Richfield Service is a great place to take your car or truck for service. I have taken my cars there for some 35 years and have always had excellent results from the great service. The entire staff of mechanics and management are very focused on customer needs. The people are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with easy to understand explanations for questions and about the work that was performed on the cars. I thank Richfield Service for keeping me informed of conditions about the cars that may require attention at some point in the future; these are conditions that I would not necessarily be aware of. Richfield Service is in large part the reason for the extended life of my cars by many years. I have always greatly appreciated the people at Richfield Service as well as the excellent quality of service, and look forward to taking my cars there for service when required.

Have a classic car and didn't know where to go with it. So I asked Phil at Richfield Service about it. He came out, looked it over and said he would take it in. Well, several days later they had found a peculiar wiring problem that would only have happened on the '68 Pontiac Firebird, my car. One of their tech's remembered that Pontiac was burning out celinoids in '67 so in '68 they ran a lowered powered resister type wire to the celinoid. Sure enough that 's what it was. The car now had electronic ignition anyway so they just ran a fuse to the ignition from the fuse box. That solved the problem. I could have gone to a lot of places that would not have figured this out. Thank God for Richfield Service. Their team has me back on the road so I can go to car shows again.

Recently took my vehicle there for an oil change and tire rotation for the first time. They replaced a turn signal without charging me for that. Never felt pressure or upselling from the service tech. Also they partner with local programs like Slinger Football. Definitely a great local small business.

I used this place for about 6 months, got very close with one of the service advisors. I took my truck there and developed a high level of trust with this young gentlemen. I found out last week that he was terminated and they would not give me a reason. I feel like everytime I go there they are just trying to sell me stuff I dont need. I was trying to talk to the Manager Tom about this experience but he was talking to another customer for almost 30 minutes. I tried to get his attention but he deliberately Ignored me. Needless to say I will not be going back, from now on I will be taking my Trucks to Badger Trucks. I also had a very sour experience getting parts. I felt like the Parts Manger Phil, felt like it was my privelage to be able to talk to him, waited almost 6 hours for a response from him. The only way for Richfield Service to move ahead in the trucks department is to replace Tom, and Phil. I would hope from this review that Tom would at least learn to treat every customer with the same attention and not ignore the guy who spent almost 15,000 with the company over 6 months!

I cant give 5 stars as all i had done was a quick inspection of my AC compressor. No work was really done besides a diagnostic, but the fella who got my car checked in was really professional and nice. So was the tech who looked at the car. I forgot their names.(Im bad with names) They answered my questions in detail, and explained everything clearly. Wasnt thrilled with the news, but my car is an 03, you gotta expect something's going to be on its way out! I will definitely be going back once i can afford the compressor repair. Very friendly place.

First impression was nice till I got my brand new car back and there was oil on the seat, I asked specifically that they reset my oil trip meter which was not done. A tech came out to reset it, didn't know what he was doing. Called Mark to set things right, brought it right back, got back in car oil was still on seat, and now dash meter is messed up. Had you take it to my dealership for them to fix it. Which took more time out of my day. Was not happy with their response to how it would be fixed if it was not covered under warranty. Even tried walking away to avoid further argument in front of other customers and was chased out to my car. Will not be going back or recommending to other friends or people.

Took a camper in with a bad tire. They replaced 2 tires...rotated the rest.....2 days later found 1 old tire leaking ...took it back...faulty valve stem....only charged for parts.....we will be going back with our other vehicles.

Less than effective communication from sales team about work required and associated costs (much less authorizing it). I'm sure the actual mechanics doing the work are very capable but the communication from the sales team are sub par and in the shops favor of getting more work out of customers (this is after 2 visits for separate work). A new battery is not required to do diagnostic work (especially if the car starts fine) and charging $302 for the battery and the diagnostic work (which was inconclusive) is unacceptable (work with the customer in a case like this rather than gouging them). EDIT 11/16/18: Received call from owner (Philip) to provided a much better explanation of the work done and situation with the car (good communication). Ultimately elected to stop repairs and was not charged for any work done.

Purchased tires from another place and needed them mounted. Made an appt and was pleasantly surprised at the level of service and friendliness of the entire staff. When the vehicle was ready the mechanic asked me to hold on for just a few minutes so he could go back out and clean up the white lettering on the tires. Wow. Great staff all around, plus a very nice 'waiting area' to make you comfortable. I'll definitely be going back for any repairs I need.

I have been a long time customer here and have taken a lot of pretty sketchy cars into them for service. They always have dealt fairly with me and have done quality service on my vehicles. In addition to the quality work, you get a level of personal care you don't get at many other big shops. They get to know your name, your vehicles and what you would and would not want repaired. Great work, competitive prices and great guys. Highly recommend!

This is a tremendous place to take your car. I found this place when I got into an accident and was towed here. It was a costly repair, as expected, but I liked how I was treated so I kept going back. On one occasion we came to pick my car up, we mentioned the radio in my wife's car had stopped working. It was a blown fuse which they took care of for free. I had a problem with a wheel bearing which they fixed, and when it flared up again a year later they fixed it again completely free under warranty, for both parts and labor. On a routine maintenance visit, they told me a tire was leaking and I needed an oil change. They never tried to sell me on a repair I didn't need, like every other mechanic in the world. I will be a lifelong customer. I look forward to taking my car here because it runs like new when I leave and I'm never getting ripped off.

Brake jobs don't cost $800 Since I cannot respond to the owner, I own a Dodge Grand Caravan, not a Bugatti. I asked if Richfield Service would be installing Mopar, they said, no. But aftermarket. I received a quote from the guy who normally does my work and with Mopar parts, the cost to me is $300. Richfield Service, I was going to give you guys a chance for my business until that huge upcharge quote. Parts for the job alone cost $100. I wouldn't argue any further that the quote from your end is justifiable. It's laughable. Furthermore, the lug nuts were damaged when your mechanic inspected the brakes. Why your shop has such a high rating on Google is amazing.

When your car is in need of some special attention and you want great service.... go to Richfield Service! I have been taking my cars there since 1998! They have a friendly staff, who are easy to talk to and will get back to me promptly with any questions I have. My car is running great and I owe it all to Richfield Service. They take the extra time at each oil change to check all fluid levels, as well as to do any maintenance that is required. My current car has 200,000 miles and is running great! I was looking for a new auto repair for myself and family. I have an older 2006 BMW and I cannot take it to the drive through type oil change and lube places and needed an oil change and tire rotation. Shaun checked me in when I dropped my car off and was pleasant and stated he would call me when it was done. I came by the next day to pick the car up and Shaun was there and he explained the charges , etc and while we were talking a gentleman named Don introduced himself and he stated the tire rotation would be on him which was very cool. My car was clean wear work had been done and I was given another estimate on a future repair. I would feel good about recommending this family run , local business to friends and family.
