Great service, been dealing with national tire and wheel for years. Kieth was great he even helped me find new wheels because the ones I ordered we're on a long back order. Found wheels I liked only to change them out the next day for a set I really liked morw. He went above and beyond , great communication . Tires came mounted balanced ,lugs and tpms sensors as well as center caps. Came in 3 days . Recommend this place over any others out there.If you don't by from these guys it's your loss.

I don't normally do this, but know that your service has just established a life-long customer. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that I would order tires on Friday at 11AM and have them arrive at my doorstep by noon on Saturday. After dealing with multiple vendors over the last week trying to get 255/85R16 tires for my LJ with nothing but headaches, you're company pulled through in a big way. Thank you again for the great support and I'm more than happy with my new Trxus tires!

Didn't make a purchase here. But they seemed uninterested in selling me anything. I wanted new wheels and tires for my jeep. They said they didn't make appointments and would just rather ship me the wheels and tires rather than actually putting them on my jeep. Probably will not go back.

I ordered tires and had them sent to the house. Upon arrival I checked the manufacture date. They were made in the 16 week of 2017. This means they are 2 1/2 years old already. Called Nitto and they stated the warranty is for 5 years from date of purchase for manufacturing problems, and5 years for dry rot from date of manufacture. This means I only have a 2 1/2 year warranty on dry rot. Call National and they said they would replace however no idea what the date would be for next set as they don’t stock they get from Nitto. So my chance of a new tire is slim. They also offered to pick them up. I decided to keep them, did not want to go through the same BS a second time. I felt I should have been told up front or at least given a discount as they are old. Going forward check your date of manufacture when you buy from these guys. If you don’t know how google it very easy. Anything more than a year old have them take them back! I have a feeling this is common practice as most people do not know this happens. Be a smart consumer going forward!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a set of wheels and tires through them which are appearantly discontinued which it does not say on their website. So I email them and have them look into another set for me. 4 days later they finally tell me they can't get those either. I asked them to look up one last set for me. 4 more days of no reply I send another email asking for my money back, that was 10 days ago and I still haven't heard anything.

Wheels and tires are awesome and ride great! Great customer service. Original rims I ordered they received were damaged to they did the right thing. Instead of just shipping them to me they got another set. Mounted the tires, balanced them and sent to me. Great customer service goes along way!
