Great place to have work done on your vehicle! The employees are cordial and asked if I needed help the second I walk through the door. My vehicle was fixed probably and I haven't had any problems with the work they did on it. I would recommend this place to anybody and I will be returning for future vehicle repairs.

Needed a pipe bent for my GMC, I even gave them the old one to match for all the bends, and length to the back. After 3 trips and 7 plus wasted hours of a friend the pipe still don't fit... I'm out the money and need to take it somewhere else ?

I've bought tires here before and overall had a pleasant experience. Less than a year later and I'm back to buy snow tires and rims from them. So I called for a quote and was told I would get a call back. I received a voicemail telling me they had a quote ready for me. So I called back and was put on hold. 5 minutes later the same gal answered the phone and said: "Um we are just so busy right now it would be better if you just called tomorrow at 8 am...." I won't be doing that. Apparently you have so much business, you don't need mine. I'll go somewhere that will actually give me the time of day to earn my business.

Shady business with these auto technicians. They don't know what they're doing with the newer model vehicles. They will lie about servicing your vehicle claiming to have fixed something they never touched still charging you for fixing what they never touched while pretending to save you money. The older lady in the front office is snippy and rude with her nose a little to high up. Stood at the front desk and she just sat in the chair as if I'm invisible. Beaver Dam is in serious need of a real honest auto shop.

Well I had an appointment at 2pm to just fix a tire that was loosing air... I got there 10 minutes early. It took an hour for them to fix the tire.... I wasn't too please with how I get there early and they don't even touch my vehicle until 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment, if I came 30 minutes late they would have just turned me away. They were extremely busy, the phone was constantly ringing, people coming in. It was only a Thursday. Guess that goes to show how popular they are. When I walked in I was grossed out by how dirty the entire waiting facility was.... the floors, walls, chairs hadn't seen a cleaner in years... I'd be afraid to bring kids in the waiting are it was just soooooooooo dirty... so dirty... They allowed someone to bring their dog in and run loose throughout the waiting area. I personally don't care, but I could see the discomfort of one guy when the dog came up to him. As far as pricing goes they were very fair. I would go back only because of the prices. That is probably why they are so busy all the time. But if you're looking for a clean, and organized place then I'd look elsewhere. If I were the owner I'd be embarrassed to let customers in and see how disgusting it was. Other than that I would still go again. Attached is a picture of a chair and wall pillar that were just gross.

I have never written a review online before, but after my service at Genes Tires I knew I had to! My family was on our way from Oshkosh, WI to home in TN 6/13/12 when our tire blew right out of Beaver Dam, WI which ripped 1/4 of our bumper off and caused the fender/splash guard to fall onto the tire causing rubbing. We were towed through our insurance company to Genes Tires in Beaver Dam, WI and got IMMEDIATE service! The men put our tire on within a few minutes and were concerned about the damage the blown and shredded tire had done to our car. They checked the brake lines, wheel bearings, and other front end problem areas to make sure our drive would hopefully be a safe one. They even jacked up the other side of the van to check the other tires and also let us know of possible dry rotting on them without pressure of purchasing anything, but just to get us on our way and put us at ease with our 600 mile drive home ahead of us.They even drilled a hole to fix up the plastic wheel-well fender guard to another metal piece underneath the wheel well so it wouldn't rub against the tire. I couldn't believe the service we got (best yet!) and they didn't charge us for anything but the $40 used tire. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place, even if you have to drive a ways! We did get home safely and we took the mans advice and got it straight to a body shop the next day where it is sitting now to be fixed through an insurance claim! Oh, and my toddlers even got suckers ;) THANK YOU GENES TIRES!

Had them patch a tire that had a nail stuck in it. I dropped it off , the guy started working on it right away even though they were busy and I got a call 30 mins later telling me it was ready to be picked up. The price was reasonable as well. They didn't try to sell me a brand new tire(s) or jerk me around and the tire has held up for 6,000 miles and counting since then. I wouldn't hesitate to go back there again.

Superb customer service! I was referred to Gene's Tires through another business in Beaver Dam during an oil change; I am from out of town. First, when I called Gene's Tires to schedule an estimate, Sue was extremely understanding, informative, & flexible in accomodating my schedule for an estimate. Upon viewing my tire predicament (which I put myself in), Dave treated me like family in seeking options for my situation, & then expediently acquired new tires for me, as well as got the work done asap; he did not mess around. He was so genuinely concerned about my safety & giving me the best service he could! It is apparent that the people working here genuinely care about their customers as well as providing the best possible service they can give. It is not "just a job" for them. They conduct business with excellent communication skills & are happy when their customers are. They take pride in a job well done. I love the small town, family feel service. The mechanics are friendly & knowledgeable, as are all of the office associates. I received absolute 5 star customer service at Gene's Tires, which seems to unfortunately be a gross rarity in today's businesses.
