awesome!!!...... came in with fast leaking tire, almost flat asked if they could squeeze me in real quick and they said "sure no problem '. In less than 25 minutes I had 2 new tires and was on my way. Will come to them again over any other in this area.

I took my car to Factory Tire Outlet to have them mount and balance tires that I had I gotten somewhere else, and also an alignment and oil change. I am very disappointed with the service I received. I asked them how long it would take and they said about an hour, I dropped my car off at 1pm and it wasn’t ready until 4:30 pm. I picked my car up and it felt great at first, once I got to an area where the speed limit was 40 mph and higher, I noticed that my car was shaking terribly and it was still pulling to the side. I called them and brought my car back to them, they told me that I had a bent rim and that they had moved it to the back of the car and that everything else was fine. My car has still been shaking since then, I took my car to Mr. Tire and they informed me that Factory Tire Outlet did not rotate the bent rim to the back of the car. My thing is, why did Factory Tire Outlet not tell me that I had a bent rim the first time I took my car to them, why did they not tell me that my brakes were going bad on the back of my car? In my opinion their failure to inform me of these issues gives me a very unprofessional impression of this company as a whole. I am very disappointed with my services or lack thereof, I went to Factory Tire Outlet because they are local and I have known them for years. I will not be returning.

Out-of-date practices & cash-in-pocket operation. Told to use this facility by a warranty service. Ladies at the desk didn't want to hear about the warranty coverage. Service techs used an old-fashioned "from the outside" plug. The office had me pay direct instead of them contacting the warranty as outlined on my coverage. The plug began to leak within an hour of use. My home shop was shocked that any service center still used such a plug instead of the proper "from the inside" plug. They worked with the warranty service to replace the now-useless 2-month old tire.

Ordered tires come in just like the lady said I showed up to have them put on at 825am asked about how long she said 45 minutes I left at 1157am very disappointing and worst customer service that I've ever experienced and still charged almost 450.00 not even a 10% discount for three and a half hour wait first experience was not good and probably my last time ever visiting this place

Van JAMES III is the man to talk to at Factory Tire Outlet in Ronceverte, WV. The shop does excellent work and is relatively fast and easy to wait on for a quick tire change or suspension lift on your truck.
