What is your impact tools set in? Air setting? Is that done on purpose? I have never had one tire turn into such a hassle! Don’t charge people for something you broke. Wheel key and Wheel! Trying to blame another tire mechanic for Your Own Mistake, Clearly since you broke my wheel key putting my tire back on and I take to the dealership to have four new tires put on and they can’t get my tire off because it was put on too tight! It was Your employee that did that and Your employee that broke the wheel key! Also maybe invest in Radial patches , hey you charge enough for a plug there (25$) you should put a radial patch on as well. The nail was no where near the side wall. So no more Excuses! All you do is create more problems for your customers. I have read 5 additional reviews about your shop not taking responsibility for your own actions. Stop blaming your customers and start taking care of them properly.
