I woke up to an unexpected flat tire, and called the owner(Tyler) at Gwyn Tire and was treated with the best experience a customer could receive. He sent one of his guys out to fix my tire, and I went ahead and had four new tires put on my truck. They had all my new tires put on in 30 minutes or less, and I've never seen an owner like Tyler treat his employees like family, while constantly moving everywhere throughout the shop to get things done. My experience was amazing and would highly recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a great experience!

Really good customer service. Went it to get new tires. I already had 3 fairly new ones that need to be put on. Was told a price of 125 for one tire. When I got there they came out and said they a fairly new one for 40. I love that they were honest and good about it.

When you go to Gweyns Tire, ask for Tyler. Because all the other guys will blow you off and not try to help you at all. Especially that guy Dan, he needs to get fired. Did not help me at all. Happy Tyler was there to help!

I heard bad things about Gwynn Tire Services from a coworker, but unfortunately I ignored them and scheduled an inspection/alignment anyway. Big mistake. After requesting a printout of my vehicle's alignment specifications multiple times, I finally received it along with an explanation. The tech advised me that some of my wheels were not realigned because they were "close enough" (still out of tolerance and indicated in red on the printout). I'm not sure whey they have tolerances if they're not following them. Brushing this off, I took my wife's 2.5 year old vehicle in a few months later for the same work. They correctly failed my tires and offered to sell me new ones. However, I mentioned these tires were only 30,000 miles into a 65,000 mile warranty. This is when things turned sour. I was told by Bob that it's a waste of time to do a warranty claim and I should just buy new tires. Gwynn resisted me the entire way through a warranty claim, which was eventually approved by Michelin. However, the people at Gwynn aren't very good at math in pro-rating a warranty. They wouldn't honor the correct pro-rated percentage and owner Charlie told me to take it up with Michelin. Then he hung up on me. I eventually went to NTB, who happily processed the warranty and correctly prorated the deduction.

Not 1 but 2 cars this specific garage has ruined. I got brand new struts on the front end. When I took the truck into the shop there was nothing wrong other than the struts. They charged me under what they quoted me for they work which was legit. However after taking the truck back from the shop, there was a weird grinding sound. I immediately turn around and bring the truck back. Literly drove 2 miles from the shop. Tell the shop what's going on they said it made that sound when it go there and it will be another 200 to fix my 4wd actuator. I'm not the best mechanic but the hub assembly shouldn't have been messed with just replacing struts with the quick struts. They purposely createwed a problem to get more money. This is the last time they will ever get my money. If it was possible to rate them a zero I would. For tire prices they are okay but regular mechanic work they are the biggest schiesters and pure garbage of a shop.

I can only say that this place was recommended to me and fully lived up to the hype. I took it in to have new tires put on and it was ready within at least 2 hours of dropping it off. I was very, very impressed. Nice staff and very clean. I highly recommend this place.

They are by far better than any of the other locations in Fairmont and they will take very good care of your family members, whether it's you that has to take the car in or your daughter or son. Before you take your car anywhere else, take it to these people because they're pretty good. If your college student is living in the Fairmont area and needs to get their car fixed for any reason whether it's small or big, have them take it to this location first. The only downside is if you have an older model Prius and you have to get the battery changed, but otherwise they've been awesome and very patient.

I moved up here a year ago from Charleston and I had a lot of car problems while I have been up here by being in a new place you don't want to be taken advantage of and you don't know who to trust I asked a couple people were I should go and they all told me me urse or other places like that so I went to these places and spent a lot of money but my car was worse off after I put it in the shop then before I was about to give up and just try to take my car to Charleston to get it fixed when one day I was talking to a guy that worked at monkey wrench and he told me to take my car to gwynn's tire so I did thinking it was going to be the same old B.s but to my surprise it wasn't they treated me with respect and they told me what I needed and what I didn't need and the stuff I told them I thought I needed they just didn't take my word and charge me they took there time and actually checked it out and told me I didn't need what I thought I needed and saved me a lot of money in the process there prices are by far the cheapest and there work is top notch they will keep you in the loop and they are quick I couldn't be more thankful for them and I will always take all of my cars to gwynn's tires

Mr. Bob was extremely helpful and professional. NTB had my work truck 4 hrs and then decided to give me a call to inform me my tires was out of stock(smh). I immediately call Gwynn's Tires. Mr. Bob had me with new tread installed in a hour. Moral to my story, just because NTB a major chain don't mean they major in professionalism and customer service. Go see Mr. Bob in Fairmont!!!!
