I had purchased over two thousand dollars worth of tires and wheels from this business in the winter of 2017. I called back in early spring with a question about tires sizing because I was preparing to purchase five new tires for my wife's new 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. The receptionist was apparently incapable of answering questions so she placed me on hold. After a short time, a man who did not identify himself (Possibly a mechanic) picked up the phone and started asking vague questions, such as; Who were you talking too, what is going on? Obviously, there was no communication between the man and the lady I had been speaking with. I can clearly hear the man as he then shouts to someone "here, deal with this" and the man proceeds to mock me and make sarcastic sounds in a very loud tone while passing the phone off to yet a third person. Obviously, I was upset after this foolishness and realized I should not be giving my credit card information to these people. Clearly, either management has changed or they have lost control of the business. Customer service is always a clear indicator of what type of work the mechanics will perform. I will not be purchasing from this place of business now. Amazing how a business can quickly go down hill when a few bad apples end up spoiling the whole bunch.

Came in for a sticker. That took like an hour (they dont accept apointments) then they said my breaks were bad so i moved to the back of the list and had to wait all the way through again. I came in at 1 didnt leave till like 4. Not a quick ordeal but they are thorough and do a great job.

Tony, My mechanic is very professional always let's me know what's going on, always fits me in the schedule and a pleasure to deal with. Waiting area is clean and snacks/drinks are available for purchase, Tires ,wheels, and other products are available for purchase., Nice touch with the goldfish and slider turtles.

Went to get two new tires, all my sensors were working fine when I dropped it off. Came back and they said my tpms sensor was bad (it wasn’t). 300 dollars later I get the car back with a replaced sensor. A day later one of the new tires is flat again. Noticed an iPhone adapter missing from my car as well. Monday I take it back with the flat tire and they didn’t want to replace it (I paid for the tire warranty as well) and denied my adapter was missing. I’d been taking my car there for years before this. I’ll never take it back there again.

I go here a lot for minor issues but they do almost anything for your car. I can usually get inspected and out within 30 minutes. Nice waiting area with fish and turtles to watch. It has a 50's-60's theme which is nice.

Fantastic service. Honest and helpful. I was passing through from Knoxville with the kids and dogs loaded up for a long weekend in the woods. My calipers locked up and I limped off of 77 in Princeton at 3:45. They got me back on the road in an hour. Saved the whole trip. And the kids loved the aquarium.

If I could zero stars I would I will never take my business here or recommend anyone do so. Yesterday my wife went in to get an estimate on what it would cost to fix her muffler on her car a lady with glasses sent her to the back without getting any information from her name, vehicle, nothing which I feel is very unprofessional. She spoke with a guy named Steven who was very uninterested in fixing her car but was very interested in her apparently she told him that she was married and just wanted her car fixed, he then told her that there was nothing he could do for her then. She left there called me almost in tears because of how uncomfortable he made her feel, if I was in town I would have went down there myself and gave him a piece of my mind. I called around 4:30 to make a complaint Kira I think her name was answered and directed me to the office manager Ann who was rude and told me to call back next week when the owner would be back, my information was never taken. I don't recommend anyone go here especially if you need muffler work.

Barker's could've charged me a couple thousand dollars for the exhaust/muffler pipe. Instead, they just cut out the rusted part, wielded the pipe together and charged me $25. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Customer service is top notch. I was almost positive I needed new brakes and possibly rotors. To my surprise when I went and picked up my car they tell me I still have over half of my brake pads left. They assure me that the guy that worked on my car is very thorough. When I voiced my concerns about it the new owner comes out and we take the car for a drive. He tells me that he wouldn't have a problem driving the car to FL. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Also they could have charged me for the brakes and rotors and I would have been none the wiser. Super happy customer!
