Worst experience ever! The mechanic had no clue what he was doing when it came to fixing my tire. He said he probably fixed it but wasn't sure. Waited over two hours for an oil change and for the mechanic to "probably" fix my tire. I will not be coming back!

Cecil tire is a joke. They quoted me for an exhaust and labor and then charged almost 80 bucks more. Absolutely terrible job. Wrong muffler, pipes that still leak fumes and to top it off, no tailpipe. The heat from the jacked up exhaust job has melted wires to my reverse light. I'm very leary about taking it back for them to fix the botched job, which they are fully responsible for to begin with.

Office manager I spoke with told me one price on the phone, and charged a much higher price after the fact. Requested motor craft filters for fuel and oil. Told her I could pick them up. She said no worries we don't up charge. There was a 10% up charge on the filters. Was told they changed fuel filters on diesels all the time. However I had to show the tech where my second one was, and he did not prime my system afterwards. Luckily it started. Beware if you take your vehicle here for anything.
