Brought my car in for an oil change. All I got was a receipt nothing showing what was done any fluids are topped off or added any things showing that the tires have been inflated and to what pressure no check sheet that most oil change places do. So I don’t really know if they check the washer fluid level the radiator fluid level, The brake fluid level, the power steering fluid level, transmission fluid, differential fluid, the air filter. I don’t know if they check the tires and if they did if any of Merlot or need anything added to them. These are basic things that all oil change places should do. I was referred here from Acute Autoworks which close the stores in Arlington and they were top notch automotive repair place I’m sorry that they retired. I don’t know if I’ll go back.

Whenever I have gone in for an oil change or just have questions, I am met with a smile and a "how are you." Not many places even acknowledge me let alone say "HI'. On many occasions Ryan will come out and visit and ask if I have any questions about my car or truck. Ryan and his crew are ready and willing to answer questions. I have always had a great experience and I will continue to go to Ryan and his crew for any and all repair and maintenance on my rigs.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! worst place iv been to. First off, when I arrived to get my car back from the shop, I pay and walk to my vehicle to find out it's not even put together all the way. The back seats where still dislodged, (my car battery is below the back seats and you need a special tool to tighten them back down) and had clear boot marks from someone standing on it, they didn't put my rear view mirror back together and back up where it goes, and they also cut off my tassel I had hanging from my rear view. (No idea why they even took it off) and that's not all. Right before we dropped off the car we left a jumper box in the backseat, one of those boxes that jumps the car without another car, anyway that was gone. Along with all my phone chargers, and music speakers had in my glove compartment. The best part is before we left we told them to put the rear view mirror back on because I sat in the parking lot for fifteen minutes trying too, the mechanic comes out and says that he saw that if was off, but someone else took it off so he felt like he didn't no need to put I back on for me and that it wasn't his responsibility. Oh and anything left in your vehicle is not covered and they don't take responsibilities for lost or STOLEN items.

I will never take any of my vehicles to anyone else! Ryan Berg truely cares for the client, and is not in business to make money, but rather to support the community. He will help you to put repairs in order of importance so that you are not overwhelmed financially like no other shop does. Also great deals on tires, oil changes, etc. Dont trust anyone else, call the shop!

Hi folks, this establishment is awesome! I made an appointment and missed it(my bad). When I called to confirm, they said we have you down for today... I profusely apologized. The gal on the phone, said no problem, when can you make it in? I replied with the 'apology', and she asked when I could bring the car in? I replied, any chance I could get in this week? Bottom line, I brought my car in the day after and they took care of me! Unreal, I messed up. They dealt with it... Btw, The Shop has an amazing oil change offer! I signed up for it and I live 40 miles away! I highly recommend this business!!!!

I've only had them service cars for defects I wanted fixed when buying from the dealership across the street. They were fast and gave me (or the dealership did) a loaner while I waited. no flaws or shotty workmanship here. I also live near them and they've always been nice people. Invited me to a bbq for 4th of July once. thanks guys!

Don't go here! EVER! Beware of shady people. They will crash your car and not tell you about it. They crash into my dad car and guess what? They refuse to give us insurance information like they promise. KARMA will come back to you sooner or later.

Owner Ryan, Nelson mechanic, and Nicki parts dept. let my daughter drive away in an unsafe vehicle. She had already settled the bill but later realized that it was inflated by approx. 75 percent. This approx. value based on what it would have normally and logically cost. The bill included ridiculous costs for parts and labor expenses. For example a battery that was installed without consent was billed for over 300 dollars. An amount over 200 dollars was just for labor involved in replacing the battery. When inspected the battery appeared to not even be a new one. For these reasons, I am actually surprised this shop has not been shut down by BBB. I am sure they will lose a lot of business in the long wrong with these bad business practices though. They also let any personal good reputation down by setting such a low standard for their own integrity. I am saddened to have to give such a bad review because I usually only write good ones and like participating in what makes them small businesses thrive. But by severally over charging and by wasting my families time I have to recommend that nobody should go to them.

The good, the bad, and the ugly. Let’s start with the good. They did a decent job on the alignment as far as I can tell. Now the bad. They didn’t balance my wheels correctly. Now the ugly. I gave them a chance to rebalance my wheels but they blamed my tires for the problem and refused to even check the balance. So I went to the real “Tire Pro’s” at Les Schwab and they had no problem correctly balancing my wheels. In fact the tech at Schwab told me that no weights had been installed on the rims, which means Mission didn’t even balance them. I wasted $75 in rework cost and 4 hours of my time due to Mission’s inability to meet expectations. Moral of the story. I gave the “Tire Pros” a chance and they failed . They made up excuses and don’t stand by their workmanship like the “Tire experts” at Schwab.
