They didn’t fix an issue with our Honda Pilot. Charged us $265 and the replaced an axle which was not the problem. Kept wanting to do transmission work that was not necessary. The alignment they did was horrible, took it back 3times. They do not offer any road hazard on tires, had to replace 3 of the 4 we purchased because of bubbles on the side of tire and a blow out.

Tried to tell me it was illegal to fix a tire that has fix a flat. Then said it was unrepairable before even looking at it. RUN FAST AWAY. To add more I just had the tire fixed for 26 dollars. Tire is working I can't believe that your in business. THERE IS THE PATCH IN THE UN FIXABLE TIRE. DONT WORRY ILL BE ON EVERY SITE KNOW. How sad

My husband and I are on vacation headed through West Virginia towards Ohio to catch a baseball game later this week when we had a blowout on our fifth wheel travel trailer. We call the folks at Marty's Tire Store five minutes before they closed and asked if they had a tire we could buy. They stayed open past 5 pm sold us a new tire, got our spare back on and also help check all the rest of the tires before we left. Truly customer service oriented, kind friendly folks. I highly recommend them if you're ever in need of a tire in Nitro West Virginia. Very happy coustomer...Teresa and Hutt Williams

Extremely long wait for inspection and tires then was told needed ebrake after they replaced it i drove away with loud noises and jaring movements in my rear end leading to more expenses and replacements needed

Just picked up my charger from there. New tires, rear rotors and rear brakes and fixed my parking brake that another mechanic messed up and wouldn't fix. Highly satisfied with both their work and prices, just found my new tire shop for all of my vehicles! Highly recommend, very friendly and knowledgeable!

I really like these guys. They are helpful. Competent in their work. Plenty of products to choose from. They try to get you in and out quickly. Most importantly they are honest, which seems to be in short supply now a days.

Ran over a bolt last week, they tried to patch it and failed - I also couldn't afford to replace the tire right away. They let me keep my vehicle at the shop for nearly a week while I made ends meet. Didn't charge for the attempted patch, and made vehicle pickup easy once the tire was replaced. Seemed sincere about my unfortunate situation at the time. Great guys.

Marty's Personnel know their stuff. They are courteous and fair. It is first come first serve you can drop your vehicle off or sit and wait for it to be fixed.

Not only do they get the job done but they can also fill your tires with nitrogen, which is a big plus. This is a long-time local business that should be encouraged.
