The guys are friendly, quick, organised, and are able to offer work not available in most non-manufacturer specific service garages. There is an auto parts store immediately next door. They offer automobile pick up if necessary. What else do you need?

Such wonderful service! Larry and Mark were fantastic! As soon as my family and I got to the dells from 2 hours away, we noticed my car making weird noises. We pulled into this heaven sent place, and Larry said he could get my vehicle looked at within a couple hours. We took an Uber to Mt. Olympus and waited to hear back. It appeared I needed a new engine... Mark even looked into the Kia recalls to see if my vehicle was covered. Completely went out of their way for us and didn't charge us for looking at my car because we had bad enough news. I couldn't help contain the tears streaming down my face. I knew this wasn't going to be an inexpensive fix and they were beyond thoughtful and empathetic. I can't thank them enough and HIGHLY recommend this Goodyear!!!

Was in the Dells to visit my son which just moved there. We decided to get his oil changed while he was working. It's really hard to trust a place when you are not familiar with the area. A friendly voice answered the phone and even though they had a busy day, they did accommodate us. They were very informative and no extra work needed to be done. I would have no problems going back there.

The AC compressor broke on our Nissan Versa on the way to the Dells. I took the car to Easton Motors the morning after we arrived and they told me they could have the part the next morning and despite being very busy could have the car fixed by the end of the next day. They arranged for a parts driver to take me back to my hotel and said they'd call when the vehicle was done. The next day around 1:00 PM they called to say the car was ready and they sent another parts driver to pick me up at the hotel. They also ended up charging me $200 less than I was originally told. Needless to say, I was extremely happy with the service they provided during a time of need for our family.
