A couple weeks ago I had an emergency situation with my vehicle. I went to Youngstedts in Eau Claire and they said I needed brakes on both the front and back...quoted me almost 700.00 with an oil change......decided to get an estimate from All Season Tire, back breaks did NOT need to be done! From Montana passing through Eau Claire and ran into tire troubles and called All-Season Tires. It was just before closing when I showed up. They gave me a courtesy vehicle over night and informed me my truck will be done first in the morning. WOW! Even gave me a great tip on a local restaurant. This business charges twice as much for parts as it would cost from an auto parts store. If your car repair requires a lot of parts, the bill will be quite large. This business practice also seems quite unfair and deceptive. It is unfortunate, because the service there was excellent. I have been doing business with them for over 15 years.

On July 19 I was traveling through Wisconsin back to Minnesota. I had a flat tire that was unrepaireable just west of Menominee about 7;00 pm . Unfortunately, my spare was bad. While waiting for AAA for a tow, I called around looking for a tire and someone to repair. Every place was going to be closed by the time AAA picked me up, so it looked like I was going to spend the night in Menominee. Fortunately, Steve from All Season Tire returned my call, told me that they had after hours service & had a replacement tire in stock. Steve was at All Season Tire ready to change my tire when the tow dropped me off about 9:30pm. Steve had me back on the road before 10:00pm. I greatly appreciated that he was there in advance rather than waiting for the call after we arrived!!. When no other company was open within 50 miles, All Season got it done!! While I'm not likely to break down near Eau Claire in the future, I'm highly recommending the All Season Tire to everyone in the Eau Claire area. They are your only solution when you have issues after everyone else is closed! Gary

Had a caliper locking up, ATS auto repair inspected it and priced it at 1100$ with 5 hours of labor, I brought it to All Season Tire Pros and they recommended similar work be done, priced it at 350$ with about 90 minutes of labor. These guys are honest and are not trying to gouge you for money.

Had a flat tire from road debris coming into Eau Claire from out of town just as I arrived at the motel. I put on the spare tire donut in the morning and arrived just before the shop opened the the advice of the motel clerk and google reviews. They fit me right in and reinstalled the tire. I was on the road at 800 am. Super nice guys, the wrench and I chatted about microbeers and Montana. They front desk gave me a great price for the work. Thanks guys! My car broke down a little while back in town and someone who overheard me trying to figure out what to do recommended them. Since it's quite old and had multiple expensive repairs needed before it would even be passable as road-ready, they were honest with me and told me I may not want to put the money into it. We ended up towing it back home, but until we could do so they (very generously) loaned me a car. They charged me as minimally as possible for looking my car over initially. They'll be my go-to in the Eau Claire area from now on!

Good work, but not what I expected. I needed the cheapest of the cheap brake job to get my vehicle ready to sell. With no quote, what I got was a full brake job with expensive pads and rotors all around. Cost me a fortune, over half the value of the car. Fantastic work, but I'm selling it....

These guys do good work, they took off my old quad tires and put my new ones on for a really great price it was a little over $20 and got rid of my old ones. I also buy their fun tubes for floating here they are like $5-8 depending on size but are durable and can handle the river.

Today I was able to get an oil change super last minute before I left town to head to the cities. The staff at All Season Tire Pros were super friendly and accommodating. I had another issue with my rear windshield wiper that I brought up after I had finished paying for the service and they quickly helped me and ordered a replacement to try to fix the problem. Not recommended for college students. You will be taken advantage of by unethical practices of replacing parts without permission. Also not doing what you asked them ( rotate tires ) , they will say it did not need it. This is being written by the mother of a college student who recently went here and was treated like this while simply trying to establish a trustworthy mechanic in the area long term. NOT THIS PLACE!!

Honestly, the best customer service I’ve ever had at a shop. They came and towed my car i wanted to have fixed up and sold in the middle of a thunderstorm and were super fast and so nice. Then they managed to fix it up beyond what I thought was possible, in RECORD TIME, and sold it so quickly, and at a higher price than I ever thought possible. I’m floored. I have been working with these guys for about 12 years with my FedEx Ground Fleet. They take care of all my recapping needs and steer tires. I run all Goodyear because I get the most miles out of the tires compared with Michelin and Firestone which I have compared side to side. The personnel there very good hearted and care about what they do. Will will always give me a hard time but he knows I can take it. He is very knowledgeable and is the go to guy at the counter. Gary the owner has given me many suggestions with tires and mounting them because I do my own at my shop. I would recommend them to anyone looking for tire repair facility that will get it done ASAP.

Had 4 new tires installed on my truck about a year ago now. They installed them I bought oversized tires so I wanted an alignment done. I was told they couldn’t put the paddles on my tire. A friend of mine sent a picture to another mechanic who doesn’t work there anymore and he said he could get them on. I watched him put the paddles on and the alignment turned out great! About a month ago I replaced a few front end parts and wanted to get it aligned. Went back to All Season for them to tell me they can’t get the paddles on. I told them what happened a year ago and they said “well i don’t know, maybe get different wheels for you alignment them swap them back out”. Because buying 1200$ worth of wheels just for an alignment is a possibility. So I took it to North Town ford in Menomonie WI. They had absolutely no issues with the truck and were done in about an hour. Also North Town was cheaper. All Season tire will never see any of my vehicles again.
