Great unless you have something under warrantee. They offer free tire rotation when you purchase their tires...good luck getting them to actually rotate them. Have had a problem with my drive belt screeching, they simply tightened the belt again, rather than checking as I asked them to, other components. It has been screeching for at least three years, but I bought the belt with a lifetime warranty so I will probably have to go somewhere else to get someone look at it. Also, wait time is high.

I bought a set of BFG KO2's and had them installed at Matthew's. They had a great price on them, got me in for an install on short notice, and was very fair when it was discovered that I also needed TPMS sensors. I would highly recommend Matthew's when you're looking for tires. I'm sure they're all good to work with but I happened to speak with Justin, who was very accommodating.

I'm not too terribly knowledgeable when it comes to working on cars...and this is an area of concern for me as I've been taken advantage of before (by other repair shops) as a result. Team Matthews Tires however, is a family run company that I've come to believe is open, honest and direct. They told me exactly what I need, and what I don't. Their prices were fully disclosed, honest and fair. They've earned my trust and my business and I will definitely bring my vehicles back; as well as refer my family and friends. You should too, you won't be disappointed you did.

Called on short notice (leaving town in a couple hours). They had tires in stock, got me in within 30min. Done in less than an hour. 4 tires for about the same price as nearby dealer has quoted on 2 tires (if I wanted to wait several days to pay more). Point of interest. Neat family environment. Management found time while doing my and reportedly 50+other tires during the day, to step out and play with their children who stopped by momentarily. Nice experience. Thx

After years of service here, we have had a few complaints. Once these issues have been brought to sales team, we have gotten them fixed. Thier intent is to do quality work with what they have available. Thier pricing is compatible with industry standards. Very busy and high paced business environment. As one of the three major tire facilities in town, it's the only family run out of them. For your everyday driver, this is the place we trust to do our work.

We were leaving August 9th for a camping trip and on the 8th I realized all my camper tires were bad and had to be replaced before leaving. I called and they were able to get me in the next morning before I had to leave. Then I was worried about not being able to lock my camper so they parked a truck right next to the door overnight so no one could get in. My wife and I really appreciated this extra step they took in providing a great experience.

I live a thousand miles and shortly into my trip my warning light came on to check my tire pressure monitoring system. when I pulled into town, Matthews was my first stop. I had driven all night and was tired . I walked in and was greeted in a very friendly manner. I told him what was going on and he had me pull my truck right up. As soon as I did he came outside and checked all of my monitoring system and reset it right then without telling me something had to be replaced which is what typically happens. I was in and out in about three minutes. I asked what I owed and he said I owed nothing. I was very happy to hear that of course, but overall I was very pleased with the service I received. Especially after being tired from driving across country and cranky. I highly recommend them.
