had a popped thread at one end. So, to avoid any catastrophic failures, I took it into one of the only options in the area. They inserted a Helicoil. I paid for this part and it seemed to work fine. The next spring, I went to change the oil in my bike. The oil plug fought all the way out during removal and the threads were thin and chewed up. It had obviously been installed incorrectly. I brought it back to them and they replaced the helicoil without charge, but it leaked immediately. I took it back again and they put in a steel threaded part (I forget the name). It hasn’t leaked yet though they actually said “we can’t guarantee it’ll work,” . . . seriously? Why would you do work you’re not sure of? On top of that, I had the spark plugs changed. They changed two and charged me for four. I also had the front sprocket changed and they charged me $130, though when I had it changed back they only charged me $46 – explain that. ($46 sounds more like what it should cost). But to top it all off, when I called on this last bit - where they were fixing the helicoil they installed incorrectly and switching out the front sprocket for the second time - they said this: “We’re not going to charge you for fixing the helicoil but can you leave us a good review?” You mean you’re not going to charge me for fixing something you messed up? Gee, thanks. Parts – 4 out of 5 stars. The one ray of hope here is the parts department. The customer service is almost always knowledgeable and done with a smile while also being reasonably priced. Also, I’ve never been pushed to purchase anything – they take the time to find out what I want and what I need and direct me towards cost effective options. They only lose a star due to some underlings alternately arguing and ignoring me while on a phone call with them to check on the order status of a part.
Staff was kind, stayed late to take care of all my questions. I found the bike I had been looking for, and its always nice to be able to shop local.
If I could give this company zero stars, I would! The mechanics are incompetent, they DO NOT know how to work on motorcycles. My father went to have his front tire on his HD replaced and was told HALF WAY through the process, (NOT IN THE BEGINNING) of the appt, that the rim was bent and that " he must've hit something pretty hard for that to happen!?" As a experienced, long time rider my father would've noticed a major bend in his rim and would've brought it to their attention to have fixed, if he would've known about it! That bike was in mint condition before today! Mechanics trying to cover their crappy work, is not ok and we will be looking forward to speaking with the manager when he's back in the office! Buyer beware, do not take your motorcycles to get worked on here!
We purchased a used side by side from them in February. We had to wait several weeks to pick it up because of some brake repairs they had started before we purchased it. Because of the very cold temps at the time we really couldn't drive it. Once it warmed up enough to drive it we found that the aftermarket exhaust was so loud you couldn't stand to drive it and would backfire and shoot flames out the exhaust and the engine hadn't been tuned for it so it wouldn't stay running without the choke. Asked them to make it right and they said no. I had to buy new exhaust and install it and fix the running problem. After months we finally get it ready for our vacation and load it up. We drove it less than 120 miles and the motor blows up. Completely out of commission in the middle of our vacation. Call the store when I get back and they won't do anything. I know I didn't buy the extended warranty but isn't customer service supposed to be a little better than that? I was told that the staff I dealt with when I purchased it was no longer there and they wouldn't do anything about it. I know I bought a used unit but less than 120 miles is ridiculous. Need less to say I will have another $1000 into rebuilding the motor myself and will not be doing any business with this company in the future. To bad! The staff I worked with when I purchased it was amazing and I really thought they were going to have me as a lifetime customer.
Good motorcycle
Bought a used bike from them. It was acting funny a couple of days after I purchased it. They had me bring it in and solved the problem for me. I will be going to them for anything in the future.
It's okay
I was on a cross country road trip from NY and needed to replace my rear tire on my bmw motorcycle asap. I called every shop within a 150 miles and this was the only one willing to overnight ship in a tire. I dropped the bike off around closing that night and they had me back on the road by noon the next day! They knew I was on a tight road trip budget and waved installment fees and even washed the bike for me. Take your bike here and they will take care of you! Thank you Wes!
Customer service is top notch! We bought 2 four wheelers and a trailer and mine died within 7 miles in the Big Horns....we will chalk that up to a builder having a bad day. Hurried back to Casper and they sent us on our way with smiles on our faces. Thank you James, Tommy and Tony! Back to the Big Horns.
Great experience in both sale and service!!!
I just got a new side by side from these guys and I can't stress enough how happy I am from my time with them from start to the finish these guys were amazing
