My truck was idling rough, I took it to Steve's for a vacuum test, as it turned out, they were able solve the rough idle issue by re-connecting a simple vacuum hose and replacing a small section of tubing. it only took all day and cost as much as the initial quote for vacuum test, which wasn't performed. not sure how I feel about this time around. I didn't get a chance to have the other routine maintenance services performed because they seemed all to happy to see me out the door... thanks, I guess?

The new ownership at Steve’s has brought a new level of professionalism to this longtime Kennewick auto service center. New owner Matt and his service writer Jodi come to Steve’s from another well established and well-respected shop in Kennewick and together bring over 35 years of experience. I stopped in last week on short notice. My wife and I had already traveled a couple hundred miles from the Seattle area in our older Hyundai Tucson when we realized we were over due for service. With several days of road tripping still ahead, we decided to not take any chances and stop in Kennewick for the service. Jodi was able to fit us in with very little wait and the car received the needed service. We really appreciated the effort to get us in quickly and get us back on the road. Major to minor, Matt & Jodi as well as the rest of the crew at Steve’s can handle it with fair pricing and standing behind their work. Don’t hesitate to take you auto to Steve’s Tire & Auto Repair!

Over a month now since we were headed to Portland from Spokane. As we headed into TriCities the battery light came on and the dash said not charging. Kinda late for help. AutoZone did try but the serpentine belt on a Duramax is trouble. Had to find motel. Next morning did an internet search and everyone was too busy. As we drove by around we saw Steve's Tire and Auto. Out in two hours. You guys are good. Runs great!

Had a 6-inch lift done on my Bronco. I've been trying for a couple of years now and ran into brick walls. Steve has a great knowledge of everything on or off road and did what I wanted. Wasted my husband's time & money! My husband's tire blew out on his road trip so he stopped by Steve's Tire & Auto to see if it could be repaired & informed them that he is on a tight schedule. They told him it would take ~ 20 mins & they would call him when it was done. One hour later my husband decided to check back; the car was outside the shop (no one bothered to call). They told him the tire wasn't repairable, quoted him well above another place in town & forgot to give him the tire rim. Thankfully a wonderful employee at another place drove back to Steve's to retrieve the tire rim.

I have been going to Steve's Tire & Auto repairs since before 2005 and I have always gotten five star experience. They work with my schedule to get my car ready for when I need it and let me make payments according to my pay schedule. They have helped my out with loner tires when I was waiting for mine on order. I get tire repair from leaks, roatations and tire air balance checked when ever I want for free. Juan and Hugo are great in the front to help you to understand any repair needs. With their help I have managed to keep my classic girl going like the energized bunny.
