Maybe the result is better if you buy tires from them... but I purchased my tires online and brought them in with the vehicle for mounting and balancing. They offered me the TPMS sensor rebuild kits (o rings) and I said sure, they ended up installing three out of the four saying they couldn't get one apart. Now I have brand new tires with slow leaks from around the valve stems on three wheels... Coincidence? The old tires didn't leak at all so I think not. Response to response from the owner: Clearly you guys didn't check your work the first time, so why would I come back for more headaches? I took it somewhere else and now my tires don't leak! Bad reviews like mine force you to stay honest and fix your internal flaws, its how the review system works.

My first experience with ATF and these guys we're great. Went above and beyond to get us mobil for Thanksgiving weekend!! My Situation: With snow around the corner our Impala desperately needed 4 new tires for winter. And naturally I procrastinated as long as possible to get it done. To make matters worse, shortly after my wife got to work Friday night a coworker noticed one of her tires had gone flat. Skip to Monday morning where I now have 3 bald tires and a doughnut ony car. And of course need the vehicle the next 4 days for Thanksgiving. Every place I tried was looking well into the following week or more for appts. I had gotten a reasonable estimate from ATF on Monday so I went back on Tuesday to see if there was any chance they could do it. When I got there I explained my situation to Gie, who was super friendly, but unfortunately they too were booked into the following week. Knowing my situation and knowing no one else could do it Gie says...I tell you what. I'm not making any promises, but if you can get the car here by noonish today, (now Tuesday), we'll do our best to try and squeeze it in before the end of the day on Wednesday somehow. But with how busy they were I wasn't expecting till next week. Well not only were they able to get it done, they had it done by 1:00pm today!!! We now have our Impala ready and reliable for Thanksgiving weekend, and I didn't have to give the wife a ride to work again today!! ;) So a big thanks again ATF for going the extra mile and keeping us on the road this weekend! I'd twice purchased tires here for two different cars, and was very satisfied with the recommendations they provided (which were affirmed as I looked online) and their service. Last Saturday, my car's battery was dead -- one I'd recently jumped twice before. I called ATF, knowing they were only open until noon but hoping they might be able to fit it in. They had an opening and not only checked and replaced the battery, but also managed to do an oil change and tire rotation -- saving me a trip back there this week for a previously scheduled appointment. In addition, they did a thorough review of the vehicle and noticed 3 bulbs were out and replaced them. All of this work was done only after they called to let us know and get our approval. Then today, I got a follow-up text, just to make sure we were happy with the work they did. We're MORE than happy! We're impressed and will definitely be back. Great service, great advice and they really do care of the service and how it affects you and your vehicle. My son uses our 2003 Bonneville, we brought it to ATF for an estimate on a coolant leak. The vehicle has many issues, all noted over the years by ATF. After a diagnosis I received a call from ATF wondering if we really want to throw good money at this vehicle. They could have easily did the job, take the money and know something else would fail. They didn’t, they called, we discussed, and we decided not to do the job. Down the road she goes until she dies. Great integrity!!

I've been having my vehicle serviced at ATF for several years now and myself and the staff always discuss the available options I have with any major service activity. Rather than one-size-fits-all, I have an input into the decision that determines the estimated final costs. The staff is very friendly and the service has always met my expectations. Some shops treat women like we're idiots or try to scam us or sell us unnecessary products, but that doesn't happen at ATF. Vehicle completed as promised , actually 30 minutes early, everything was explained to me in detail from the broken exhaust manifold studs to the whirling noise of my right front bearing starting to go bad. Prices were in line to what I compared to other shops. I will reschedule to get the other work done once I recover from this bad episode with my transmission.

The guys up front went through everything clearly and answered all my questions. The tires are great I love driving my car again the alignment has me rolling straight and true. As far a price goes the quote i got was what i paid in the end it was great not having any surprise extas at the end. Overall I am very happy with the entire experience. I will be returning for other services and not just for the free rotations I got with the tires.

I was in a long while ago and I wanted to put tires on my jeep. The guys in the shop seemed so confused and angry I wanted the good tires in the back. I don't remember but I'm pretty sure I had to go back there and point out the good tires. They got the job done good I guess. Just don't know about the attitude of the employees. I have to update this i guess because it looks like you might have changed your response from a year ago. I am %100 sure its this shop. Currently I'm a tech and i get why they were upset, i was a walk in and i think they were about to close so I'll give only give you one star back because they could have turned me away or hid their anger better.

Called 10-16 for a suspension inspection went today 10-17 and was given a preventative maintenance inspection which costs roughly three times the amount of the suspension one I had done last year. Was told my air filter was dirty and needed to be changed but could make it till my next oil change. Which I found odd due to the fact that I changed the air filter two weeks ago. Also was told my brake fluid needed to be flushed for 125$ because it was dirty which I also found odd because I changed my rotors pads and calipers about 5000 miles ago in June of this year. Completely bleeding/ flushing the entire system till all the fluid was new then doing it again. After today I no longer trust this business and will take my money somewhere else.

They quoted us much lower then some chain repair places in the valley. We felt like they were very honest with us when it came to the diagnostics of my vehicle and they did not pressure us to get any further services. We have been having some bad luck with mechanics and think between atf and Russ auto in Kaukauna, we are going no longer to other ones. We never thought of atf for repairs, thought they were for tires. Wish we could have know sooner, could have saved us a lot of cash and headaches the other paces gave us! Thank you

I take my 2001 Chevy Silverado to atf. Aaron is always honest with me as to what needs to be done and what I can go without he even went beyond my expectations with a rear axle repair last year. I trust atf for my repairs and the great deals on tires for all my vehicles. They even fixed my wheel barrow tires.

Prices are reasonable, Did a price check between Discount Tire, Mills Fleet Farm and Costco and between all of them and ATF Tires and Service. On Cooper Tires , ATF was $630 tax in , Discount was $610, Mills was $610 and Costco was not available. ATF matched Mills and Discount, I feel I get better service at ATF Tire and I don't have to worry about all my wheel studs being stripped, Thank you ATF , I will be back

My 2006 Jeep Liberty had an issue with the traction control system along with other warning lights on the dash. I brought it in to have the Jeep scanned for codes. The techs at ATF did a great job generating a list of codes and explained what they all meant. Once they explained what needed to be fixed, Ryan scheduled my Jeep for repairs the next day. ATF provided me with a loaner car so I could still get around to work and home. That is a huge advantage to me. The work that was done was high quality and fair priced. I am 100% satisfied with the whole process!

I looked for a set of new tires for my Chrysler Town and Country Van on line in the Fox Valley. After reviewing several sites I found the ATF Tires and Service website to be the most helpful. It listed many options for tires that included miles covered, cost of tires, rebates from different tire companies and final cost out the door at ATF if I bought from them. After going to ATF Tires and Service I found everything to be accurate with no pressure to buy any particular tire but what I wanted as my personal preference. They scare you over. They suggested one problem on my car that wasn't actually a problem at all, and then proceeded to tell me I need to pay for more service. Overall they end up screwing people over and I don't suggest anyone to this place.

I called and asked if they could replace a part for me. I was told that they did not carry the part and to buy it elsewhere, bring it in, and they would install it for me. I did this and after paying was told that they ran a diagnostic and the same error code was still showing. I was still made to pay for the install even though they did not fix the issue. I took my vehicle to another place and they were able to quickly identify that the part had an error. They replaced that part and installed it for MUCH less than ATF charged. I would NEVER RECOMMEND them!

After 22 years in the valley, multiple tire purchases and services on now 4 cars with > 100K miles ATF is without a doubt one of the best if not the best service centers in the valley. They are not always the least expensive although Aaron will meet or beat any price for the same tires and service you can bet the products and service will meet your needs and exceed your expectations. Two quick stories. Once purchased a set of tires which did not meet my needs for winter driving. No questions asked ATF took the tires back and installed a different set within 30 days of purchase. Next story, just once attempted to get in during my lunch to get a slow leak fix'd. The ATF Team was a bit behind and I ran out of time. Advised the service writer I had to go and would call at a time to reschedule. Upon leaving the owner stopped me and would not let me go till he had the chance to make it right. He took the car in himself fix'd the tire and I was on my way. Yeah I had to extend my lunch a bit but the point here is that Aaron and ATF are out to ensure their clients are 100% satisfied with the products and services provided. I highly recommend ATF, make sure you make an appointment and ask them how long they expect the service to take. My bet is they will be spot on for cost and time.
