Had an appointment at 430 for 2 tires. Car was there and they called to say they put our tires on another car. Drive car home and spare got a flat. Never would have happened if they hadn't given our tires to someone else that we had an appointment for. Now stuck with tow bill!!!

The family at Tire-Rifik has been taking care of my family's vehicles for over four years now. They have always been extremely reasonable when it comes to pricing and honest with their suggestions for new tires. I always get a quote from a handful of locations, check online, check tire reviews and I have never been directed down a bad path. The suggestion of tire brand/type/etc has never been what makes them the most profit, but what makes perfect sense for my vehicles, driving habits, and needs. They have gone above and beyond a more than twice on sneaking me in early if they can get a tech in before they open. My family will be using them for years to come.

Been going there for 10 years. Seems to do a excellent job, truthful, and tells you the facts. Returns my car clean each time. Only odd thing ever, my trip meter was turned back to odometer setting one time . I know I had trip meter on as I was measuring my average gas milage. I would go back.

I could not be more pleased with the level of service i received from Tire-Rifik. I had my car towed in to Tire-rifik a little skeptical having never been there and not being from the area but everyone there was so accommodating and friendly. They serviced my car in a speedy manor and I truly felt like they had my best interest in mind. I felt like I'd known them for years. I'd 100% recommend them to anyone who asks!!

Female sales associate was pleasant. Men are not so communicative. I bought quality snow tires at a competitive price which includes lifetime rotatations. However, I could have lost two wheels the next day as all the lug nuts on the passenger side were loose - very dangerous driving @ 70 mph! The mechanic fixed the problem. They also provided alignment at no charge.

Honest shop. They could have diagnosed a much more expensive part for our issue with our van door but they did not. 1 hour and $42.50 later and our van door was working like new again. I will be going back.

From this point on I wouldent even let them work on my wheelbarrow. Not trust worthy at all in my opinion. They cut a verry Important part on my truck that should have never even had been thought about being cut and I dident even get a phone call saying there was a problem with my truck also it took them over 3 hours to do 4 tires on my truck and who ever did them did not inflate them to the proper psi. This is like a info commercial but wait there's more!! The tires also were not properly put on my rims either absolutely none of the pre balance dots were lined up with my valve stem

I took them a set of tires to install on my camaro rims, backs were wider than the front, the morons installed them so I have the wide ones on the front and rear pass side and the skinnier ones on the front and rear pass side, So i called them and asked them if they could please flip them around for me and some woman who answered the phone refused and was very rude, she claims it was my fault even though i told them what kind of car they came off of. I even offered to pay for 1 to be switched, and they wouldn't even do that. Thats not the first time I had trouble, i bought a new set of tires a few years back and about 2 weeks later they started leaking around the bead, so I took my car in and had to argue with them to remount it, turns out it was a bad tire, then they argued about replacing t, but they did finally replace it so to summarize, rude, inexperienced employees, rude managers, avoid them

My co-worker told me I should get service done here I have an 03 Chevy Silverado I needed the differential fluid changed I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes until someone could speak to me then some older gentlemen I think it was the owner of the business kinda gave me attitude when I was taking with him so I just walked out ( I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN) if you wanna wait long before being served then deal with attitudes then come here what a joke of a Business

If I could give this a negative 100 I would. Took my car here about a year ago for sway bar links. A week later I heard clunking again. Told me my sway bar bushings were shot and tried to charge me an additional $200 on top of the $400 already paid. Who replaces the links but not the bushings? Anyway just recently I found out I needed a new drive shaft (at least they got that right). Upon inspection by another mechanic he noticed there was a nut missing with the links. He said he doesn't know if they forgot to tighten it but I'm sorry as mechanic you should know your stuff. I believe the head mechanic worked on my vehicle. This place was the last place to do anything on my vehicle in regards to anything like that. Not a good place! Make sure to check your vehicle by another mechanic if you get work done here.
