I have been to Rainbow Tire Lady three times, and I would highly recommend them. Their tire prices are some of the lowest in the area, their service is fast, their staff is friendly, and they always do their best to accommodate the customer. I am not knowledgeable about cars, but they always explain everything to me. I don't trust every car shop in the area - I worry some are just trying to make me spend more money - but they've never tried to up sell me or try and have me buy things I don't need. As long as I live in Morgantown I won't get my tires anywhere else.

Took my Dodge Grand Caravan, with special adaptive equipment, to Tire Lady for an oil change in June 2016, my first time using them. They got me in and out quickly. I just made an appointment to go back for another oil change and my annual state inspection.

I can't recommend Rainbow Tire enough! Tammy and I believe Jason went above and beyond to accommodate my needs twice in the past 4 months. 1st they located and installed a perfectly matched used tire on my Jeep Patriot so I not only looked good as well as safe until I was able to purchase 4 new tires. When looking for new tires I wanted aggressive (k02's) but due to manufacture recommendation I was unable to get what I wanted. Tammy took the time to search and found a comparable tire and I'll admit it was hard because I'm extremely picky! She found a aggressive tire that looks good and had it the next day. I actually ordered another set to put on my son's Jeep. I explained that I drive long distance and was leaving from there heading about 500 miles. They torqued my lugs one more time, made sure my Jeep was safe and didn't try to make false repairs like others in the area. These folks are HONEST, FRIENDLY, & Hard Working. They've earned a loyal customer for life. We have 4 children, 3 driving and we'd trust them to repair our children's vehicles! ~A. Maple

They do not rip you off like everyone else. Nice people treat you right. Free coffee, tv, wireless, I can work while I wait for my car, never too long a wait. No appointment necessary but if you made one they honor it.

They changed my front tire to a winter tire when I asked for all season. That tire has given me issues ever since. It would make a rattling noise and veer to the right. I took it somewhere else and they told me that it was also dry rotted and leaking air. Will not be going back.

Updated on June 1st, 2018 The second time going to this shop with a flatten tire. Thought I'd change a whole new tire or rim, waiting for one day or two. However, they figured it out to unbend the rim in 30 minutes and I'm good to go. I recommended this place to my friends. One of them shared her bad experience. She got four new tires on from this shop soon after she purchased a used car around three years ago. The tires had excessive wear in less than 10K mile's drive. I don't know if it was because of the road condition here in Morgantown but she hasn't trusted the shop since then and went to the brand name "Goodyear" eventually. I learnt that I could only speak for my limited experience here. YMMV --- One tire was losing air and they found it on the sidewall. Ordered a new tire two days later and got it changed. 30 minutes wait time. The process was smooth. Satisfied.

I have been going to the one in Morgantown for the past few years. Their prices on tires are as low as you will find, and everybody I have dealt with has been very polite. Go and get them rims! These guys literally saved our family vacation! We were on a road trip when our van started having engine issues along 68. We managed to make it to this shop, where Jason, Joel, and the whole crew went far above and beyond in diagnosing, fixing, and testing the vehicle in a timely and affordable manner. They were knowledgeable, professional, hospitable, and understanding. We were back on the road within a couple hours, and the van rides and runs better than it has in years. I've been coming here since I've moved to Morgantown. Super honest people with great prices. I recently came in thinking I needed brakes and Jason was happy to give me a quote and schedule me in. About 10 minutes after waiting he came out and said they were fine and had about a year left. " we're not here to replace parts that don't need to." My wife and I experienced a tire blowout on the highway and were fortunate enough to end a up at your Morgantown location. Your staff were very friendly, courteous and very professional in making a bad situation a bit more bearable. You managed to rectify our tire problem fairly quickly and expeditiously. After leaving and on the highway some two hours away, I realized that I had left my other keys there. I called them back and they graciously sent me my keys to my Florida home. These people are fantastic and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Definitely a different name for a tire shop. Regardless, they have a very nice lounge/waiting area with a huge couch and TV. But service took forever even with an appointment and I was denied any inspection sticker supposedly due to my rear brakes, which I was told were fine at another shop just 2 weeks ago.

My new GO TO mechanic in the Morgantown area. I had gotten 4 new tires 8 months prior to getting flat, and National Tire and Battery in Suncrest was trying to tell me because I had an all wheel drive vehicle I needed to replace all 4 at the same time reguardless of how new they were. Went to Tire Lady and was able to get a used tire with very similar tread for a very reasonable price as a college student. They were friendly, fast, and very understanding. 6/5 stars!!

I ordered Michelin snow tires through Tirelady's Rainbow Tire. Through no fault of TRT the Michelin delivery was delayed due to the huge rush on snow tires. They ended up give me a loaner set of snow tires while I waited on the Michelins to show up and in the end gave me a pretty good discount for my troubles. I'll definitely go back there and recommend it to friends and strangers.

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic. The entire staff was friendly and helpful and made sure that they safely repaired my brakes at a price I could afford. They made room for me last minute in their busy day. As a gay man, I sometimes have issues with feeling unwelcome in similar settings, but this location and staff was very welcoming, informative and accepting. This will definitely be my one stop shop for all my car needs from now on!

I was really impressed by these people. They're a straightforward and no bs establishment. I scheduled to have my front brake pads and rotors replaced along with my WV state vehicle inspection, which would have cost me around $300, but they told me I had plenty of pad left on my brakes and saved me a ton and paid only $14. You just don't find that kind of honestly often these days. They'll have my business for anything I need from here on. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
