Very nice people!! Had 6 TRUCK TIRES replaced for less than 600 bucks!! Beyond that, the staff was very polite and accommodating. The waiting room is very well maintained and has a snack machine and television to make your wait hurt a little less. Good place to get tires!!

I've been doing business with them for 17 years. (Before they were even Glotfelty). It's largely the same staff that I've trusted for the whole time I've done business there. They're honest and fair on pricing. They do their best to service you promptly if you have to wait. They do a full line of service besides tires, basically anything in the chassis (brakes, front end components, shocks, oil change and maintenance, etc. I would recommend them!

Bought 4 cooper tires and they were improperly balanced. When I went back they said wrong weights were used on the tires and tried to charge me for them, they corrected that. Then every tire leaked around the beads and had to put air in them twice a week. They actually were going to charge me for for fixing that. Lesson learned.

Highly recommend this place. Was traveling down I-79 3 hours from home and had a few issues with my truck. Luckily I found these guys, told them what was wrong and they took it straight back and fixed everything for me. Great guys!

Price was good. Service was timely. Representatives were friendly. It all seemed fine until I got home and seen damage on two chrome rims that are no longer produced. Then, I rechecked the torque on my lugnuts, and they were over specifications.

This place is the slowest place I’ve ever seen change tires. They don’t honor their appointment windows.. If it wasn’t for the company I work for having an account here I wouldn’t do business here. I’ve brought 2 company trucks here and both times I have to keep rescheduling because it’s going to take 2+ hours. I’ve been here since they opened at 7:30 am and it is now 9:10 am and my truck is still not done....They either need to hire better Technicians or hire more. Go to Gwynn tire or Winston’s wheels and Tires in Fairmont WV. Wayyyyyyyy better service In a timely fashion.

Went in with a tire that had a nail and was going flat. They took me right in and fixed it within the hour and had hot coffee and warm place to set while waiting. Gave sound advice for my truck needing aligned. I recommend this place

This tire shop has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Six months ago, I moved to the area and had a punctured run-flat. I stopped by to get some pricing and they informed me they don't do run flats. When I asked if they had any recommendations in the area, they replied with a "no." The guy was not even willing to have a conversation about it. Fast forward to today, I ordered tires on the Goodyear website, schedule an appointment, and dropped off the truck. Assuming I can ask them for an alignment and oil change when I get there, they inform me they don't have openings for an alignment and I will have to schedule it some other time. Spend $1000 on tires, but still not a valued customer. They have lost my business forever.

I originally went in for a tire to be mounted and balanced. They informed me that I needed 2 tires and alignment. I made the appointment for the alignment. When I went to pay, the gentleman told me that they had gone ahead with the alignment because it was so bad that it wouldn't be safe to drive the car. But that I needed to have the outer tie rod changed. I would have to have it realigned after the tie rod was fixed. And that when I had the work done, to bring it back and they would do it for free. I could not have afforded to have the car realigned and I truly appreciated this gesture. Their staff are friendly and helpful. Very professional, while maintaining the small town atmosphere. There work is top of the line and their prices are the best you will find when you shop around. I highly recommend these folks for anyone's tire needs.

We had a horrible experience this morning. I have one day off to get things done. I had an appointment to have tires put on my work vehicle. so I left my vehicle, along with my phone number and went to breakfast. When I returned, an hour and a half later, my truck had not been moved. I ask the person at the desk, and he said that I needed a tie rod end and they couldn’t do an alignment, so they didn’t put my tires on. He didn’t even bother to call me. He then asked if I wanted him to go ahead and put the tires on, I said, why ask me now, you had my number to call and ask me. I guess they have enough business, and don’t need mine. I felt that I didn’t really matter, and this was confirmed after speaking with Joel Baird. Joe, just made excuses, that they were very busy, I knew that, that’s why I made an appointment! (too busy to call a customer?). After explaining to him, all that took place, I came to the conclusion that my business was not needed. I have been taking my vehicle there for years, I will not go back.

Terrible..the only reason I give 1 star is because the mechanic was correct on the part my husband needed.. He went to get a sticker on our car on Friday. For the part needed mechanic put down on a paper a $292 Glotfelty price and said that it had to be put on in a garage ..$60 labor Glotfelty price.. My husband came home..we called car dealership where car was purchased..not true on any of it..even at the dealership the part piece was $103 cheaper and then at Advance Auto the price we paid was $159.. And we installed it..Glotfelty would have ripped us off if we hadn't checked around..I understand a business has to make money...but..COME ON???? And as the proud wife of a Disabled American Veteran it really bothers me that to Glotfelty those Purple Heart tags meant nothing..thankful we have other places to give our business to..Never again at Glotfelty!!

I went there to have a set of Michelins replaced under warranty. The salesman lied about the amount of tread wear needed before Michelin would warranty them and refused to process the warranty claim. Michelin apologized and sent me to Sears, who approved the warranty claim in about 10 minutes. Obviously won't be going back.

Purchased 4 cooper stt tires and when I returned home I noticed the rear passenger side tire appeared used, the knobs on tread were not there but were on the other 3 and the sidewall was dirty and the lettering was scuffed. Returned to store and advised them they had put on a used tire. they looked at it and said the sidewall lettering was scuffed and would replace it no charge. Tire came in and I took vehicle back and a new tire was out on no hassle. Thanks Joel
