The team at Lake City Tire can be beat. We had a screw we could visibly see in the center of the tread. The major competitor in the area wanted us to drop off the car and come by 3 hours later. We called Lake City Tire and while they were busy they gave us a time to come in and they would squeeze us in before they closed. We showed up received an upfront price and then in 8.5 min the tire was fixed and no issue. I will be returning to them again!!

This place is awesome!! Hamad stayed open late and waited for me to get there after my usual tire place turned me away for getting there too close to closing time. He was super nice and fast and they had good prices, he even checked my fluids for me. I will be going here from now on! *** Had to add to this review, Hamad just helped me out again, I got a hole in my tire and only had $10 on me. He gave me a tire anyways and trusted me to pay him tomorrow. Nobody does that! I had to work tonight so he really saved me, Lake City Tire is amazing

This guy is great. I dropped in without notice on a busy day and Mo was able to find 2 tires (hard to find) for my F-150 truck. He slapped them on in no time without compromising safety of course as he seems to be the rare guy that uses e brake and a chock so the vehicle doesn't move. Wow! What more can I say!? Mo exemplifies customer service! After being turned down but other local independent tire shops, I walked into Lake City Tires with a prayer and it was answered! I was greeted by Mo, the owner, and told him my situation, and made me feel as though I was talking to a friend of 10 years. I had a unique situation where, my car was undriveable and I needed Mobile Tire Service, and well, Mo came to the rescue! He came to my house, and swapped All 4 of my tires out, and put on new ones! As well as I had an extra wheel that needed a tire and he mounted and balanced that for me. And then brought it over to my house! Basically a tire change delivery service! Mo does it all! And all for a super affordable price! And gave me a personal guarantee, he said "If anything goes wrong, just bring it back I will take care of you!" A true business man! Thanks again Mo! Super appreciate the help! Don't go to those corporate chains like Les Schwab, support small local business, where your business is appreciated, and you are treated like a customer not a number! And he is going yo start detailing soon too!

My vehicle was taken care of with a fresh (used) tire and balance for FAR LESS than I expected. They were fast and inexpensive, with professional service and honest work. I called this shop and asked for a 2003 Toyota 4Runner tire. I came and bought one, 3 months later I started to hear a noise. I took it in to get it service and they told me the tire was old and separating also it was messing up my 4x4. Hi everyone! I’m more than excited and greatful to leave this review here and I truly hope you will keep it in mind. I was at this shop for first time ever to get snow tires about 2 weeks ago. I was about to take a trip from Seattle to Chicago end of February and I was counting on those tires a lot. After referral from a friend a went there with an open mind and very hopeful. Being a girl they’ve been many times in the past mechanics etc would lie to me because I am clueless about cars including tires. Omg!!! What an awesome experience here. Honest and caring owner. Very knowledgeable and definitely having your best interests in heart. Sold me an awesome snow tires which by the way made it all the way, kept me safe and truly I believe are one of the main reasons I made it to Chicago safe. Through snow storms in Montana and ice in Fargo, N Dakota all the way. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!!!!!!! Guys if I was you, I wouldn’t look for another tire shop anymore. Just go there! It is hard to find honest people in this field I feel like anymore. Those are just Great! I came Tuesday, owner took a look at my wheels... quoted me a price (a great price!) I left a deposit, in which he wrote up a quick receipt for, and the next day I came around 4 o’clock. He was done with all 4 tires well within the hour... the work was done quick, efficiently, and at a great price for all 4 brand new tires. After my tires were installed on my truck I drove off and immediately turn around because there was a loud metal rubbing against metal sound coming from my front left tire. The guy hopped in and we went for a ride around the block and he said it wasnt coming from the tires. When we got back to the shop all he could say was its a bearing failing or something else going bad internally and nothing is wrong with the work they did even though my truck wasnt making any noises before I had dropped it off. When I got home I pulled my tire off and found that the weights they used to balance the tire were too big and rubbing against my calipers. All he had to do was pull my tire off and look to see if there was an issue but instead he just blamed the noise on something else and said it wasnt his problem. They also damaged my center caps on my wheels while removing them so I ended up having to buy new ones to replace the damaged ones.

Bought 4 Bridgestone tires on Craigslist and had Hamad mount and balance them for me at a very reasonable price. Unfortunately one was defective. My experience here has been unbelievably positive. After a tire blew out I had a small window of time on a Saturday afternoon to get it replaced. I went to THREE other shops nearby and was turned away from each one... Until I got to Lake City Tires. They got me up and running within twenty minutes. In the past week I have been back twice for fixes that I procrastinated on having done because I didn't have a shop I trusted. They have done a wonderful job on my tires, exhaust leak, and heater. Each person there has gone the extra mile (pun intended) to fix my car well at a very fair price! I won't be going anywhere else with my vehicles from now on. Don't let the exterior fool you - this shop is a diamond in the rough.

This shop is a gem! Called and got a quote for the best price around. So I loaded up my new wheels, tires, TPM Sensors, and wheel locks and they saw me right away. Buyer beware. 4 months ago, I bought a set of 4 used tires from this guy. Paid 300$, a fair (but not great) deal. Since then, 3 of these tires have blown out (gaping holes with broken steel belts sticking out in all directions). One blowout can happen go any tire, 2 out of 4 would be odd, 3 out of 4 just means you were sold bad tires. When I confronted the shop owner with the situation, I only asked that he replace the remaining tire (presumably primed to blow) and provide an adequate spare. He refused to assume any responsibility and was completely unwilling to "make things bright". Today at another tire store, the guy was not the least bit surprised that these tires had blown, noting that they were nearly 20 years old. To add insult to injury, he also discovered that the lug nuts were cross-threaded on nearly half of the wheel bolts, permanently destroying several of them. Under the circumstances, I certainly can't endorse "Lake City Tires", the owner, or the "help" that was incapable of threading a nut onto a bolt.Buyer beware.

Hamad, the owner and lead tech is absolutely wonderful. He is very customer service oriented and his prices beat all his competitors. I called him around 8:00am and told him the new tires that I need. He told me to come by around 2:30-3:00. When I arrived I was warmly greeted and he got to work right away. In and out in around 30/45 minutes. Paid cash and got a great deal. I highly recommend this place for anyone trying to save money from those brand name techs that charge 3 times or even 4 times as much as Hamad simply for the brand. I will definitely be coming back for tires and his network for other mechanics to save money for all my maintenance. I drive a toyota matrix 2005.
