I was in Kingwood for work and had car trouble. As a woman traveling alone I took the recommendation of a local and took my car there because I had an oil leak. When they called me with an estimate they said it would be $450 for an oil change, a diagnostic (which I did NOT ask for) and new spark plugs (diagnosed from the diagnostic I did not ask for) and labor. It was definitely an outrageous quote. Perhaps what made me most upset was that I had to pay a $60 diagnostic fee that they ran even though they told me they would not do anything until they called and talked to me about it. I didn’t take it in for a diagnostic. I ONLY asked them to address my oil leak. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of my situation because I was a woman from out of town and traveling alone.

One employee was very rude and kept interrupting me and the employee who was helping me. He even interrupted to say to the other guy, "can i ask you a personal question"! Very irritating. The man who helped me (mike?) Was very clam and helpful though.
