I have had nothing but good experiences with Schierl Tire, especially the location on Main Street. Everything that is done on my truck is thorough, professional, and all diagnostics have been explained to me in detail. The staff at Schierl worked with me recently involving a frustrating timing chain issue on my truck. Not only was the work that they did great, but the warranty and service that came with it was impeccable. Top it off by being able to enjoy a soda and some popcorn during my visits, and I won't be taking my truck anywhere else!

What a wonderful experience. I had a flat tire and was told by another company that it was not repairable. I took it to Schierl first thing this morning and they said it was repairable! The guys up front and the techs were all very nice, quick service and appreciate the honest service! Such a wonderful experience.

Don't bring your Subaru here. They will put tires on that will less up your AWD. All tires need to be within 2/32nds

I came in to get my tire fixed. I had the worst time getting the spare on, I came in after a hectic day at work, and finding out that the repair was FREE. Made my day. The service was amazing, even without paying I was offered cold beverages in a nice sitting area off to the side, as they even put the tire back onto my car. For free. To stress that. 10/10 would go again, but hopefully no more flats anytime soon!

This place is amazing! I got a flat tire as I was passing through Stevens Point and even though they were incredibly busy, they managed to squeeze me in. The price is incredibly reasonable and the customer service is unmatched. I ended up needing four new tires, as mine were quite old, and everyone there was extremely helpful and unexpectedly efficient. Since it was last minute, I didn't expect to get out of there for four or five hours and I got out in around 1.5 hours! The shop even offers a shuttle service while you wait for your car to be done. I would highly recommend this place for all services!

Long story short... We were in Point from Merrill. Googled Them as We had a nail in Our tire. They were very busy but squeezed Us in anyway. I always have great luck with Schierl. I have done business with the one in Stevens Point and the one in Weston and both are terrific. They are quick, courteous, clean, and they charge great prices. My vehicle runs on full synthetic so oil changes can be a bit more expensive, at Schierl they charged $35 but at other places I have paid as much as $90. Their hours could be better, but I am going to keep doing new business just because of the quality.

Was just rescued by these guys. Hit a nail while driving from the Milwaukee area toward the Northwoods. Tire kept going flat. Called them at 4:45 PM on a Friday mind you and Kevin said, "If you can make it here, we will fix it." Sure enough, all fixed, back on the road and the even crazier part, it was NO CHARGE. Hats off to you Schierl Tire! That's serious customer service!!

The reason I gave it a 3 star rating because the customer service was sad. I travel and was about to get back on the road so I wanted my tire checked out and my car inspected. The man behind the counter was like he didn't want my business. I had a week before I get on the road so I was willing to get a appointment for later on in the week it was as if that was a problem. This is one of the bad things about traveling you run into bad service and rude people. I'm not going back because if you can't show your customers respect how can you do a good job on my vehicle

I came into Schierl tire in Steven's Point yesterday for a slow leak in my tire. I don't live in Steven's Point and was worried about getting on the highway with that tire which ended up being a nail in that tire. They were able to get me in right away, which was great !! Danny who works the front desk was so friendly and worked efficiently making sure folks were taking care of. Perhaps only one star for their knowledge of tires appropriate for an electric car like my Chevy Volt. Full 5 stars however for what they did about it. Per ther reccomendation I put on Good Year Assurance. I had great experience with them on my last two gas cars. I was concerned however about the performance on an electric car. I tried them anyway. Schierl honored the 30 day guarantee without question and replaced them with the Michilan Defenders that are reccomended for my car by the manufacture and many blogs and message boards. My wife took the car in for the exchange and was nervouse doing so expecting some negativity. Nothing of the sort happened. Staff was helpful, curious, friendly, understanding and supportive. This seems to be a great place to do business. RE: the Michilan tires, The difference is incredible. I know I will sacrafice a little traction in the snow but the handling is better, the noise is only a fraction of the GY and the roll resistance is very noticeably less. Thanks, Schierl Tire
