I'm really happy with this tire center as my tire dealer. Reasonable prices and they take care of my tires. When I had a flat they fixed it free. When I had an issue with my tires they rebalanced them for free. Have me as a return customer for a long time coming.

Went the day before to Discount Tire in Pasco to get a nail removed and fixed in one of the tires I bought there. Couldn't wait the 1.5 hours cause I had to get my son to school. Called this morning to find out their schedule and talked to Kevin. He said they were empty to bring it over and they would get it right in. Just in case, I gave him my info over the phone and told him what truck it was since I have bought tires for all of our vehicles there. Got there and there were a couple of guys in line. My turn came up and I talked to Reggie. He asked my info and he pulled it up. As we were walking out to the truck to show him, I let him know Rob took all the info the day before. He asked if I would be leaving it because it was going to be at least an hour and a half. I told him I had called and gave my info to Kevin and I said I would be there in 20 minutes or so. Reggie said I understand but that's the way it goes some times. I told him that's why I called and gave my info. He said there was nothing he could do. I am now sitting at The Tire Factory on Duportail and Queensgate. I walked in and they were busy. I told him I had a nail in my tire. He pulled up my info and said, that's not an Avalanche. I said that was one of my other trucks that I had aligned here. He asked where I got the tires and I told him Discount Tire. He looked at me, said I forgive you and then asked for my keys. He took the paper work out to the guys, they stopped what they were doing, and pulled my truck in. They just won the rest of my business! Thanks Tire Factory for the above and beyond customer service.

Went in for flat repair came out missing a fairly large amount of money from my work vehicle. Counter help was great, minions in the back are less than trustworthy. Reported the incident to management never heard a word back, apology or anything at all which was a little upsetting apparently theft is ok at the Richland Tire Factory.

I came here with one of my vehicles that needed special order tires. Being a classic i guess it is handled differently. They were awesome that time. Just came back in again with another of my rigs to get a tire patched and had a hell of a 4 hr experience. Including driving back to get the tire put back on the right way. I understand new guys but this was a day from hell for a half hour job. a lot more happened to my vehicle then just this but i'm not going to go into details just for the benefit of the doubt that maybe everyone didn't bring their A game. Most likely not going to come back after this last time

Just bought a new set of Coopers for my car from the new Tire Factory in Richland. These guys were SO helpful, not pushy, and so willing to help. They offered to drive me to work after I dropped the car off and once they were done, they brought my car to me so I didn't have to make any arrangements or inconvenience anybody else. Today, I just realized they fixed my windshield washer fluid (I think the hose had come disconnected so I was "bug-eyed" for a while) too. Probably not a huge ordeal for them, but they so did not have to do that and they did. Pretty impressed over here… and their prices were better than Schwabby's without having to downgrade on quality. Woohoo!

Dan Nelson is one of those mechanics you send your grandma to when they have an issue. Dan once saved us $6k when we had a quote from a local dealership for a major transmission issue on our 2012 Honda CRV. Dan did some research and found that the car only need a software update and a transmission flush. He even provided us with the documents to confront the dealership who was embarrassed and apologetic for their quote. I have gone to anyone else in the 5 years I have know Dan and I do not plan on it. Thanks Dan

My daughter was driving from Ellensburg to Texas after graduating college and her vehicle started leaking coolant. She bought it to the tire factory and Rick assisted. Unfortunately the vehicle was not suitable for the rest of the drive, but Rick was very kind and accommodating, even allowing us to leave the vehicle to be picked up by the auto shipper. I give this place five stars on their service, their friendliness and their overall integrity and honesty. Had of the circumstances been different, I would've had no problem having the tire factory complete the necessary work on her vehicle. Thanks Rick for taking care of my college student.

They helped me get a set of wheels also so I just switch the whole set over from summer to winter. No charge. They care about their customers. I will always go here.

Make and appointment for synthetic oil change and quote on 4 tires....car goes back 20 minutes later Amber lets me know they have no more synthetic oil...why you ask? They have been doing ALOT of oil changes. Really in the 3 total hours the store has been open since making my appointment? Crazy idea...go across the street and buy some retail to finish the job...probably still turn a profit right? Or offer the persons time you have wasted a great deal to save face... Nope...NOTHING...ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was told by Amber she would call me as soon as she found out when they would have it from a distributor......2 Weeks later....I HAVE NOT GOTTEN THAT CALL....its ok though she did get me that quote on tires before I left...surprise surprise

I want to give a huge shout out to Dan Nelson and his team at Tire Factory Richlanf, I brought my truck in for a MUCH needed, long overdue alignment and rotate. The guy who did the alignment was super nice and came out to update me and let me know what was all off on the alignment and what he was going to do to fix it, super appreciative of that! Not once did I hear a moan or groan because it was after closing and my truck & I were still there (I tell you, it needed a major alignment
