Closed Saturday and Sunday. They will open if you have a national account though. Guess they don't care about independent truckers.

Kings tire and service has excellent customer service thank you to Joe. We're stuck for the night in West Virginia and they opened got a tire for my trailer had issues with the one road side gave me to get to the gas station took care of me. I would recommend to anyone looking for help with any of their needs.

Our camper broke down..broken belts and tranny issues...even though they don't work on them they fixed our belts and got us help for our tranny..couldn't ask for a better group of guys...

Scheduled for 4 tires on Monday, was told to pick a day. I said Wednesday. The scheduler says let me do 4:30pm for you Wednesday. I show up a few minutes ago & nobody knew who I was, not on any schedule, and tires were never ordered. I guess if you aren’t commercial business you don’t matter.

Well this is bad because I show up with a plugged tire and needed it patched they said itll be a bit and we will be put on the list. They got my number and said they will call me when you can come to the shop. That's fine but 4 hrs later I walk in and they said the guy that wrote us up didn't tell anyone about it and left. The manager whom was very nice said he couldn't get to me till the morning and he apologized for the inconvenience. All I'm saying is I want here for awhile and all I get is an apology.
