Mr. P's Tires is the definition of service. I've had 2 experience going there. First one was in the summer where I had a screw in my tire. By the time i got out of my car , my car was already on jacks and someone was there to help. That took all of 15 mins and paid a very reasonable price for a patch. The second was in winter. I had a tear in the side of my tire, went there to get it check out, did have the tires i needed in stock. They said they would get them in within 2 hours. Boom 2 hours later they call me for the service and another 15 mins and Im out the door. The new tires were also reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend to everybody.

I originally went to Mr Ps to get a tire patched. Had to wait over a hour just get it looked at. Not only would they not patch my tire, they didn’t have any used tires to replace mine. I ended up getting scammed into purchasing a bran new tire for $75.00 when I could have gone some where else and pairs $15.00 for a patch.

Been coming here for years ever since I got my license. Had a nail in my tire and drove to this location to get it patched. As soon as I ask the gentlemen who works here about it he was rude off the bat. I am always nice and professional to people and the way the manager was talking to me was very unprofessional. I understand the customer isnt always right and maybe I was wrong in not understanding but instead of explaining what needed to be done in a nice and professional way he was just plain rude telling me that people always come in there having something to say and boasted how he has been working there for so many years and knows more. I dont disagree with him of course he knows more then me. I didnt go there to argue with anyone and I totally agreed with him. However the rudeness was just ridiculous. He said I need a new tire and didnt explain anything else. I asked him what brand it was and he said I already told you. I'm sorry I didnt catch you the first time.. Then when I proceeded to pay he laughed at me because I couldn't get my card to work (the chip has been broken ever since I got the card and sometimes the swipe doesnt work but still does at times). I appreciate that the tire was replaced and is good now however the customer service was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I understand maybe he was having a bad day however I too have been working customer service ever since my first job and I too have had bad days and never talked down to someone like I was talked down too. Next time I will be taking my business elsewhere. Only reason it's a 2 star review and not 1 star is because I have had plenty of positive experiences in the past. They are very fast and have decent prices. Unfortunately I will have to go somewhere else next time however due to the complete lack of customer service.

Very prompt and quick service, but I noticed my car vibrating on the way home. Drove it into work and noticed the car vibrating even more and a squealing sound from the tire. On the way home the sound was so awful that my boyfriend called the place immediately. The phone was answered by a very rude person who said that he could guarantee that there wasn't an issue with his service and to check the lug nuts. Sure enough, EVERY SINGLE ONE was loose. My tire almost fell off. When he called back to let the business know, the person who answered said, "Let me put you on hold so you can yell at someone else." I would think that the first thing they would check before letting someone leave the lot would be very thing that tightened the tire on the car. This is a huge liability and I could've gotten in an accident - DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR TIRE REPAIRS.

I have multiple complaints about my experience at this location, but the most significant was the very poor customer service. They were disrespectful to my father when he was asking about the specifications of a tire they were offering to sell. They told him it didn't matter, and that they knew what a good tire was. The guy actually said to me as well he just wanted to get back to his pizza for lunch. I want fast and efficient service, and am not trying to waste anyone's time, so I did not appreciate his attitude of being annoyed with having a customer. I will not return to this business and would not recommend them. The only plus to this business is that they do not charge for labor and balancing of tires; you just have to pay for the cost of the tire. However. With my poor experience I will take my future business elsewhere.

The service was horrendous by most counts. The younger guy was trying his best but his partner was a dick and was counting down the minutes to leave. I had new tires put on that I brought with and had another tire patched up. They put the new tires on the front and when I asked to have them placed on the rear as industry standards suggest. I was mocked by the guy and told I was wrong. The prices were very reasonable and the service was quick, if only someone had some people skills.

I've been to Mr. P's three times. I purchased a set of tires a couple years back - Generals - good tire - very reasonable. And I had a repair done. This time, I had four tires, that I purchased online, installed. It cost me $22/tire, including disposal, before tax. Even so, I would have paid over $200 more for tires that were rated much lower if had let the dealership take care of it. Service is first-come, first-served and there's often a line at the door when they open so it's best to plan on dropping off your vehicle. They do have a key drop if you want to drop your car after hours. The owner, Steve, is the most knowledgeable guy I've ever talked to about tires. And they often have specials on decent tires. Keep in mind that the other Mr. P's location may not be affiliated with this one, so your experience could be different.

I had a slowly leaking tire(nail in tire). I called about making an appointment as was told to just come in, they don’t take appointments. I arrived around 3:30PM on a Tuesday. This place is no frills, right to business. If your looking for a beautiful experience go to a dealership. I was in and out in 20 minutes for $20! The mechanic,who did everything for me, also informed me that my tread was low and he’d look up a price for me(which was $200 cheaper than some other place). No pressure or sales tactics, just good business!

My daughter took me to Mr. P's and I bought her a used tire for an affordable $36.99! The tire had great tread too. From the time I stepped out of my daughter's car to cashing out the service, it took 20 minutes. They also put air in all 4 tires to the correct pressure. The staff was professional and courteous. Some of the guys were dirty, but I appreciate good hard blue-collar work. I recommend any one with a tight budget to go to Mr. P's tires. In addition they also install new tires too.

I have been getting my tires from Sears since the mid 1970's. It was great because when I started to travel around the country if I had a "tire" problem I would just find a mall and there would be a Sears auto center that could help me across the country. That being said, I needed tires and most of the sears are gone now. I didnt know where to go, so I looked at Costco,and wasn't impressed. I looked at pop's and sons tires and was concerned then I saw Mr pc's. I knew NOTHING about them. I am from the east coast. I called they gave me a quote which was reasonable and I showed up. I wasn't crazy about the waiting room,looks aside it was great. EVERYONE was great, professional and quick. From now on as long as I am in Wisconsin I will go to Mr. Pc's. I hope they get a ton of business because they deserve it. Thanks Paul. BTW I have 2.5 million miles driving and have had all kinds if tires on my cars. Trust them to take care of you.

Great place! (The manager?) Raymond is very helpful and kind; helping me and my wife even though we had inadvertently arrived after the place had just closed. I'm on crutches and my wife is pregnant, and so he took our old tire from our trunk instead of making us do it. Furthermore, I watched an exchange between him and the customer before us; a mentally disabled woman who couldn't remember whether she had paid yet. Raymond was patient and honest with her, telling her she had already paid, instead of taking advantage of her. Excellent price, excellent service. If you need tires, come here instead of any other place. They are good people, and honest; a forgotten virtue in today's marketplace.

While servicing a broken steam, they explained why it happened, probability of it happening again and what's the best way to fix a problem. They even explained common things that people overlook about wheel maintenance, which will be a major help for future reference. Again great place. Get there early, they operate in a first come first serve basis.

I went here because it was conveniently located across from the storage unit where I had stored my summer tires. Wait time was not bad and they moved fairly quickly. However, the guy who swapped my tires was not paying attention to the direction which he was mounting the tires and would have mounted them on the wheel the wrong direction had I not stopped him. All is well up until now. While remounting onto the vehicle he just fastened the lug bolts down with the impact gun until they stopped turning rather than torquing them down to the manufacture spec. Later that week I got a significant leak from a nail while in Michigan. I went to swap it for the spare to find that the bolts were so tight that I could not break them free. Luckily there was a Lowe's close by where I purchased a breaker bar and was finally able to break them free. Had I had a blowout while on the highway or on a back road I would have been stuck. Had they taken the extra minute to torque the wheels down properly, I would not have had the issue in the first place. One more thing that bothered me was professionalism of the servicemen: Three out of the four were smoking in the shop while working, one repeatedly took on side jobs before finishing the one which he started, and they take little care of safety as none were wearing hearing protection or eye protection. If you are looking for a reasonably priced set of tires or tire swap done fairly cheap, its a fine place to go. If you want a job done properly and professionally, spend a few extra dollars and go elsewhere.

Incredibly ran operation. I use to go to auto shop or Farm and Fleet, years ago use to go to Mr P's but kinda got away from it when they lessened using used tires when you needed a cheap tire to get by. Came back a year ago and wonder what I've been thinking not going to the tire shop for tires. They give better tires at better prices than anywhere. Watching the guys work was pretty incredible, never seen someone work so hard at putting on tires. Seeing as tires are all these guys do, it makes sense that they do a better job. WHY NOT GO TO THE TIRE SHOP FOR TIRES. I usually pay %50 to %100 more for new tires. I know you get what you pay for, but all the other places I've gone take for ever and most of what they charge for is overhead. Here I felt ever dollar I spent went into the service and product I received. They provide free coffee and have the original Pac Man game in the lobby (can even play 2 player head to head). I won't go anywhere else for tires anymore (goodyear, tires plus, farm and fleet, walmart etc.)

You want fast friendly service come here. Let me clarify just how fast they were. Call to check if they have the tire in stock; they do but they close in 20 minutes; was told if I could be there in 5-7 minutes they would change my single flat tire before they close. About 6 minutes later I pull in, clarified I just called and they get right to work. They grab the bad tire on the rim then move my car. I sit down for a real game of Pac-Man cause they have the table top version. Literally before I can finish one game they are done installing my tire. Check my bill, exactly what I was quoted no crazy charges or fees that I was expecting. Driving away they are closing the shop, less than 30 minutes after I first called I am home writing this review. Excellent customer experience all around.

Had them replace the tires on my wife's truck. The lug nuts were found to be damaged from previous owner and needed to be replaced for them to finish the job. I was out of town and unable to get her to a dealership to buy the lugs and the owner drove her himself to the dealership to make the purchase. I'll only go there from now on.

Excellent service. Got a flat on the weekend out of town amd had to use fix-a-flat to get home (usually a no no for most other places). Tire went flat when I got back and I told them the situation. I can't speak to the quality of Mr. P's tires or their expertise because I haven't had them do any work on my car. This is because of a poor first impression. I went to Mr. P's because of their excellent Google reviews. I walked into the shop on a Monday around 11am. There were two men working at the front desk. One was busy with a customer. The other didn't look up from his computer to greet me. After about 20 seconds of not being acknowledged, I stepped forward in case the man hadn't seen me walk in. He then said, "Just a moment, young lady," while finishing up something on his phone. When he was ready to talk to me, I asked if their would be time for me to get a tire patched today. He was noticably frustrated as he grimaced/frowned at me and said they were backed up with about 4 hours of work. I asked when would be a good time to come in when they would be less busy. He said, "You need to come in at 7am. We tackle the first vehicle that comes in." That's understandable. I wasn't upset about his answer. However, the way he said it was really sassy -- like of course I should've known they're swamped constantly. I wish I could convey his body language and tone in this review. That experience wasn't an outrageous example of customer mistreatment or anything. The guy was probably just having a bad day. But it left a bad taste in my mouth, and they've lost my business forever. I went to a GoodYear down the road and they were working on my car within 10 minutes. I would rather support small businesses, but I will not support any business whose representatives are needlessly rude.

Today I brought in my 99 Volkswagen bug just looking for a quote on a tire. Instead I got a load of information from Steve who has 30 years of experience. He took more than a half an hour to help direct me on other maintenance I can do on my car and even recommended a very reputable mechanic. He did not have to give me all this information; as in no way was this something he was getting paid for He could have just quoted me on tires and sent me on my way. I am very impressed I know my family has been using them for years now I know why! Often as a female I am treated as if I know nothing about automobiles which in my case is not true. I actually I know a lot more than many men that I know. I was treated with respect and not patronized at all. I have never experienced a business stand behind their service better than Mr. P's. In fact I should have posted this the day after my service, but it’s a few weeks later, and I'm here now. I got a puncture in a tire and it was about to be plugged when the guys noticed the cords had been cut, so safety first, no repair. When prepping for a new tire, they noticed what was on my vehicle was not OEM, put my spare on for me and sent me home to find out who did the work. A receipt for two separate installs over a year apart for fronts, then backs, and just like Paul said to me, “If we made the mistake… I will put new tires on for free… because if I told you I’d never made a mistake, I’d be lying.” Four new tires later and I felt like I was stealing from them, but it was simple for them, one of their guys made a mistake, and they didn't flinch about making it right. I challenge anyone to find a box store with that kind of integrity. They have done the tires on my Audi, these on my Subaru and even a courtesy valve stem on a wheelbarrow tire at the end of a Saturday, for a sleeve of Dr. Pepper a few days later. Anyone who gripes about Mr. P’s either came in with a bad attitude or unrealistic expectations, because for me honesty and patience has always been met at Mr. P’s with excellent service and integrity.

the first time I went in I realized I probably should have called ahead because the tires I wanted weren't there, so Paul let me know that they could be there the next day, and that if I didn't make it they ran a first-come-first-serve policy so I filled out their form and went home. A week later I came back and the tires were still there, so I checked in before helping myself to the complimentary coffee and waiting for a half hour or so in the queue. I switched out my work out summer tires for some all season tires and it took about an hour altogether, balanced and rotated. They took the old tires as well. They are honest and a lot more affordable than other places I've checked out.

Mr. P's in Bayview has one important quality that sets them above the rest : HONESTY. A dealership had told me that I had a nail in the sidewall of my tire and would need to replace it (for over $150) because it was unfixable. Knowing dealerships can be expensive, I thought I would check my options. The next day, I pulled into Mr. P's to ask for an estimate for a new tire, and walked out 15 minutes later with my tire fixed for only $21. Instead of just replacing the tire, Raymond showed me that the nail was no where near the sidewall and the dealership had tried to pull one over on me. Honesty and integrity are important, and I will happily support this business and recommend it to everyone I know. Thanks Mr. P's.

good place to go if you need inexpensive tires. One of the few places around that actually sells used tires in case you can't afford brand new tires. They usually can get everything done pretty quick also. Last time I was there I got two new tires and was in and out in about an hour. I think they have two or three locations also one out in Greenfield one on the south side of Milwaukee and I think possibly one on the North side. But I'm not quite sure about that last one

Honestly some of the BEST customer service I’ve ever received. I am the girl with the worlds worst luck. I bought 4 brand new tires on 4/17/2018. I’m a 23 year old college student, so this is a huge purchase for me. (I’m sure you all remember how much 600 dollars was at 23.) May 6th rolls around, and I hit a MASSIVE pot hole on 68th and Ohio (beware of it). It popped one of my brand new tires. Bent my rim. I was in hysterics. The next day I call Mr Ps to see if any way there’s a warranty on the tires, there’s not. So I take my tire and my rim in to see what it’s going to cost to fix it. Thinking it’s gonna be at least 200 dollars. GUESS WHAT! They gave me a warranty anyways. They helped me out in every single way possible. And they all acted like it wasn’t even a big deal. Like eh, this is just a normal thing, not a tremendous act of kindness. Well it is. And I just want every single employee there to know I appreciate them and what they did. When you have a bad day and everything goes terrible, having one person be nice makes a world of difference. Having an entire business be wonderful made my week. YOU HAVE MY BUSINESS FOR LIFE MR P!

Thank you to Mr P's Tires on Hwy 100, just south of Layton Ave: Awesome experience today with S 108th location of Mr P's Tires: Had my snow tires taken off a few days ago by our Toyota dealer and our Prius didn't ride like it normally would - AND - the tire warning light would not turn off on our dash panel - bottom line is that Mr P's discovered that the front right tire didn't even have a tire sensor anymore - AND - the front left tire had a broken sensor kicking around in the tire - They even stayed open 20 minutes after close time to complete the job - THESE GUYS ARE TOP NOTCH!!! Put in 2 new sensors on my front tires and balanced them perfectly. And my tire light is now off on the dash - THANK YOU!

They're quick and professional: no dawdling, no sales pitches (but no frills, either). Just tires! I typically buy my tires off TireRack, then have 'them shipped straight to Mr. P's. When I bring the car in and they do everything from there. This last time I bought the tires straight from them and was surprised by how reasonable the price was.

Great experience! The story begins with a trip to Morno on Capitol in Brookfield. I used to go to this place all the time for the $15 oil change and tire rotation. Last visit, they said I needed new tires. So, I priced some good Michelin tires at $840 (before tax) installed there with an alleged $70 rebate. I looked at Sear's website. The same tires were $750 (before tax) installed. No $70 rebate was available at Sear's due to Michelin's terms and conditions. I called Monro to see if they would price match. They said yes but only if I could bring by a print out of the Sear's website. Yep... I could not email it and they would not look up the price themselves due to "restricted internet". I think a decent customer service rep would have looked it up on their own phone if the internet was really that restricted... or you know, call Sears. I went to the Michelin website and found Mr. P's Tires on 108th street. Tires there were $773 after tax! They had great reviews, were very friendly, and even helped me fill out the rebate while I was there. Turns out, according to Michelin's website and terms, Monro is NOT eligible for the $70 rebate even though they tried to make it a selling point! The deal was not available for chain or big box sellers. So, bottom line is I got great tires at a highly reviewed place in literally under half an hour for $184 less than I would have at Monro. And, Monro probably would have taken the entire day. I will not be going back to Monro... but will definitely go back to Mr. P's.
