The only problem I had with the place was the amount of time it took (about 1.5 hours). They had a cute little lounge to hang out in with free coffee and water but the AC was broken.

I’m running 37” pit bull tires on my Jeep. Which are large aggressive mud tires. Lost some wheel weights off-roading. Had Drive Pros balance both front tires, rides smooth now. I wanted a Chevy Cruze 14k I figured I would put 3 k down. I was never asked for anything. My payment was going to be 444 monthly for 66 months. An extra 6 k in fees were added. I would have been paying 32,000 on a 14 thousand dollar car. I don't have bad credit but limited credit. I did not have a credit score which I understand isn't a great situation. I I've always paid cash for everything. I was being charged 6k in "fees" and 22 percentage. I was okay with the percentage . I asked for a breakdown emailed to me but just got two monthly payments on two cars. I was trying to establish credit but it didn't work out. Maybe drive pros should work on their BBB rating. It's an F Look it up

My wife and I will begin using Drive Pros for the maintenance I don’t do myself. Had an alignment scheduled and the work started right on time and finished when I was told it would be. Everyone I talked with was very nice and friendly. Very nice customer lounge, with WiFi, tv, water cooler, vending machines, CLEAN bathrooms, charging stations and power outlets. Only drawback for me is they will not install customer supplied parts. Probably true in many other shops. But I happen to have already purchased parts I was going to install. But not while it’s 94 degrees out like it has been for weeks. Would’ve gladly paid them to install the OEM parts for me in this heat. :)

I have been looking for a good place to have my tires balanced. I drive a Jeep with somewhat beefier tires. I know the Hunter Road Force Balancer is the top of the line machine and their site recommended Drive Pros as having this machine. It tells you how to rotate the tire on the rim so that the technician uses the least amount of weight and identifies all the imperfections in the tire. Unfortunately, Drive Pros just uses this sophisticated machine as your run-of -the-mill spin balance machine. They threw on a ton of weights without rotating the tire on the rim. Basically they did what was the easiest and most cost effective way to balance a tire. This is understandable. The expectations for over the top workmanship and pride that people seek is long gone. My speed-dependent tire vibrations are still there. I could have gone to any tire shop and had the same work done. The customer service was excellent. I was treated with great respect and courtesy. I am sure they did a great spin-balance, but that is not why I was there. The hunt for quality work continues! “The problem may not be the balance your tires. We'll be happy to diagnose this for you.” Maybe. Best way to start the investigation into vibrations is to start with properly balanced tires. As soon as I find somewhere to do that I’ll move onto the next culprit.

You know, I really didn't want to like this place. It looks like a polished corporate store, and I prefer my small business mechanics, but I ended up loving Drive Pros. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I came in for an inspection, dropped the car off and went to get some food. I came back half an hour later and the car was done. This was my first time using Drive Pros service. There was a slow leak in one of my tires and wasn’t sure if I needed to purchase a new tire or not. I initially went to Drive Pros because it’s close to my residence. They were able to repair my tire! No need to buy a new one! I was delighted. The waiting room for customers is clean, brightly lit, and has a tv that’s nicer than the one I have at home. Water and coffee was available also. These guys are awesome! My oil pressure light came on 3 hours into a 6 hour drive. I didn’t know anything about where I was but I was so lucky that the shop was right where I pulled off the highway and that they were able to look at my car right away. I took my car here for an auto inspection. They replaced a blinker and a headlight for me but must have put the bulb in incorrectly . The blinker never worked, stayed on constantly and I had to have it repaired at another place soon after. I would not recommend them, if replacing a simple blinker bulb is too difficult I shudder to think of a larger repair entrusted to them

Apparently they enjoy taking advantage of younger drives who don't know better. I had a similar problem with my sons vehicle that I’ve seen in other reviews. Had new tires put on and a few days later tire sensor light came on. He was scheduled to take it for an inspection since it expires the end of the month, so he asked them about the tire sensor, they said they didn't know why it was on, but didn't look at the car. They drove it into the garage, scrapped the (not expired) inspection sticker off, slapped a rejection sticker on it and told him he was done. Failed due to tire sensor light, and for good measure they added a small chip in the bottom corner of the windshield under the tint that's been there since we bought it. It's passed inspection in 2 different states previously and is not bigger than it has been since purchase (dime sized chip, within legal standards). They didn't bother to tell him that he could get a ticket for driving it without a valid inspection either, just sent him on his way not knowing what to do. I called and their service manager was rude and offered no explanation as to why they weren't responsible for checking the tire sensor even though they just installed the tires a week ago...she said "weird and funny coincidences happen like that sometimes" No apology, no recourse, nothing. I told her they should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage because of kids who bring their vehicles in there expecting fairness of any kind. Terrible people. Will never go there again. If I could give zero stars I would.

Very dishonest people!!! Trying to get money out of my wife they failed her car inspection because of tires however they clearly had plenty of tread. Now I understand why I've been told never to go there. Unfortunately she didn't tell me where she was taking it before she took it there. The fortunate thing was she has had experience with shops taking advantage of her before and knows that it's general practice that dishonest shops try to take advantage of women and now talks to me before ever purchaseing anything.

I happened to be traveling through this particular area of West Virginia when I began experiencing engine trouble at 4:00 on a Saturday afternoon. With my check engine light flashing, I pulled over to see if any auto mechanics were even open. My options were limited, but thankfully included Drive Pros. Encouraged by their nearly 5-star rating from over 200 reviewers, I called and spoke with owner and technician Kevin. Despite the fact that his shop was scheduled to close at 5:00 - less than an hour from when I called - Kevin was courteous and professional and offered to take a look at my vehicle. Over two and a half hours later - and over an hour and a half after he should have closed his shop and been home with his family on a Saturday night - Kevin had helped to resolve my problem and send me on my way. If not for Kevin and Drive Pros, I would have been stranded far from home for the entire weekend until the other mechanics opened Monday morning. Kevin greatly exceeded expectations in explaining both the issue with my vehicle and my my options moving forward. It is difficult to find this level of customer service in any industry. If you're having car trouble and want help from an honest, experienced, and polite technician, you can't go wrong with Kevin and Drive Pros.

I had a bad tire that needed to be replace but didnt know which tire it was that was bad and why it was bad because its looked good from my view point, but I could feel there was something wrong when I drove my car and knew I had to figure out what was wrong. After going to another shop they tell me I need to replace all four tires and gave me a enormous quote on just tires, i decided to check else where. Drive pros was referred to me and they checked all my tires for free and even showed me why my tires were bad, what spots on each tire, etc. Kevin took very good care of me and was very helpful with actually explaining to me what was happening with my tires, which other shops have not done. Kevin is very friendly and definitely helped answer my questions in a way I could understand, they also quoted me a better price on the tires and the work to put the tires on that beated competitors. Very helpful, courteous staff. It was a quick process buying a used vehicle. I'm quite satisfied and happy with my purchase and my service. Update: 2 months later I went back for my first free oil change. I'm still very happy I bought from drivepros. The attention to hospitality is above and beyond. The estimated wait time was spot on, I sat in a comfy lounge with free coffee and watched tv. The service dept. attendant even noticed a fast food item I left in my car and reminded me. That's high quality customer care.

I had a great experience here at Drive Pros. I purchased 4 new tires, had them installed, and had an alignment done. It was all done quickly and professionally. A few weeks ago, my wife had the same things done for her vehicle minus the alignment. She also had a great experience and commented on the great customer service she received. My kids and I became stranded in Charles Town, West Virginia shortly after we began our long drive home to Mississippi. After pulling in to a gas station and asking for help, someone told us about Drive Pros. Luckily, we were able to make it there, and the technicians were extremely helpful. When it became apparent that our car would need extensive work, they helped us find a hotel that would let us check in early, loaded our bags, and drove us there so we would not be stuck in a waiting room until unknown hours. Later that evening, they sent a car for me and I waited while a technician stayed late to finish my car because they knew we were already a day behind schedule. I was touched by their effort and kindness and the car runs better than it ever has when I have taken it to the dealership in MS to be fixed!!! I am impressed beyond measure at the lengths they went to to provide such excellent customer service. What could have been an extremely stressful experience, was made less so by their kindness. I went there for tires. Their prices were within the average range in the area, and they were able to find an appointment to for my busy schedule for the same day. The tires that were to be put on my vehicle did not arrive on the delivery truck earlier that day as they were scheduled to be. They had tires for my vehicle, but they cost more than I was originally quoted. Instead of charging me more of simply rescheduling, they adjusted the price of the two higher quality tires they had in stock for the price I was quoted for the lower quality tires. I received high quality service with high quality tires, and I will be back for my next service to improvement my vehicle.

Bought a set of high end tires with road hazard and a 4 wheel alignment. , car pulled after alignment. Had it double checked..Almost $1000. 50k tires were wore out by 18k. One of the managers said " we sell tires, we don't give them away, you need to contact continental for any refund". I contacted them and they immediately told me it was the retailers responsibility and the tires are absolutely covered. They lost a customer for lying and general underhandedness even tho they eventually said they would give me 200 off on the exact same 700 dollar tires
