They are a leader in terms of value, but it comes at a cost of poor customer service. When you call expect to be placed on hold and maybe not get your call picked up. If you make an appointment, don't expect to be served at your set time because of the back log. The folks that work there are very nice, but they have such a poor system, they compromise service. I'm taking my business down the road.

I shouldn’t even rate this a 1! I don’t know what I did lol but these dudes were so freaking rude to me. I have been coming here a while now, and they really are never friendly to me. This last time I had an appointment to change my tire, and none of them had any clue what was going on or what I was doing there it was sooo bizarre! On top of that they were ridiculously rude to me! I will never be back, I’ll just pay a little extra elsewhere where I feel comfortable. All these reviews saying how nice these guys are, you must know them cause they were awful! Peace ✌

Very busy place. Hard to get appointment in same week. Plan ahead and don't wait till last minute. Always cheaper than anyone else in the area for tires. Saved over $200 on 4 tires here than youngsteads for same exact ones. Once you get appointment all 4 tires your done fast and out of there!!

Almost feel guilty with great tires at a great price. They got me in last minute and spent time talking to me about my options. I suggest asking them what's best. True experts and professional. Not to mention 30 minutes to change all 4 tires. The only place I will ever go again.

A good place to get used tires if you don't mind waiting a few weeks for them they actually have your size in stock and an open appt to get you in. I highly suggest looking into alternate tire sizes for your vehicle so you have a greater chance of finding tires. They always seem to be out of stock of at least my tire size. And if I do manage to find some there, I buy them and bring them elsewhere to be mounted and balanced. If I'm buying a used tire it's usually because I need one asap and can't wait weeks for them to squeeze me in for installation. Overall, I still toss their name out there if I hear someone asking about used tires. The staff is always friendly and helpful and that's a good reputation to have.

ROY at Affordable Tire was kind and patient, never making me feel stupid and helped me locate the information on my existing tires to schedule what I needed. I was on the way to take my daughter to the ER when I got a flat on Hwy 53-I did get the spare on-Yeah!-but then trying to find someone to fix my regular sized tire to get the doughnut off before I drove all the way home-I was more than thankful that the gentlemen at Affordable Tire Company said they would help me-not only did he help me (and let me tell you they were very very busy three rows of tickets busy!) but they even took the time to put the tire back on so I didn't have to put the tire on in their parking lot! It was a long day already with my daughter being injured-they made my bad day much more tolerable. While I was waiting I got the pleasure of watching the gentleman working the counter helping an older gentleman choose tires-He was so respectful and patient even though he was very very very busy-something you do not see that often. They have a customer for life. A++

I don’t know what’s going on with this place. I’ve been here a couple of times - replaced all 4 tires on a vehicle 4 years ago and the couple times I’ve been back they have been helpful. I think they have one phone line and may take it off the hook because all you get is busies? I was late for an appointment, my fault for not noting the exact time of my appt but I couldn’t get through to confirm due to phone!? Stand in line waiting and turned away because I was ‘late’-15 minutes late and mostly due to standing in line. If you are busy and value your time then find another tire place

Never again! The mechanic paco was super rude and didn't put in parts in i was charged for! And charged me $400 ..took it 2 another shop and proved affordable tired didn't do what they said..so after another $700 now it's fixed! Buyer beware of this place! (May be good 2 get tires on but who can't do that !!)...AND CALLING ME A LIAR AND NOT OFFERING TO ACUALLY LOOK AT MY CAR AND SEE THE TIE ROD BARRING WERE NOT REPLACED IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL!

Needed front tires for our 09 Corvette on very short notice on a Saturday. 6/2/18. Only place within 125 miles that had any. Got two used, 95% tread for a great price. They were unable to mount them (we called on a Saturday at 10:30, they close at 12 so this is understandable) and were willing to sell us the tires anyways. We found a tire shop (across the road from them) who would install them and due to time constraints, I asked these guys if they would run them across the road due to the hour long trip we were going to make in order to get the "other guys" (who also close at 12) to install them. Affordable said they did not deliver tires but when I explained my time and distance issue, they did make an exception. When I got to the "other place", they had a bay open and our tires waiting to mount and balance. Thanks A-T for being honest and helpful during our hour of need. Even though we had to understandably go elsewhere to get the tires mounted, you did not flinch and helped us to the best of your ability at that moment. You earned a return customer.

Great service and value. Roy matched me a great used tire to my existing 3 used Cooper Tires and it was less than half of the cost of a new tire. The used tire I bought has the same or better tread than my existing tires. They only charged me $8 to mount the tire. In my experience this is significantly less than other repair shops. They also evaluated my other tire that was leaking and told me it simply needed to be remounted for only $15. I appreciate that they gave me an honest opinion on the leaking tire and did not tell me I needed two new tires when I only needed one. I feel I got great value and great service at Affordable Tire. I also appreciate how friendly they are and easy to work with. I will take my tire business here again for sure.

I did not enjoy my experience at Affordable Tire Co. When I walked in the employees didn't give me the time of day, and when I could flag one down, they were very curt and intimidating. I needed four new tires for my truck but I had a a couple of questions, as I don't know much about tires. After I asked one or two questions it was clear that the employee was annoyed with me for not walking in and buying the first thing he put in front of me. At one point he walked away while I was mid-sentence and returned on the phone a few minutes later, without even a "could you please wait a second?". When we'd found the correct tire and he gave me a quote, I asked him if he could give me a deal if I bought four of them. He let out this ridiculous little snort-laugh and briskly told me that he wouldn't because "he had no problem selling tires". To me, that translated to "I don't give a horse's behind about your needs because you are just another face in the crowd". It's obvious to me that this place has no care for customer service or even common respect. And on top of it the price was mediocre, I found a better one at the very next place I went to. If you want to avoid a headache, go somewhere else to buy your tires.

As a young woman that knows nothing about cars, I was very intimidated when it came to time to shop around for 4 new tires. I called 5 different places for quotes and Affordable Tire Co. blew everyone else out of the water! Their price was great and they took the time to figure out what tire was suitable for me instead of pitching me the most expensive tire right away. When I arrived for my appointment they were quick at getting my car in for service. After just 20 minutes, I was on the road with 4 brand new tires! Awesome place! Highly recommend!

Like others have said, they are busy for a reason, but you always feel like you're just as important as any customer. Nate is extremely helpful and everyone there is very accommodating.
