Poor service, waited 2 weeks to get my radiator fixed bc they miss ordered a part twice. Gas was siphoned, lost almost a full tank of gas. Dont recommend.

I had a tire blow out on I-77 North and after an absolute horrible experience at Walmart with them telling me they had to replace all 4 of my tires along with a 3 hour wait I contacted Swanns and let me tell you they told me to come right over and I promise I was in and out back on the road within 30 minutes. Staff was very friendly and a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for any of your tire needs. The service was that great to where I would gladly travel a hour out of my way just for a personable experience. It pays to support local businesses and I seen first hand why today.

Had a failure of two lug bolts much to my surprise! Once I figured out what had happened, I tightened the three remaining loose nuts and limped into Swann's. They were on it immediately, fixed in half an hour at a very reasonable price and got me back on the road. What could have put a serious crimp in my vacation was expertly handled by very friendly people. Thanks and definitely recommended!

While returning home from Ohio to Venice Florida traveling on I-77 at 6AM on Saturday of Labor Day weekend, the alternator on our van took a dump. I made it to the Ripley exit and the folks at Walmart directed me to Swann's. At 7:30 something these folks said they would get me fixed up but I would need to wait as there were others with appointments ahead of me (no problem, my van was DOA). Unbelieveably, the repairs were made and we were back on the highway before 9AM. The repairs were good and the price was way too fair, especially for the day etc. These are the most honest and kind people you will ever meet. If you are traveling in this area or if you break down in their neck of the woods. Stop in, they are the VERY BEST!!!!!!!!!! Thank You Again....................................

Don't be a woman, and you better know your cars and tires, they will cheat you in a heart beat. I had my father call in and get tired prices, I went with it written down and got a completely different story. I showed what had been written and said "eff y'all". My husband went in and they told him he had to have multiple new parts and work to get a car inspected. The problem was that we had just changed most of what they said was broken and they also pulled the new tire pricing scam again. I've heard multiple horror stories about them, and if they don't know you, you're going to get cheated some how. They will never get business from us.

Waited over 2 1/2 hours for oil change, tire rotation and inspection sticker! They were not that busy and had NO organization what so ever. Some ( a lot) of people came in after us and got oil before me, tires rotated before me, even a sticker ! ! Then when asked what's taking so long we were told it'll just be a few mins every 15 mins that passed! Never again! I knew when I came without a appt we would be here a little bit, but this, this is horrible UPDATE* After they were finally done 2 hours and 38 mins later and the owner says I take care of my people and threw the clipboard across the counter gave me a big fat discount of $5 and threw my credit card on the counter instead of just handing it to me!

Very personable and helpful. I am not from the area but needed tires while visiting. They were the only place I called willing to talk to me and help figure out what I needed. When I got there they took the car right back and I was in and out. With a reasonable price. I'm considering making the trip later for tires on my pickup closer to winter. I would certainly recommend Swann's Tire.

On our way from oh to SC, we had tire low on air and could not get air in it. They got us in and out under an hour and got us back on the road. It was gravel in the tire causing slow leak. Could not guarantee it was fixed so it was no charge Wow we were floored. Everyone very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!!!!! 6 days later, tire still good!

Family owned and operated tire shop that my family has trusted for my entire life. I make an appointment and drive 3.5 hours to deal exclusively with them. Prices are always fair. Small mechanical repairs are welcome and negotiated directly the mechanic. The service here knows how to actually listen to your needs and provide only what you ask for.
