Being new to the area, I asked around for the best place to buy tires and Bleifus Tire won hands down. I called for a price and they were equal to all areas that I considered, however they took the time to discuss tire options with me and offered professional advice on the best tires for this area. I had my mind set on a particular brand, but after visiting the shop to see the available tires, I elected to go with the Yokohama brand tires. There are several reasons I decided on these, 1st Brian told me they are the best for this area, 2nd he uses them on his truck, 3rd when I visited the store these were on the tires company truck. Lastly, I also found the tires are made in MS, so let’s keep Americans working, so I elected to purchase the Yokohama tires. When I picked up my truck, the tires looked great and the ride was a 100 percent improvement over the previous tires. I also had an alignment and on the way home, I noticed that my steering wheel was slightly out of top dead center, I called back and they took care of me immediately. The truck is a 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD and although a stiff ride, these new Yokohama’s are simply amazing! I will use Bleifus Tires in the future, not only because of their great customer service, but they are the FIRST tire shop that has not tried to “upsale” me on a bunch of unnecessary miscellaneous repairs and that is a fine example of honesty in my book! Thanks for the great service and for the professional advise!

I was driving down the interstate and my low tire pressure light came on. I found Bliefus Tire via Google. They took me right away, patched the tire and rotated the rest of the tires. I use their services all the time. Absolutely the best service but they are trust worthy. I took my car in to see if I would need new tires before I took it elsewhere for state inspection. They looked at the tires and said they would pass. I am sure that there are places that would see an older single woman and had told me that I need four new tires. Joke of a repair shop. These people try to charge for things they never did. I got charged $20 for them "bending my wheels back into place" when nothing was wrong with them. Not only this the manager on duty also tries to pressure you into buying more stuff. Go to garry's precision alignment this place is a joke and a scam

So I needed my wheels balanced and rotated. A simple task that shouldn't result in cosmetic damage to any of my wheels. Or so I thought. I had just plastidipped my wheels a week prior to handing over my vehicle to Bleifus so I left them a note to be very careful not to knick up the fresh paint job on my wheels. When I got my vehicle back the wheels were all knicked up and I had to replastidip them. So much unnecessary time and energy wasted having to plastidip my wheels 2 times over in 2 weeks. Sure, my wheels were rotated and balanced, but it was evident by the marks on my wheels that they do careless work. I will not be giving these people my business again. Very dissatisfied.

They checked our flat tire, fixed the air leak, checked all tires have sufficient air. They replaced our spare with the fixed one. Their charges are reasonable. Most important, they are HONEST! I am very happy with the quality of care I received today when I went in for a tire change and balance for inspection. This was my first time using them for vehicle services. I was aware there would be issues but didn’t mention them to see if they would care enough to let me know honestly and they did catch them and brought me out to the shop to personally show me. They could have made these repairs themselves but was very kind when I asked that they allow me to make the repairs at home and bring it back in for alignment next week. They didn’t try to bully me into anything I didn’t want to do or treat me less than because I decided to do it on my own instead of paying them too. Upstanding integrity in my opinion. They also carried my rare tire size for my Ford Ranger. Wasn’t the exact size but close enough and I didn’t have to wait for them to order it. They will order custom sizes if need be though. Very affordable as well. No crazy extra hidden charges. I look forward to continuing my tire services with them and having my alignment done by them after I make some small repairs to the areas they mentioned. They even offered to do the alignment at my request before having the ball joints replaced and told me honestly what would happen if they did instead of just sending me off to just turn around and having to come back and giving them more money. They obviously care more about their customers and their work than money and I am so thrilled to have found somewhere like this, especially a small local business, in a world full of mechanic crooks and scammers. Lifetime customer was made here today. If you can’t tell I’m very particular about this.
