I have been doing business with Redmond Tire for several years for winter tires for 2 different vehicles and they have always been extremely professional and great to work with. They carry or can order Nokian tires (one of the only tire shops in the area that has them) which is a great winter tire. I would highly recommend them for any tire / wheel needs.

I have recently moved out to the Seattle area and when I was having a problem with one of my newer tires I called around to find out who dealt with my brand because they were still under warranty and I found Redmond Tire Pros. They told me to come right over when I called and they looked and found a Hole that my dealership had missed when I had brought the car in to them that morning. They got it patched right away for me! No drama, no struggling back and forth about the warranty-just good quick, efficient and courteous service! They will definitely be the place I go to when I need a new set of tires!

They did not pressure me to get additional repairs done, as you can expect at Jiffy Lube or Firestone, and they were always friendly and respectful.

Had a flat tire. Came in, they told me 35min and it was done or in about that time. I asked them to rotate the rules while at it. It cost me $20 for the flat tire repair and $20 for rotation and inflation check, they even have me the brake pads status as part of it. Great service and price!

Tires were decently priced, but the service was absolutely terrible. I called for an estimate for tires and an alignment, told that my tires would be in shop the same afternoon. I made an appointment to get them installed the next morning. When I dropped my car off at 7:30, the man at the front desk told me that my tires wouldn't be in until 11. No big deal, brought my car in later in the day. When I picked up my car, the alignment was $30 more than they had originally quoted me. They had given me the price for a 2-wheel alignment on the phone but sold me a 4-wheel alignment. I protested the price, but the man wouldn't budge on the price despite the fact that they had never told me that there was a difference in price or a difference in what they had quoted me vs. what they actually did until AFTER the fact. My friend's car also needed an alignment and a control arm. I took him to the shop for the alignment, and they told him that the control arm would be ready and in shop the next morning by 11. So we left and went back in the morning (this morning). They just told us that the control arm won't be in until at least 5pm tonight. So, two cases of missed time promises in two days. Not good business at all.

My dad is a mechanic, and because of that I often dont trust other mechanics to look at my car. However, I went to Redmond tires and they were so amazing! They were very honest about all the options and took good care of me and my car, in the end they ended up fixing it without the need for major repairs and thus did the labor free of charge! As if that werent enough! I was 30 min late to picking my car up AFTER they closed and two employees waited for me and told me it was no problem at all! Genuine, honest service, with an understanding for its customers! They definitely deserve your buisness!!!

Brought my own tires in. Went to Discount Tire first... They quoted $40 to mount and balance 1 tire! Times 4, that's $160. My tires were 60.00 each... Highway robbery. I called Redmond Tire Pros from the lot of Discount tire and drove right over. They got me in immediately and I was out the door faster than I have ever been at Discount.

This people broke my cars motor. i came to this place for a regular change of oil and change on my breaks. One week later my car was leaking oil because the oil filter they put in was broken and that lead for a change on my motors gaskets. they did a horrible job changing the breaks supposedly they didn't have the right machinery. Please Don't Come to this place.!!

First, the tire I ordered the day before was not there when promised. Second, they did not call when the tire finally did come in as I asked. Third, when I went and had the tire installed they did not replace the hubcap. Fourth, I just found out that they didn't put my spare tire back, either, so now I have no spare! I will take my business elsewhere! Addition: after attempting to reach the business by phone and getting no response, I drove back yesterday and while they did accept responsibility for the mistake (and I do believe it was genuinely a mistake) and returned my spare and replaced my hubcap) I have had enough mishaps with them to go elsewhere. I just wanted to ad that I think it is commendable that they did make it right, even though I wasn't offered an apology, more of a sheepish, "oops". I figured out that in travel time and time spent at the shop it was over eight full hours on this single issue. Not acceptable.

A very professional gentleman made me feel at ease when I took a flat tire in to have it evaluated and repaired, if possible. I did have to wait, but he did let me know up front that they were very busy, and I don't ever set any rigid expectations when dealing with car problems. The flat was repaired and I was charged $21.00 and some change. Seemed perfectly reasonable, as I had not purchased my tires from them. I probably will in the future, however.

I needed my brakes replaced, and this was the cheapest place to get it done by far!! They did a really great job, they were friendly, and fast. The only reason this isn't a five star is because they didn't call me to tell me I also needed my rotors replaced. I would have liked to see if I actually needed them. But, even with the rotors it was cheaper than Les Schwab!

Service was friendly and SO quick! I had my winter tires changed out and do this every November and April. I have always waited at least 1.5h for this service (typically 2 hours) and Redmond Tire Pro did it in about 35minutes. With exception of Sears who changed them out once for $60 (b/c i bought a set of tires from them), I have always paid between $120-$150 for this service, Redmond Tire Pros beat them all! I have used Costco, Sears, Firestone, Big-O, Goodyear and my n'borhood garage. NO one has come close to value and service of these guys! They were a true blessing to me this morning!

Yes, they charge more than Costco right up the street ($24.99 vs. $14.99/tire) but the service was fast and friendly.
