If I could give them no stars I would. Not only is this place a hot mess from the get go, no one has a clue what they're doing. I went in to have my car checked and they told me what it was and an estimate. Both which weren't held to. After going around and around with them for a week about them ordering my part and it not coming in, I went to get a second opinion. Not only did they misdiagnose It completely they didn't tighten the tire on all the way so when I went to leave it about came off when I drove off. Complete incompetence, I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Good people most overnight if you are before 12 you can get tires an have wide variety of used tires too so much respect for reasonable prices not much warranty on Tire or road hazard but do not beat the price I've been dealing with them for over 20 years never had a problem with them always no what will fit on a rim or Tire or car very good people in there maybe a little dirty but good poor price on money save money so go see them if you want to you can get brand new tires and used tires so go see him

When goes to a used tire shop, he should expect some level of mental abuse, I did! I should have known, that asking for a low mileage tire for a low price, will be ridiculous! I should have expected, that the tattoo, sleeveless tire mechanic would have insulted me, insult my choice of used tire and offer me a premium price for a 5,000 mile dry rotted tire! But instead, he tried to slip a used tire, with the same problem as my original tire, a hole in it, on my rim! Ok, yes I did learn a lesson, don't go to used tire shops!

Best most honest used tire store in WV. Plus they happen to sell new discounted tires, do brakes and minor things like tune-ups etc. Great bunch of guys. I've received alot of mechanical work there on 4 different vehicles over the years and I'm positive I couldn't have received any of it any cheaper anywhere else. They don't go by hourly labor wage, they just give u a price to do said work, so ur not worried about being duped. Highly recommend!

I will go here from now on When I need tires. I drive to charleston daily from braxton county. I have to replace my tires alot. They have a HUGE selection of new and used tires. Their prices and very affordable. I didn't have to wait long at all. Also all the employees I talk to there were very respectful and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. I was very pleased with my service and will definitely be back!!

A & M used tires is a used tire dealer, providing a rotating selection of tires. I have used their services several times in the past, especially when I need cheap tires or an emergency where I just need one but the rest are too bad to buy just one new one. The guys are knowledgeable and easy to get along with, but my only issues is with organization and customer service. There are times that if you don't track the guys down in the bay as they are working, you may sit in their office for 30 minutes before they notice you. Parking outside is a little off because unless you know how they operate, there's no definitive place a customer should park that's not in the way. I do recommend this location to others for when they need a good used tire, and if they installed a bell for customers to press and some signs or paint to show where customers should park, I would easily give them 4 or 5 stars.

I do not recommend for used tires. The tires they put on were too large and failed inspection, the workers are rude, and the prices are ridiculous for used tires. I recommend hurricane or teays valley tire for used tires or C Adam Toney in Hurricane for new tires.

Very disappointed in the way a staff member treated my husband today (6-22-19) we had called earlier in the day and spoke to someone who was extremely friendly and told us to come on in for used tires even if we couldn't make it until 2:30...however, after calling at around 2:20 to let them know we were still coming, a different staff member had answered and was over the top rude! He said that they were slammed and that one of them were trying to get out of there earlier due to family plans..even went on to say that he was "extremely packed and that it wasn't helping that he was on the phone with us"!! Anyways, we still went on over there to buy the tires at 2:30 (ya know since they technically don't close till 3 and we were told by another to come on in) they also had nobody else that they were serving but that same man was still very short with us, kept walking away as we were speaking, never made eye contact, and then of course shut the garage door in my husbands face as he was talking just so that guy could try to get out of there early!!! I just wanna add that my husband never got rude with the guy even tho it was very tempting and yes we did end up getting the tires but we will think twice before doing business with them again!!!
